Hello, I'm relatively new to FS2004. I recently purchased Flight1's Meridian and it's a great aircraft. I'm now interested in a large ATR/Saab/Dash -type of turboprop aircraft. Anyone have suggestions? I would be willing to consider payware versions. I think the default King Air is ok, but I would like to fly something bigger. Thanks!

I've noticed that when in VC, the instrument panel is awfully dark when the aircraft is headed approximately into the sun. When facing away from the sun, the panel is well lit as if the sun is illuminating the panel. Although this is how it would be in real life, is there some way to brighten the panel up (without panel lights) when it is dark? Not a big deal really but would be nice if the panel was a little easier to see. Thanks.Jim

I installed GA-Traffic this morning. Now when I fly into or out of Albany, NY (KALB) there are ONLY GA aircraft and all the airlines are completely gone. I have Ultimate Traffic and previously there were always appropriate airliners at the airport.I appreciate the work that went into this program, but if it's going to mess up Ultimate Traffic it has to go.Jim

Hello,I need advice from those of you who have used either Jumbo 2004 or Ready for Push-Back. I'm looking into buying either Jumbo 2004 by Perfect Flight or Ready for Pushback by VMAX. I checked their webpages and each offer interesting features. The Jumbo 2004 has something which I really like - 550 flight plans included; but how is the flight dynamics of the Jumbo 2004 versus the Ready for Pushback 747-200? What about the functionality of the gauges on the panels? Does Jumbo offer a panel any better than the default as the screen shots look very much like the FS2004 default panel. I am using Kazuhiro Miyazaki's FS2002 Japan airport scenery in FS2004 (the guy who made a very good Kansai and Narita scenery) The airports work very good in FS2004, but I can't find any AFCAD2 files for them. Hello All,I saw this last night on the BBC1 Programme Click On Line,I got it straight away, it's great, and it's FREE as well. and it does un-install without any problems, although I'm not sure why you would want to, all you do is install in the normal way, and you can go to the ''Tool Bar'' menu in IE and add the Ie Spell Button to you're tool bar at the top of the page, and it just sits there ready and waiting.you can even go into the Options and select the UK, USA etc Dictionary, and you can also select more options such as 'Slow But Accurate' too.I just thought you all might like to be aware of this freeware useful tool.have funSteve.Heres The Direct Link, and please,…

I've got white where the grass should be with paul mainville's DTW scenery. Also I have this problem with PHX scenery so this must be a generic texture. I've got nova gold and aiport textures. Can someone help?

I love the new KDTW airport! Paul J. Mainville did a great job. 1 problem - Whenever I try to ILS land runway 27R in my 737NG, the plane always lands about 30 feet to the left of the runway if I follow the instrument prompts from the localizer. The glideslope is perfect, but the localozer puts me well to the left. Anyone else having this problem? Anyone know how I can fix it?Thanks. Hello,I am a dedicated Goflight Equipment user. I am posting here to try to get a general user response to my problem - The Goflight forum is not as greatly "inhabited". I use a medium sized Goflight console along with my Project Magenta setup. I have already discovered that the Project Magenta MCP(s) cannot coexist with the Goflight MCP. When I use PM, I remove the GF MCP DLL from the Modules Folder of the FS2004.I am using the most current version of the GF software and FSUIPC (registered).My problem is this: I have noticed a growing number of "random" inputs to the GF MCP - especially Altitude "jumps" for no apparent reason. After about a year of relatively trouble-free flying with FS2002 Pro on WinXP with a GEForce MX440 with 64Mb, I am suddenly experiencing a loss of Radio lights (not the whole radio panel) and GPS data (not the whole panel) and sometimes the function keys stop working. I downloaded Matthias Hoheisel's PMDG737 Operating Procedures and it includes a detailed check list, among other things. The first entry on the checklist is "Check Airplane Registration." Is it possible to map or assign GoFlight (GF45) rotary switches and have it effect on the PMDG-737 aircraft?For instance, HDG changes?
