How long does it take AI traffic to exit the runway.I keep hearing "%$#$$% turn right next taxi way" or "%^%$# exit runway when able". This seems to go on forever and ever while im lined up behind other AI traffic burning up fuel. It took a Delta MD83 9 minutes to get off the runway after many of these messages. This isnt real by any means. Is this a FS2002 bug? Can it be fixed. Any help would be appreciated.Jim

Hi,I fly connected to vatsim almost every night, without problems until today, when the fsmeteo "put" cirrus clouds, a very horrible static noise start and after a 1 or less minutes the dialup connection drop!!! :( then i connected again without fsmeteo using the "real world weather" from SB and everything is fine (no cirrus this time, actually i nver seen cirrus with sb weather); cut the "real world weather" and fire up the fsmeteo, the fsmeteo load the weather cirrus cloud appeared and zass!!! the dialup connection drop again.Any of you with the same problem... any advice will greatly appreciated.TIATUNKASystem:PIV 4 2.66 1G RAM 400GeForce TI 4200 128 MB with 53.03 driv…

......it's a frame rate killer. With my system (see my signature below for the specs), I get between 6fps and 15fps. I have tons of AI traffic, but when I disabled them, I experienced a 4fps increase which while is an improvement, still isn't worth it. I thought It would jump to above 20fps by disabling traffic, so it is clear that the scenery itself is extremely intensive.I've only tried the demo and am extremely impressed. I am considering buying it if I can improve frame rates at least by just a little.Does anyone have any tips, and I mean absolutely ANY to increase frame rates?Obviously I can lower my graphics settings, but are there any other tips that could greatly …

is anyone else having this issue?from altitude, all of my islands are "squared off". no rounded natuaral coastlines anymore....all straight and squared. i haven't landed there yet so i dont know if this changes when lower or not.since it was a self-installer i dont know what i could've missed.has anyone seen this, or have a fix?thankschris

I cant delete the PSS/A330.gau file, i would post there but by the time they allow it it will be to late because i have a flight with the PSS A340 in 2 hours and i unintalled it because i wanted a new install with the new Ariac, so i try to delete the file and it says cannot delete, acces denied. I have another of the same file in some other folder and i can delete that fine, but not the one from the guages folder. Can someone help? I need that file deleted to install the plane.adam

I have searched through the forum, but I can't find another message that dupicates my problem -- which is that FS9 won't start beyond the splash screen. It goes directly back to the desktop. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and can't find a fix. I have searched so many threads on here and no one can get 30 fps with everything maxed out. My primary question pertains to a DUAL XEON or DUAL OPTERON processor?1.) Does anyone have a system like this if so what are the frame rates?2.) If you have a none dual processor systems has anyone MAXED out their settings and get above 30 fps.3.) Has anyone any news regarding these wonderful guys. The last e-mail they sent me said they were working on revising Halifax Intl. - CYHZ. They were going to remove crash detection at the terminals. Anyone have any news? Guys where are you? ... Moncton and St. John's are working fine in FS2004. But I miss CYHZ due to collision issues with terminal.

I made an ILS approach (31) to VAGAR on Faero Islands. I fly the realair Cessna and made the approach with autopilot following the track.This glidepath should have lead me directly into a hill. I had to manually make steep climb over the hill and then I could land.But glidepatchs are supposed to take you over and not into obstacles.

hi folks,didn't have any fs9 crashes until now - during AS2004 new beta testing i experienced the following (and pls test this, if possible):- installed (later uninstalled) new Nice airport (LFMN)- let FS9 create a high altitude standard route from LFMN to LFPO- delete the first Navpoint NIZ (VOR)- fly the route (with our without weather, or without or without AI)at the first waypoint (something like verdes 75nm north of LFMN...don't remember the name now), i get constand crashes and fs9 shuts down..illegal blabla fs9.exe.... x( disabled all weather engines, all AI and any other 3rd party scenery which i installed lately - no landclass files installed either.very strange,…

Hi Ken:I have a problem with FSautostart and SB. I configured the services and programs in a way that Internet, DXPlay, etc are functional.However at times I am unable to make SB work once ready to fly online. Sometimes it works but others don't. Any advice? Your program is great .:-roll

Can someone please tell me if I'm cracking up or not. I feel sure that I've seen the Angel Falls (well at least a river going down the side of a cliff where they should be) on the FSGenesis mesh add on for Venezuela. However, I just can't seem to find it now. According to Google to coordinates are N05 58 42 W062 32 8. However, when I go there, I can't even see a river. Am I in the right place? Am I going mad???

After reading Bears review of the POSKY 757 with Lonny Payne panel, I decided to download the files quoted. The a/c and a/c VC files were about 7 meg each , the FS2002 panel was 14 meg and the FS2004 update was 1.5 meg.All worked well with the installation of the POSKY 757 -- I finished up with a nice a/c with a nice VC -- but the 2d panel is a simple one from the default 777 (I think) . OK - so now I try to install the Lonny Payne panel into this a/c. Bear actually ommited to say that the original Fs2002 panel is required but I woke up to this -- installed it and the FS2004 update. But alack and alas, I get an a/c with a strange VC -- some of the gauges have a white back…

I have a dell axim pocket pc.. Its sits next to my monitor on a cradle doing nothing while I play fs.THis leads me to wonder if there is any app out there that interfaces with flightsim.Like a radio stack or somthing along those lines. Just another way of inputing things into flight sim.I know it could be done just by interfacing with fsuipc. but has it been done?

I see some panels in FS9 need Concord Gauge. Where, exactly, do I find this gauge? Please help. Stan
