All this talk about what FSGS can give us.... I would like to see what they can do with add-on scenery like Simflyers. If they can get add-on airports to run more smoothly I'd be the first in line to use their service. That's the whole point anyway since so many of us fly in and out of airports that have been updated. Everyone at some point in time has bought an add-on of their favorite international airport and that's where the slide show begins. I don't see any other benefit to FSGS. Not knockin' the boys who came up with this payware solution to smoothness.....A lot of contributors to this forum have come up with many a FS9 tweak , that helped most of us..'free of charge'..they put in their own troubleshootin time' to give us solutions -so us(me) simmers could have a more smooth flight. They never asked for a thing!I guess all I can do is thank them all ""a bunch"".I suppose the MS FS9 must have been 'snoozin' while desiging the product if that many tweaks were discovered by the simmin community.Wake up MS-FS9 team, or hire the tweakers!!! :)MB

I would love to buy this bird but I can't get past that ugly blood red paint scheme that's in the interior cabin... Is there anyone doing repaints that would include a different color for the cabin??? I wish Flight1 would have painted the cabin with some other color (in combination with say a wood grain) instead of the chalk red.

Hello,Is there any way to change the FS2004 ICAO for Kai Tak (Hong Kong Intl. Old) from the default VHHX to VHHK?I would like it to match the ICAO in EditVoicepack, which uses VHHK for Kai Tak, but as FS2004 uses VHHX, it is pronounced as "Victor Hotel Hotel X-Ray" instead of "Kai Tak" - a bit annoying.And yes, I know that Kai Tak is no longer in service...Nico

Hello all!Does anyone know of a banner download that can be added to an aircraft to tow behind? You know, the ones that follow behind a low and slow aircraft and display an advertisement or message. I did a search of the file library and did not find anything. It would be great if you could create your own message but now I'm just dreaming. If one does not exist, can one be created? I'm not a software developer, nor am I familiar with GMAX or any other design program. Just a simple question.Thanks in advance for any leads or suggestions.JohnKPRB

I'am looking for a good payware Airbus 340/330 panel or simulator, that is compatible with windows 98/se for sure + gdiplus.dll??I like to hear from experiences with windows 98 and airbus. It is for FS2004. I would love to hear a solution.Best regards, thank you very much.

Whenever I want to set my altitude and/or vertical speed in any aircraft for the autopilot I can only change the setting in increments of 1000. How do I change it so I can use increments much lower? Say 100 for vertical speed (although vertical speed doesn't usually cause problems) and altitude?EX: When I set my Alt. in the AP I can only set it at 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, etc.... :(2500, etc.. is not an option.I only have an unregistered version of FSUIPC (Installed by PMDG I believe).Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!!!!Thx!:)

Has anyone retrofitted the default baron with the Jetline 2 avionics? I haven't gotten the gauges to work, fitting in the panel. The EHSI was gigantic while the EADI was the correct size.

Gentlemen, I'm looking for the most FPS-friendly AI Traffic models that are out there. I've got Ultimate Traffic and I love it, and I've got AI set at 51%, not a lot, but just right for me. But, my FPS suffers a little bit with the models (I think), so I'm wondering which models are the most frame rate friendly.Thanks,

I really should know this, but I'm a little rusty, what are the meanings of the different V speeds on the FMC in the Citation X, What is the "V" Speed, theres like V1 V2 V3.. I load up the information in the Performance section of the FMC, and then calculate speeds, but don't know what the information means. Thanks.

Hi GuysI'm looking to buy one of the above but can't make my mind up which one to go for. The Dreamfleet certainly looks good but i can't determine from their web-site whether the VC is completely interactive (that's where i intend to spend all of my time), it mentions "click-spots" but not specifically "interactive". The Carenado is definitely interactive but their site doesn't give any decent VC screen shots.Any help making my mind up would be much appreciatedRegardsGary

I have recently purchased the PMDG 737 600/700 and am generally happy with it apart from a very annoying sound problem. When in the forward looking cockpit view there is a very strange sound, like a very rapid clicking sound, this disappears when changing to any of the sideways-looking cockpit views or external views. I tried to isolate it by reducing the sliders in options/settings/sound one by one to zero, but even with them all zeroed the sound was still there. I have an Audigy sound card with the latest drivers, and patch, installed. Any ideas?Pete

Hi folks,while taxiing at KORD (Simflyers) after ground clearance, ATC simply ignored me and several United AI started pushback/taxiing litterally ON me without any sort of alert from ground.I feel like a ghost......Can anyone please help me?Thanks in advanceLuigi ;-)

I just uninstalled ATOC pilot client and now whenever I load FS9 it says "cant find c:program files..............ATOCsocketcontrol.dll". I guess it is still trying to load that pilot client. anyway i can stop this? thx

David, great work !Yesterday I flew flight 43 from Rodriguez ballon (SPQU) to Alejandro Velazco Astete (SPZO). Actually I tried.This was an IFR flight on my dear Learjet 45 (I looove this one). Local time at SPZO was 6:52pm (night) and weather was extremely cloudy. Visibility was close to zero. Furthermore, the region is mountainous to say the least...I was following ATC instruction to land, and these stupid fools quietly crashed me in the hills....Problem is that SPZO has no ILS, no VOR and no lights to assist Instrum…

I've actually got two questions. Which 767 model is more accurate, the IFDG 767 or the POSKY 767? I'm only talking in terms of everything except for the the fact that POSKY's doesn't have any doors, I'm talking about everything else. I noticed that the IFDG's gear is more detailed, but POSKY has a varity of annteneas. And POSKY's leading edge slats move slowly, and IFDG's move fast, which is more accurate? Which is better to get? And could I use the POSKY FDEs on the POSKY 767s if the IFDG 767s are better overall?
