I installed last week a new console with 6 more modules including the TQ6, in addition to my previous setup.Since then, I lost my slew command, or to be more accurate, I can select slew mode but my plane starts spinning madly in a large circle and I cannot stop it. In other words, I cannot use the slew command anymore.Any clue as to what I can do to rectify this? For info, I tried to re allocate the slew key to different keys without success, problem remains the same.Thank you for any assistance!

Hi there, I have no problems with creating a flight plan in fs2004 but i cannot work out how to change or create a flight plan whilst my aircraft is in the air for example if i wish to divert etc.When i change or create a plan all that happens is my aircraft defaults back to the start of the plan on the gate, which kind of defeats the point of the option on the atc panelAny one pleaseDal 1

This is just a simple curiosity I have if someone could help me toanswer... it's there a way to keep airport and runway lights on in FS2002 during daytime in a visibility of normally 10NM but above 3NM too? Lights are on during daytime only in very limited visibility (< 3 NM). Please if you have any idea if this could be changed contact me.. if you have any suggestion for this or if there is a fix please tell me... thanks guys...

Has anyone used the Ch Yoke USB,Ch Pro Pedals USB with the (Ch Pro Throttle ). If so what advantage can the throttle provide as far as programming the buttons for FS2002. I want to order the yoke and pedals but need to know if throttle would be a great advantage with all the programable buttons available on it. (PS Would like to BUMP this 2 Times but don't know how) Thanks Chuck

I'm looking at flight log trackers that are more detailed than the default one in Flight Sim. This is primarily for VFR GA type flying. I'm looking for one that can tell me how far I've flown, how much fuel I've used, perhaps my route on a map, and add it up over consecutive flights. I think this would be neat for a cross-country flight. An added bonus would be one that had a screen capture built in.Any thoughts?Thanks,Kenneth

Is that possible? I want to have a IFR sim and VFR sim--one configured for performance and another for visual quality. This'll save me from changing the Display setting everything I want to swtich from IFR to VFR and so on. I thought it should be okay, then I realize that the installer will write over the existing Application DataMicrosoftFS9 though. I don't think I can have 2 different fs9.cfg because the cfg is stored in Application DataMicrosoftFS9, not in the root of the sim.

When examining a .bgl file I selected to open it with notepad, however I accidently selected to "always use this program" as that is the default choice. Now all my .bgl files show up as notepad files, which makes it a little more difficult to distinguish between files. Does anyone know how to set it back to open with an unknown program so that the icon will change back to what it was before?Thanks,Andre

Has anyone ever tried to land on rwy 22L at Midway(kmdw)? I did a perfect landing there yesterday and something unusual happened.On rollout at about 80knots, the plane started bouncing up and down and the nose ended up pointing toward the sky--crash!I used "autosave" to redo the landing and the same thing happened! I remember one time sitting at the gate at Midway and the plane started bouncing up and down and result---crash?What the hell is going on here? Is there a bug in FS9?

oh man am i frustrated,it was working fine about 3 days ago and i installed the pmdg 7378/9 update and the flight1 archer and meridian and i had also d/l some windows hacker udates - thinking this is the problem i deleted those and still nothing, i get the opening screen and then thats it nothing else happensso i tried to delte the config file and let it rebuild a new one - still nothingciao!Brian S

Hi to anyone who has had any luck what sover getting the Araine Studios 737-800NG to install properly in FS9. when I load the aircraft I get very blurry textures and when I click on the LibInst2004.exe it flashes for a second but nothing happens so I put the folder with the scenery and texture files to my add-on scenery folder and added it through the settings tab. when I open Fs9-still nothing (no clear textures inother words)so is there anyone out there that can help me because Ariane has ignored my emails for help which will probably cause me not to buy anything more from this outfit agian if they don't even bother to support their cistomers. appreciate any help with t…

Hi I am a new subscriber to this site, I would like to ask if anyone else out there has tried using the PMDG 737 NG with Fs 2004? If they have , have they experienced trouble with the sound. When I start off, mine sounds fine until I go to an outside view. The sound then goes to scratchy crackling and I have to stop the flight and re-start to get the sound back to normal. This then remains so until a different view is selected. Has anyone experienced this, if so what is the cure. The programme flies no problems at all in Fs 2002. This is a phenomena that is peculiar to Fs 2004thank you for your timeHossman

My mouse has started to act strangely. If I press "Alt" it works perfectly to access the various menus. If I am in the cockpit it is really sloooooooow in either 2D or VC. This has just happened recently. I had not used the simulator for a few weeks and the only change I can think of is that I installed the new nVidia drivers. The joystick works perfectly. HI, I have a couple of questions on PMDG's 737 product.1) What is the product like? Is it like a PSS product, i.e. superb visual models, panel included, many panel functions, working FMS?2) I have read some posts where people want to upload SID/STAR data - does that mean that the database for the 737 navigation is not complete?3) Do I require a joystick to fly them?4) Are they difficult to fly, or about as easy as the PSS planes?If they are the "PSS of 737" then I definitely want them!

Hey all,I've been searching the forum for some information.I'm using fs9, and experience this anoying moving and sizing skylinewhen at high FLs.For instance, when above the sea, an island with mountains morethan 50nm away start drawing, depsite the visibility is set to no more than 32miles, FSUIPC registred version active with visibilitylimits correctly set, and the mountains is non-stop moving andsizing, which makes very unrealisitc view.is there any known fix in any of the multiple *.cfg files thatI missed.
