This is for Jim Waters. I think i recognize those textures you have posted for the Simmersky V2 in Delta's old colors. While I don't mind folks using my textures I would appreciate at least a mention in your readme that these are mine. I actually find it quite flattering that someone uses my textures and I hope lots of folks enjoy them. And before anyone suggests it, I do NOT wish these files to be removed. Hornit

Hello AllI'm not sure if this is the right forum, but here goes.I have FS traffic 2004, and I love it, with display settings just right it brings FS to life with out killing frame rate too much, however a problem I've been having for some time has got to the point were I cant put up with it anymore.I fly IFR commercial flights mostly around one to two hours in length, the problem is after a perfect cruise, and decend to the approach ATC directs you when at the last minute a second plane descends on top of you, swings infront or from the right or over takes you, casuing a go around. Hi,I read a tip about that I should have all landclass files (LC*.BGL) removed to a separate scenery folder without a texture folder...Now what I did was searching for any LC*.bgl files and move them to the Scenery/Landclass folder. But now FS9 doesnt start anymore, tells me about it cannot open the FS9/Scenery folderNow, what does the scenery folder has to have? Could you write a list of the FS9 default files in the scenery folder?I probably moved the wrong files. But cannot find which one and from where I moved them in error.

I can't get the accuracy I need when I set the OBS or the Heading Indicator or the rotating ADF card. When I try to adjust by clicking on the knob, the needle clicks 10 degrees at a time. I need better accuracy for tracking VOR radials and doing ILS approaches.I've tried the correct keyboard commands for "slight adjustment" but it does the same thing.Help is appreciated. Morning all,I've recently suffered a new problem in fs9. When flying in the north of Finland in the default Beech Baron with FISD's scenery installed, all would be fine. Their scenery I recently updated and all looked very good with very smooth framerates.Yesterday I decided to download and install Chris Willis's FSW clouds. I just unzipped the latest airac cycle from the FSBuild site, and the program will no longer show STARs in planning, and won't use them when autogenerating routes.I tried reinstalling fresh with FSBuildsetup, then the 2.1 update, then the fsb2updates.zip file -- all is well at this stage.Then I unzip fsb2_0410_navdata.zip file into the FSBuild directory, and the STARs are gone again, SIDs are still there. Hi All:My two main aircraft that I fly are the DHC-6 & the Aero Cammander AC500S. When I'm on approach and trying to fine tune my descent, I use pitch up and pitch down occasionally to correct things. Also, trim up and trim down. It seems as though FS9 remembers each press of the button(s), and when I'm reasonably close to good settings, the aircraft suddenly pitches up or down, depending on the last few button presses; (either up or down.) I swear, FS9 remembers them, counts them up and then flushes them out, in a great pitch up or pitch down attitude!Anyone else ever had this problem? Hello,it's very interesting to see that the plane I fly as best as I can(A320 PIC) behaves very strange after a six-pack (beer).Speeds are wrong, altitude simply goes up and down without any reason.The Autopilots behave selfish and Glidescope and LOC never kick in correctly. Somehow the MCDU always is doing strange things.In others words, in FS2004 you can very professional simulate the negative effect of alcohol in how much it degrees your brain-power quickly. Things you do all day in FS2004 become extremely hard to handle.Those who haven't made this expirience, ... try it !You can only fell off your chair and hopefully understand why "drink & drive" is a deadly comb…

I have been flying FS9 since it came out but only recently really looked at the GPS. When flying several pre-planned flights between UK airfields using the FS9 flight planner, I have found that the GPS always indicates zero ETE with some 1 - 3 miles to run to the airfield waypoint [overhead the airfield - I assume]. I have tried this on both stock [MS]airfields and add-ons such as Gary Simmons series. In every case the same - the GPS ETE clicks over to zero with a few miles to run. to the overhead.Grateful if anyone could explain???

hi folks i am having a problem with my aircraft flashing or reflecting sunlight in a random pattern all over the aircraft. this happens with the a.c. on the ground or in the air with terrain in the back ground. this doesnt happen at all with a sky back ground i hope some one can help me thanks, i am using win XP home 512ram 3ght intelR extrem grafix tango

Hi all... When I use the IFDG A320 in FS 2004 I have a brake problem you may be able to help me with. With both engines running, at tick over, and with the parking brake on the A320 creeps forward until I run into the aircraft ahead or the gate. Any thoughts welcome as this is spoiling a great plane.Bob

Hi,I have been using FSNAV for a long time, and from what I read its not going to be supported anymore, or have any SID/STAR updates.So, my question is what would be a worthy successor to FSNAV?.At the moment I use FSNAV instead of the flight planner in FS, to plan all my flights.Any suggestions?Dan.
