Ok, I want to finally get an AI program. I don't want to mess around for hours setting it up. I do however want some good looking AI planes and realistic schedules and I am willing to download/pay for whatever is necessary. What is better, Ulitmate Traffic or MyTraffic? Is there another program out there? Is Project AI an "all-inclusive" program as well?I have already downloaded a bunch of Afcads for my commercial addon scenery, I assume once I get one of the above programs installed, I just drop that AFCAD into the scenery folder and away I go or do I have to setup parking spots and such? Many thanks for any input and help.

In flight sim 2004 is there any way i can turn the overspeed warning off, get rid off the clicking noise when you are going overspeed, i know i can slow down , but id just like to know if i can get rid off that clicking noise, even if the red over speed sign on the bottom right of the screen stays on, without loseing the rest of the aircraft noise, id be very grateful if any one can help me, thankyou very much, Marc.

Hi, guys,Anyone else have this problem with the awesome FlySanFran scenery? Southeast of the airport, all my autogen buildings and trees just disappear, and there's nothing there but the ground textures, even with autogen on full. I've also noticed this problem in the area surrounding Simflyer's KIAD. Hi Everyone:I was using FSMeteo this A.M. at 08:00 Hrs. EDT and FSMeteo indicated that the servers had gone done.I have been attempted to reconnect 4 hours later and I am unable to connect to Server 1 or 2.Has anyone been experiencing this same problem.Tks. in advance for any replies.Kenny G.

Could someone point me to mesh for the area around Anchorage Alaska? I dont need the whole state, just that area. I found the map over at Simviation but it looks like the download is not working. I have Holger's work for a good bit of Alaska and dont want to mess with it.Hornit

This is probably a dumb question but I haven't been able to find the answer. What does it mean when you identify your aircraft with a suffix like: Air Canada 1123 with Tango? or with whatever? It only comes up once at the beginning of the flight.Thanks - Terry

Hi,I just did a flight with a PSS A340 to Lhasa in Tibet, whose airport is at 11,620 ft. DUring cruise, the cabin pressure already adjusted itself to that altitude, which is way beyond the gree zone of cabin pressure on the PSS panel, so I always get a flashy light on my panel. Anyone knows how I can manually keep the cabin pressure within the limits? Chris(I know that the pressure at 11,620 ft must be bearable, after all this is what pax will face when they step off the plane, but I don't want them to faint because I climb to that altitude within the matter of 20 mins).

Has anyone knowledge of AFCAD 2 files causing crashes to desktop (CTD)?It seems that both occurrences of the onset of continuous CTDs came after I had tinkered with another author's AFCAD2 file. When I say "tinkering," I mean adding, subtracting, or re-labeling gates.After FS9 running fine for a few months, CTDs began after AFCAD 2 installs at KSEA, KPDX. AFCAD 2 modified airport KRNO suddenly seemed to cause a CTD when it never used to.After a total uninstall and reinstall, I'm slowly re-installing AI aircraft methodically to find the source of the CTDs. Well I guess there is a reason people say if it aint broke don't fix it. I had a good setup and smooth performance on my computer running FS9. I was getting a consistant 20 FPS on my old Nvidia Ti4600 video card. In the endless quest for more FPS and more fluidity I upgraded to the Geforce FX5700 video card. I get more FPS but now every 3 seconds the screen stutters. I have tried several versions of drivers, (I am currently on 61.77) I have tried playing with the AA and AF settings but nothing seems to be working. I also tried playing with the TEXTURE_BANDWIDTH_MULT in the fs9.cfg file but nothing has fixed this so far. Since nothing else has changed on my computer beside…

After flying in FS for a few years now, I'm getting sick and tired of STILL not knowing anything (usefull) about charts and airways and flightplanning and all that kind of stuff... I've read a LOT about these things the last years but somehow I just cannot connect all the info and grasp it all... Which is very frustrating...The last year and a half I have been flying the PSS Airbus offline without problems. I know it inside out. So switching buttons and so on isn't a problem for me. Hi all - read the AVSIM Bravo Zulu awards and was interested in downloading the freeware Maule M-760 by FSNordice but cannot find it in AVSIM or "the other" flight sim web site files. I am writing an article about simming in the UNITED A320 in Denver, and want to know from A320 panel experts how closely you think the Eric Marciano A320 panel version 2.2 emulates the real panel (or the more sophisticated, complex, payware A320 sim panels for MSFS). Also, do you think the Marciano panel is a good "primer" for the next level up with a full blown MCDU/FMGC and FCU ?Appreciate any posts and views, thanks!JS
