Does anyone know if MS issued a Patch/Update for Fs2k2?I seem to remember that FS2000 had 1 or maybe 2 Patches - yeh! I'm that old :)Ken

So I'm in the Bay Area near Moffett Field. I went into the GA-Traffic config and looked up Moffett. It wasn't marked as a military base so I checked that box. Now what will I have to do to get military aircraft coming in and out of this airport?I'm using GA-Traffic in conjunction with Ultimate Traffic.Thanks!

I'm not clear on the interaction of these two great utilities. If I set visibility to certain limits in FSUIPC, do these limits get ignored or over-ridden when I activate FSMeteo (or the online FS9 real wx engine)? I am trying to figure out how to set visibility limits within FSUIPC and get FSMeteo to "obey" those limits, if possible.Appreciate posts, thanks!JS

GuysI have FS Meteo and I've noted that each time it updates there are two distinct stutters, about 2 seconds in length each that completely freezes the video display but the flight simulation continues in the processor. As a result when the video un-freezes, there is a sudden jump and you find yourself not at all where you intended to be. In a lot of cases, it occurs about four feet off the ground during the landing flare.The first of the two occurs when the refreshed download occurs. The second occurs when the weather 'activates'.I have a broadband connection that d/l 2Mbps. The provider is offering 3 Mbps. Would a faster download aid this stutter or am I facing a …

So I bought UT this morning and in the instructions is tells me to delete Traffic030528.bgl in the C:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesFlight Simulator 9SceneryWorldscenery directory.There is no such file. Only Traffic030528.utb. So what should I do here? Why is it having me delete this file anyways?Thank you,-Allistah

I currently have my GA traffic setting in GA-Traffic programme set to the default 100% and I adjust my traffic settings within FS using the AI traffic slider. However I am finding that the FS AI traffic slider seems to do some strange things. For example , I seem to get full GA slots at airports regardless of what position the FS slider is set to until I set it below 10%, when all GA traffic seems to disappear.So what are you all using -- what combination of the 2 traffic sliders is working best for you?Thanks Barry

I was searching the forums and seen that a lot of people complained about the SimFlyers airport scenery. Most said it was a complete hog and made your FPS go to hell.Are there any airport scenery free or payware that doesn't do this? I understand that adding any airport will cost some FPS, but if it was done well you could get a nice airport without it driving your FPS into the ground. Is there anything like that?Thanks for the info anyone might have.. :-)

I remember way back in FS98 Wilco had done this airport for their Airport 2000 vol 1 title. I flew there quite a bit. I have been waiting for a new Brussels scenery ever since. Anyone know of a new or existing scenery for Brussels now? Thanks,Scott

I've searched and seen all the posts regarding both of these programs. It seems the combination of the two is the way to go at the moment.I've also read that Ultimate Traffic will do GA traffic. So here are my questions, I hope someone can help me out:1) How are both installed and they don't step on each other? Is there a specific install order to make sure that they don't step on one another?2) With GA-Traffic, I guess I don't understand how I control the amount of traffic. What am I missing? Hi I'm new to win xp...holdover from win98. Just had to upgrade my system and I upgraded to fs2004. Question I have is how do you install fs2004 to just a single user. I tried installing it already and it appeared on all users desktops. I know it's something simple.Thanx...morand :-hmmm :-hmmm

Looking at the FS Terrain on Flight1.com, however, I can't see that it does much. Is it supposed to look different or just fix valleys and mountains?

I just finished the wonderful review of the PMDG 737NG and was much impressed, as I have been with the group's fine products since the days of FLyII.But looking around at the interior shots, as well as the shots on many add-on airplanes, I was struck by the fact that, here we have all these wonderful interiors, yet they all make the planes look like ghost ships.Perhaps it would be a bit macabre to have passengers inside a plane that the novice may spend most of early time crashing, I dont know.But maybe a few people sitting here and there... or maybe alternatvie interior shots that could be swapped out once flying proficiency is obtained...Maybe it's just a lot easier to…

I downloaded POSKY A330-200 and Eric Marciano's panel. Both are terrific. I have two problems, however, I can't answer with the FAQ's and was looking for some help. First, I can't change the heading/course setting for the AP in increments of one degree (usually 10 or 3). Second, when I tried to land ILS at KJFK by pressing the APPR button after I was on the glideslope indicator, the plan simply nosedived into the water. Does anyone have any suggestions? Hi im a new user and i dont know if this has already been posted sorry if it has. Recently, my FS keeps shutting down all of a sudden unexpectedly usually this is within 5 mins. Any ideas what this might be? and if this helps i just got a second monitor and after i got it the shutdowns have been happening.

OK everything was working perfectly in FS9 until I installed these updated scenery textures from the library here at avsim. Now every airport is missing the grass & asphault around and between the runways and instead there are overlapping ground textures, such as building textures showing between the runways. What happened? I tried installing new grass and tree textures but that did not do it. I'm running the fsgenesis US landclass and the west and rockies mesh. But everything worked fine before, it seems like the new texture files are to blame I'm guessing...Thanks!I can't find the file name for the replacement textures but I know it was a file from here
