Well, I am not sure if to laugh or if to ask a reimbursement for the key I have already paid.I am not sure why, maybe the fact that I have inserted the WideFS key in FSUIPC, but I was trying a new AC in the main PC and suddenly weather changed. I look with surprise to my notebook and weather was being generated by wxRE and WideFS old version (freeware) connected to FS9 (??????).Leo

Hi,I have been wondering about where MSFS put itself in terms of number of sold PC game copies.?I am almost sure that Sims takes the lead big time. I recently downloaded an AI aircraft programme for a UK airfield which included two FS2002 aircraft as the AI aircraft. When I installed it all, the AFCAD and Traffic Tools elements worked fine and the AI aircraft appeared as advertised in Spot View, Tower View and Top Down View. But from the cockpit of my FS9 aircraft, the AI aircraft do not appear - either VC or normal 2D cockpit views.All very odd - I have installed many other AI aircaft with no problems.Very grateful for any help on seeing these AI aircraft from the cockpit.

A few years ago I placed 2 18000 hr pilots on MSFS and was really stunned that they could hardly fly the aircraft with violent pitch movements in roll and pitch.They complained that there was little sensation or feel and that the aircraft felt like puppets on a string.A couple of nights back I did the same with an MD83 pilot on an aircraft that I respect and although better than the initial pilots a couple of years back the comments were pretty much the same.I am flying a Citation Bravo which takes a hefty muscle pulling effort to pitch to 10 degrees on take off at VR real world yet none of the biz jets I have flown in MSFS can represent that.There is still not enough spe…

The Boston Logan Scenery by George Grimshaw was installed on my system tonight. After restarting FS9, I get an error message on splash screen stating to the effect: "You do not have permission to install scenery files on this computer. Have your administrator install the needed files".After checking that I am listed as the administrator, reinstalling, etc, I still get the message. Even after deleting it!What do I do now?thanks,

Three uploads by Karan Gorania appeared in the file library as FS2002 Original Aircraft.One pet peeve of mine is when people release work, listing it an original project, and don't give an ounce of credit to anyone but themselves. This is a case in point. One of the models, the A310, is H. Nehring's fantastic A310. In FS2002 I accessed the Scenery Library in the drop down menu under "WORLD" which offered Time/Season, Go to Airport, Mapview, Weather and, finally, Scenery Library.I'm pretty certain that I accessed the Scenery Library in the exactly the same manner in FS9 but, for some reason that eludes me, now there is no Scenery Library listed under WORLD.Am I going around the bend or is it to be found somewhere else? Or should I reinstall?Cliff

I downloaded this plane the other day and it includes a new splash screen. While this splash screen is OK, I would like the ability to change the splash screen back to whatever I like. Does anyone know where this splash screen is kept, so that I may delete it?Thanks for you help!

Before I had MS2004 I had Fly!2K which I loved, espeially the photo high res scenery that I sill haven't seen the match of in FS2004.To the point. The manual for Fly! was alegedly written by real instructor pilots. For each plane they took you through the standard checking out routine, plus a few envelope tests.In the C172 the spin was there, and stall, both low speed and high speed and finally the engine out dead stick landing.I have tried to replicate these experiements in FS2004 and have come up with some rather odd results.Stall. I recently tried to include a few pictures with one of my posts. I went into FS, hit PRINT SCRN as I do often, and pasted the shots in PAINT and saved them. I then clicked on "Choose your attachments" at the bottom if this form and had to choose between plain, JPEG, HTML, ZIP, GIF, etc. I must admit, I do not know what they all mean but BMP was not one of the choices and that seems to be what all my pictures are saved as. Whatever I selected exceeded the allowable size. I see many personal logos and pictures on the forum and would like to be able to do it sometime myself. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. Tom

Each time I engage the autopilot in the default Mooney Bravo, the nose of the plane drops steeply, almost to the point of plowing the plane into the ground. This happens even though the trim settings are set to t/o.any ideas of what i'm doing wrong?ricardo
