I have not been able to install MY ai flight plans after installing FS9update. No problem with ProjectAI flight plans. I am using Ttools2.0. WindowsXP.Has any one else had this problem? rnails

i have an idea for a software addon for Fs2004,its a simple idea but probably hard to implement(i 'm not a programmer).noone else has program like it that i'm aware of.and i know there would be a considerable number of people interested in it.where do i start???.i have a name, i have the basic outline...but what now??.i know what most people would think..oh god here we go:-roll :-roll but i'm sure people would love this idea if i could get it off the ground.. any ideas thanks steve

i want to buy a payware aircraft addon and to save time i'd like to download it but here's the catch. i have a neighbor who has high speed cable internet and a burner. i'd like to be able to order and download it from his machine and then have him burn it on a CD so i'd be able to install it on my machine and to have as a backup or as an original disk to use if i needed to reinstall it for whatever reason. can this be done? i am aware of codes that must be entered by the buyer to get the software to run but from what i've heard some of them can only be done once or something to that effect. i'm looking to have it work the same way as the disks that come with FS9, like whe…

Hi,Does anyone out there encounter this problem : Initial take-off and first few minutes of flying aircraft tends to turn left due to torque, which is normal and correct. But after sometime, it starts to want to turn to the right !!! Even when in climbing attitude! I encountered this in both default Cessna 172 and RealAir SF240. Fuel feed is from both tanks auto.Please advise.Thanks.Lep

I can max out fs; no more simple clouds, no effects, sliders to the left, no aa etc. Up from an amd 2600 & fx5200 to p4 ht [email protected], 1gig ram + geforce 6800gt,400w pwr, sata harddisk and latest asus mobo. But now a question...who can tell me which one has the fps friendliest vc; ariane or pmdg 737.....nothing else please.

Hi Guys,I was wondering if anyone might know what it will take to keep the water wakes generated by a floatplane during power application from floating up into the sky. When I takeoff from the water I get two solid white lines of water wake emerging from the surface mist that float up into the sky behind the aircraft before they eventually dissapate. all replies appreciatedThanksDave

Hi all,I was just wondering how many of you here have the 707 from Captain Sim. I have read a lot of messages about it and have seen mixed emotions. I know that they have updated it already to fix a lot of problems. I guess my question is, now that they have patched it, is it worth buying? Not sure if this is a CoFpatch/SP2 issue but I just now noticed that Eric's panel will not load the flightplan or display it on the ND. I have read the FAQ section at Eric's website and installed the latest patch. All of the nav/airport data show up on the nav display. It's worked fine up until now, however this is the first time i've loaded the panel since installing both SP2 and the COF patch. The COF patch installed a new gps_export.dll among other things, I tryed replacing with the original, no help. Any ideas? Thanks.

Has anyone seen this.If I line up for takeoff on Runway 34R at Seatac, with Max Autogen and Scenery Complexity during "day time". I notice a very large bank of Fuel Tanks at my 1:00 or 2:00 position. They are VERY noticable.Now I shift to "dawn". Tanks. GONE Vanished!!!! You can see some graphic fragments, but the tanks are gone. Or rather, translucent, because I can now see "through" them. Same thing happens At Night and Dusk.If I shift back to "Day", the tanks reappear.I have tried turning off all my filtering, reinstalling FS9 and going back to the original textures. Nothing helps. How come when I install the ch products yoke I loose a few fps and then the rudder pedals loose a few more and last but not least the throttle quadrant, another loss,, there all usb version, when all plugged in total loss is about on average 4fps, thats about 20% of my fps, is that normal I also have fsuipc installed, latest version,,

So there I am crusing along at FL330 in my PMDG 737 about 1 hour into a flight when ATC gives me the usual "traffic alert, 1 o'clock, 4 miles, Airbus 319", I look over to my right just in time to see a Delta 319 slam into the side of my plane. Talk about having a bad day. I use Ultimate Traffic and really like it. However, the real down side is how FS9 handles my plane vis-a-vis the AI traffic. I've had several close calls on final where the AI plane will overtake and zoom over the top of me. The ATC in FS really needs some work: it knows where I am and it knows where the AI are, but doesn't have a clue about keeping the two at a reasonable separation. I understand the…

At several airports in FS9 when landed, Tower will instruct you to contact ATC Ground. When doing so, you will see only a number of options for taxiing out for departure, instead of for taxiing to the parking area or terminal. Quite unrealistic!Paddy.

I have a Dell 2350 pc with a 2GHz processor, 512Mb of memory, standard Intel Extreme Graphics, and Nokia 445Xav video set at 1024 by 768 and running at 75Hz.This normally gives 14-16FPS with UK VFR scenery and terrain (19m mesh) but no AI. Yes, I know it's a bit slow but then so am I!FSAutostart reports recovering 93Mb of memory but there is no noticable improvement in frame rates. I deduce that something else is limiting the frame rate. I think it's probably the video but would like advice on this before I think about upgrades.Thanks in advance.

I just installed the update, and now I only have 1 problem. It occurs in fullscreen mode. The panel doesn't appear in full screen mode unless I right click for some reason. It has the black area at the bottom where the panel is supposed ot be, and the sim picture at the top. The panel is fine in nonfull screen mode, but in full screen any panel will not come up. Does anyone know how to fix this?

This is a first time post, but I can't bite my lip any longer. I've been flying since the dawn of FS, and I have to say we are very lucky to have come so far in this hobby. As for the my idea to make this hobby better for "me" would take improvement on a few things. First let me say we have incredible 3rd party developers to build aircraft and airports. I would leave that up to them. I would like to see MS improve, 1. Atmospheric conditions, weather, lighting, aircraft lighting, watersnow, storms, clouds, fog, when SJC is reporting 1/2 mile vis. with no clouds I want to see that while I'm approaching and departing. The one thing that gets me is when I climb above 6000 ft …

I dont know when it happened but i notice the wave crashing into the beach animation is like on speed, it goes real fastis there anything i can do to change this back?thanksciao!Brian S

HelloI was wondering if there were any good PB apps out there for FS9 that would compare to the the app that I used in 2002 from Lago.By that I mean interphone talk with the ground crew,distance and direction of push and clearnce to start engines etc.It was realistic to push back from the gate in this mannor and was wondering if there was something similar in 9.0?Thank You Troy

Just wandering what other simmers think of the idea of if FS would become interactive in the sense that all windows are no longer brought up by going to the drop down menu but instead by going somewhere within the sim to bring it up. Example would be to have FBO at fields that have them in real life. Being able to leave the aircraft and walk to the FBO and go inside. Once inside you can walk to all kinds of areas that would allow you to do different things. Walk to the the phone and the Flight planner window comes up where you can create and file a flight plan. Walk over to the clock and change the sim rate. Walk over to the Chart brings up map view etc. It could a…

Hello fellow simmers :)Would any of you know how to delete the interior cabin views of the Meljet 777?When I press Numpad 1 & 3 I like seeing the wing-view...but on the Meljets I see a "broken" cabin (theres a big gap between the flightdeck & the cabin through which I can see the runway & the sky). Also when Im in VC mode (even though the Meljets dont have a VC) half my screen is taken up by what appears to be a cabin door (in forward view) :(I feel bad whining considering these planes are so well made and on top of that the author has made them for free....but I would *REALLY* like to see the wing-views and delete the cabin views!I searched in FS9-->Aircr…
