Hi All,Drew up an IFR plan in FSNAV from KSTL (departing runway 30L) to KIND. Exported to FS2K2 to utilize ATC. After departing on the runway heading as instructed ATC vectored me to a heading of 165 degrees and left me there until I flew halfway to Alabama. Tried the flight plan again with a different aircraft and had the same results.Any ideas as to the problem? Thanks in advance.Mike

Hi: Ill be using the FS 2002 and ready to install new Ge Force 4. Ge Force 4 price difference between 64 mega and 128 mega is big. Would my computer/FS2002 work OK with 64 mega DDR?Thanks for help. jose.

Been running FS202k for about a year.......now a problem...when I fire it up..it will not get past the splash screen (the 747 shot).reinstalled 6 times, thorough Scandisk, defrag, d/loaded latest graphic drivers.....still no change, and nothing else seems wrong on the comp.....FS2k runs fine as always, now using that, but i miss the FS202K water and trees.....anybody had this prob??.......Bazza

Just re-installed fs2002 and have never noticed this before. In the B747 panel cfg. the gauges in window 00 are numbered 00-14,30-47,50-56. Is this right? I always thought the gauges were numbered consecutively. Should'nt they read 00-41. Regards,Russell.

I dont work for them, but me personally - I think this is going to be the next 'big thing' in this hobby. Guys, need a little assistance.... I installed an awesome engine start effects file that I got from Tom Gibsons California classics website for use with the DC-6. Has engine flames for first few minutes of flight at the engine exhaust port...works great on a big airline propliner. However...I fired up my DF C177 tonight after having not flown her in awhile...and it uses same fx_engstrt.fx effect file and looks like an engine fire in the middle of the top of the cowling!!!I wish there was a way to have both files, but think I will forgo the DC-6 effects if it messes up my other birds. I have been playing around with my local airports AFCAD since installing UT to get the GA parking and Commercial gates properly located. I've since started having issues with runway assignments. Occasionally on departure, I'll be cleared for takeoff on runway 7, while AI aircraft are taking off on 25! I've also had problems last night where I was cleared as number one for landing on runway 25, and not 30" later, a Colgan Air B1900 was cleared for number on to land on runway 7. I was told to go around because he beat me to the ground. I do fly with offline downloaded weather using ActiveSky 1.8 so is this a conflict with ATIS weather reporting and FSUIPC? Alternately…

I have been reading about COF coming out soon and there is one thing I am really excited about(potentially). From some of the screenshots, it seems as though it might be raining elsewhere under some distant clouds and you can see it raining from an area where it is not raining. IS this true?I have never liked how it is clear one minute and then raining the next without some visual clues. I don't think Robert Jubb's review of the WebInBlue Sportster ultralight does true justice to this lovely little aircraft. I have more than 100 flight sim hours in it now and can say that it's not just a blast to fly. Ultralights require different skills in order to master them and they present a completely different approach to flying. I admit that I have studied Realair airfile closely at the end of Vinka-project and find some values that was helpfull to make Vinka more stable and save my time. This is the way I have always worked, reading forums, studying airfiles and testing different values. Why isn't there a weather utility that checks the date and time in flightsimulator and gets the weather belonging to this date and time from from the internet? Of course, if you always fly realtime it won't be a problem because weather utilities usually get the current weather.
