...and is it possible to gather ocean and sea data and create them in FS for the sea planes? Wouldn't have to be a big detailed simulation just a way to have it where not all bodies of waters are accessable for take-off or landings. If sea conditions arent downloadable maybe use the weather data to create seas by wind direction and strength and then create seas that kind of would relate to those reports. It sure would bring a whole new experience into aviation on water.Kilstorm

Hello,I am reluctant to make a public statement on this issue as I had hoped that this matter could have been resolved privately between the parties. To some extent that has happened and the Vinka L-70 authors have now agreed to remove some of the airfile data which we objected too. this is from Ken Peckham who has the beta of FS2004.Ok here goes: The ATC in 2004 does not follow STARS or SIDs as published in the Jepps plates, BUT....For Sids you can add the waypoints of the SID into your flight plan and as soon as you check in With departure they will vector you towards the first waypoint and let you fly the entire SID and on to your flight plan unassisted. I have fs2k2 standard. After loading the above plane/panel, I don't see the glass horizon gauge. There's a couple other gauges, but that doesn't matter right now . Is it because I have standard? Where can I get the gauges that are missing or how might I turn on the horizon gauge?Also, does the overhead panel have no clickable areas?

Is there a way to turn off reflection on just AI traffic or do you have to turn it off for all aircraft?On a completely different note i found a website that broadcasts atlanta center on live ATC and also gives a radar screen of aircraft in the area for all you atlanta folks like myself. when using J. Murchison BAe 146 to fly or as AI, I have FS2002 crash; programm stops without any messagebox and simply go back to desktop x( ; I use XP; when removing these planes everything works normally.any idea please?

Hi Simmers,What a nice aircraft. Sorry to see a people problem getting in the way. I got mine early, and refuse to chuck it, cuz it's fun to fly. I detected a back ground noise, static, that is very pronounced with the engine stopped. Is it just me, or do you folks hear it also? I tried to use the MS 172 sound files, but the Valmet system did not like them and froze the FS program on start-up. Any ideas?Regards,Bob.... in sunny Florida

After usiing this Weather 2.0 NOVICE edition for about a week now, I find it quite excellent. It's convenient and accurate. It's great being in FS2002 and turning it on while there. I use it in combination with FS SkyWorld, and the clouds are absolutely awesome. Even though I'm a paid user of ActiveSky WxRE, I'm going to shelve it for Weather 2.0. I will BUY THE FULL VERSION TONIGHT, and hope that it works, as the author says, in FS2004. I absolutely love the convenience of the program, and it doesn't slow down my flight, and it doesn't LOCK my flight. Great job. I appreciate it.OK ............I'm a believer in this program. Let me know if I'm posting in the wrong forum.I've downloaded the Balkan Bulgarian Airlines Tupolev Tu-154B-2 for FS2002 by Roman Skorykh with panel by Dmitry Kolesnik and repaint by Misha Kovacevic (reviewed by "Bear" Cartwright - http://www.avsim.com/pages/0402/bear_4-3-02/bearracing.htm).It looks like a great model and a great Russian panel but when I try to start it I keep getting "Soundlib-error; Sound-File not found" and then FS2002 Pro freezes up.Any suggestions for getting the kinks out of this model or suggestions of another high-quality, freeware Tu-154.Thanks!DD

Hi, what in the heck is this file , and what does it do?: 'msinet.ocx'I downloaded an Italian AI package off the PAI web site. This package had 2 parts and included an aircraft manager program, that had to be run at least once in order to activate the traffic. When I double clicked the icon, I got the following message: "runtime error 339: Component msinet.ocx or one of its depenecies not correctly registered:a file is missing or invalid. I did a search for this component and couldn't find it. What is it- where can I get it- how do I correct this error. Cheers!

Used to be able to take them without any problem. Put a gforce 4 card in my computer and now all I get is a black screen or the cockpit view. Using Paint Shop Pro to display my shots. Any ideas?Thanks in advanceEd

Hi all,to avoid a loss of my copy of FS2002 in case of CD-failure or something like that I made a backup of the 3 original CDs of FS2002 (CD to CD burning). Now I wanted to reinstall FS2002 from the backup-CDs (I've broken the No. 1 original-CD); setup works fine until the moment after creating the game folders on the HD. Then it says something like (my translation from German to English): "Unable to verify installation media." and stops installation process.For me it sounds like a copying protection or so.
