I am looking to purchase this addon and I see they are working on rev 1.5 just wanted to know anyone who owns this there thoughts.I currently have most US Simflyers and some Freeware and I also have FLY TAMPA -KSAN which is awesome.The concern I have is FPS since KSAN is a smaller field.Thanks in advance

Could anybody advise what the "typical" use of an Aero-Commander 500 would be (or have been). Larger airports -- bush fields -- ???Barry

I love this freeware a/c!!!! But the only thing that I find spoils it a bit for me and prevents it from achieving the 100% approval rating ( NOT complaining -- NOT complaining!!! -- ducks thrown objects, hides under desk) is the darkness of the VC. There must be a reason for it - because, while I know that many VCs seem to be quite dark , there are others that are not.Does anybody have a fix? I know that there was a thread on this subject some time back -- but I still have the dark VC.Regards Barry

argh, I'm having disk problems with win xp home. When I run chkdsk or scandisk from the boot it hangs at 29% done and I have to reset the comp. Sounds ugly, and I don't want to reinstall xp! Anyone have any ideas? Should I break down and buy Norton Tools or something similar? Thx.billg

Couldn't find this in the forum. There is a bridge near KPGA (Page, Arizona) that FS9 tells me I crash whenever I try to fly under/through it. Looks like I'm in the clear, but can't seem to make it. Anybody know if this is my flying (I'm in small GA craft)or is it the bridge somehow? BTW, is this the London Bridge that should be in Lake Havasu City, AZ?Alex M.

Hi,I have looked at nearly every FS site that I know but havent found any good Citation 525 for FS2002 or FS2004. Does anyone know of one (freeware or payware?) Or, if you are a designer, would anyone be interested in building one? Thanks

I use FSMeteo 5.2.1 with FS2k2 and for the last few days it has been acting up. When it connects to the server it skips the METARS and only loads the upper winds. I tried to email Marc but his e-mail rejected ? Anyone else seen this or been able to contact them ?Greg

Aren't recognized at all. As a developer, I haven't gotten one e-mail that says 'great work I love the AI.' I haven't seen one screenshot forum posting that says: 'look at this sweet AFCAD, its so accurate!' Painting and scenery design is hard work but AFCADs require a lot of time and effort as well. Most of the time they're downloaded, work great, and are ignored. So I'd just like to say: If you design AFCADs -- I applaud you. Anybody know what causes these scenery flashes and how to cure them? These flashes appear and disapear every few seconds as I am flying. Seems like they started since I installed emma field but that may be just a coincidence. I tried to include a screenshot but it is too big I guess. How can I do that?Don

When I start at a small airport, like KELY, the only choices for a position are on a runway. I usually taxi off the runway before signing on line, but I think it would be great to just add a parking spot and start there. There are other small places I would like to add parking to, and, now that I think about it, there are large places that I would add my own parking place to, if I knew how.Can someone point the way? I have been manually installing PAI flightplansaircraft for real-world air traffic. However lately i've noticed that some aircraft do not appear at certain airports, these same aircraft appear but don't move at other airports, while at still others fly normally as scheduled. Case in point is the Dornier 328(PAI)that I use for a Delta commuter. The aircraft does not appear at all at JFK during scheduled departures, at KBOS it appears, but does not move when scheduled, but at KCVG the aircraft flys normally. Same AC#.I've tryed identical AFCAD parking features, etc. No luck.Any suggestions?Thanks

Just a quick note. See where Simflyers has released a 2.0 version of their KATL airport scenery. Looks good based on screenshots. I am a former user of their 1.0 scenery back in FS2002. However dont use that version in FS9 because its a FPS hog. I'd like to use this 2.0 version and would pay for the upgrade if the FPS issues are resolved or not appreciably different than the default KATL. Before purchase, I'd like to ask that anybody who does take the plunge please post here so we can all see if any FPS improvements are available.ThanksEric

I was downloading the updated A320 FDE file over at Flightsim.com and it dawned on me that I find myself constantly renaming the many zip files I have on my hard drive (as I download them of course) to names in which I can actually go back and remember what they were.My question is why are people still naming their files useless names like 'pra32090.zip'??? I've been around since the days of DOS and understood the reasoning for this back then. In the day of WindowsXP there's is no excuse for this. Why couldn't this file have a name like, 'A320 FDE V2.zip'??? I know some developers give files names that make since but the vast majority of files I've downloaded here at A…

Hi guys,Im wondering how do I give a determinate zoom to the 2d view, I want it in 0.75, I change it with the - key and if do I move to another view like spot and comeback to the 2d the zoom becames the default one. Any ideas? do I have to change something on the aircraft.cfg or where?Thanks for your time.

Does everyone see taxiway line shimmering and movement? I always have and wondered if there is a way to make the lines appear straight and still.I just installed nvidia 61.11 drivers for XP from guru3d.com but that did not help either.Thanks,Richard

I just got a new PC and I'm migrating everything to the new machine. Suddenly, my aircraft's reflective textures are showing up in the sim as semi-transparent instead of solid. The Lear 45, my PMDG American Airlines 738. The problem is universal.In other words, my American Airlines 737-800 is showing the gear bays and wheels through the skin of the plane. I don't get it. I remembered seeing this a long time ago but just recently came across it again and thought it might help some of you.The site is www.blackviper.com and when I applied his tweaks to a computer of one of my buddies he got about a 20%-30% increase in system performance. The site also has some good info for setting up your security settings.His website is pretty thorough so BE SURE to read through it and FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. MANY of his tweaks have the potential to help many out there with their system performance.Hope this helps some of you.:)
