Hello, I downloaded the B200 update for the Aeroworx airplane by Bob Scott, but the installer tells me unknown .air version and it will not install. Can somebody send me the updated air file or something? I just downloaded and installed the airplane tonight, purchased it using the flight1 installer wrapper. Thanks!

One big thing on my wish for FS2k6 is for Microsoft to do away with gate assignment after landing. Seeing as if one is flying Air Canada and there is no way for ATC to assign you to the proper gate after landing, do away with that feature. As things are now if you don't follow the pink arrows to a designated spot, you can't start a new flight. I landed in Toronto last night (Air Canada A319) and got vectored by ATC to park at a hanger even though I chose to

It is good news that Microsoft will be giving us a patch for FS2004. I am looking forward to what new changes have been made to make it better product.

A few minutes ago, I picked up and began thumbing though a small spiral bound book entitled "40 Great Flight Simulator Adventures",written in 1985 by Charles Gulick and published by Compute Books.The book is a collection of specific "adventures" designed for the early Commodore and Apple versions of FS, sims with very limited graphics that required a great deal of imagination. I found a freeware hex editor that is very easy to use to remove virtual cockpits. Go to: http://www.chmaas.handshake.de/delphi/free...32.htm#download and download a copy of the XV132 hex editor. There are good instructions on how to install it. Once you have it installed, to remove a virtual cockpit, do the following:Click on File, then OpenUnder "Look In", find the model file in the FS9 aircraft file you want to edit.Click on the .mdl file and open the particular aircraft mdl file. Hi Guys, Just curious about what most people think of VATSIM. I've finally managed to get it all working and while I think the idea is fantastic, in reality it doesn't seem to be that great. The biggest pain is that 90% of the time, there isn't a controller logged on where you want to fly. Or even if you fly where there is a controller, that controller is only the approach/tower and for the remainder of the journey, your completly without ANY atc and just fly where you want. On the other side, we all know that FS9 ATC could use a lot of work, nothing worse than getting clearence to land when there is another a/c 2 miles in front of you plus one on the runway. I'm flying an Avro RJ85 from KBOS to KBTV at assigned 18,000.Altimeter is set correctly but the controller tells me I'm "700 feet below assigned altitude, climb/maintain 18,000." I even dropped to 17,300 to see if that helped. No luck.First time this has happened.Any clues appreciated?JimVT

I've been trying to get this program to run but have encountered a problem. After installing it, I can open the program, d/l the metars from any of the listed sights but the program does not show me the Metars. According to the documentation, they should show up in my FSMetar folder as a .txt file but for some reason, mine show up as a .tmp file. Now this is why I cant read or use them. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I sent an e-mail to the author of the program but haven't heard back yet. Would really like to try this weather program out.Thanks in advance.Jim

This is in ref to an earlier post I had several months ago concerning the aircraft that disappear after "x" amount of time of sitting on the taxiway.Just wondering if with the SDK's out there somebody found that "magic digit" or two that would lengthen that length of time?Jeff

Avsim will not allow the posting of links to the no cd crack because they consider the crack to be an illegal piece of software.However, they have allowed Boris3456 to post explicit details of how to remove a virtual cockpit thereby hacking and reverse engineering the copyrighted mdl files of developers.Just in case anyone says that this hack would be for personal use only the use of the no cd crack would be for personal use only as well. So why allow one to be posted in the forum but not the other?David

I have been enjoying flying around in Eric Cantu's 737-200, but find the wing views from the cockpit rather annoying. Is there any way I can eliminate the wing views when I look left or right from the cockpit?ThanksKim Simmelink

Here is the library there is a AFCAD2 for the new Miami 1.5 update. It says that to have ATC work with the new numbered runways, you will need Jim Vile's kmia_ils_jv_v2.0 zip file on AVSIM.com Is this true? I don't want to install something then find out later I did not need it. (I hope someone can answer this post quick, cause Im going to make a flight to the new Miami later on)I did ask this question in the Fly Tampa forums too, but I figured it might get answered quicker here. :-)

Help!!! After I have connecting my FS too internet I had something alike, FS2004 black screen when I resize the FS2004 window. The mouse cursor just keeps blinking. There's no way to restart my flight or so, the program just crashes completely, I have uninstall fs also squwkbox and sb and download all again, no change.
