In the ATC Airline line of the .cfg file, I have 'USAir'. Done that way, ATC does NOT say the name. What is the correct syntax to have ATC say that airline name, please?Mitch R.

Hey All, Does anyone know how to adjust the taxi speed of the AI Traffic in fs2004? I have downloaded the speed utility program by John Stottlemire but every time i run it i get a runtime error and John's website is no longer active! I finally got a system that I thought could handle AA but I'm having problems with it.AMD 32006800gt newest NVidia drivergig of DDR400I left AA off in FS9, and set my video card AA to 4x. When I hit apply I get screen flickering even before I start FS9. In FS9 the screen flickers everytime I change the view. FSNavigator has some BIG problems. It takes about 20 seconds for the nav info to load on the FSNav map, only maybe 1 second before AA. Everytime I leave FSNav and return I have to wait for the nav info again. So, is this normal? If not, can somebody help me?

HELLO.I am looking for anyone would might have the GoFlight Cockpit Control System Software at all.I have just spoken to Goflight direct in the states from London, UK and they have said that it might be 3-4 days before they have the file available on their website. I am desperate for this software as I can't use any of my hardware without it at the moment. Original disks are awaiting transfer to my new house.If anyone could send me this file. I would be most greatful

Last night when I departed Kathmandu-Tribhuvan Airport in Nepal to flightsee the Mount Everest,I stayed on the tower frequency. After about 20 minutes I heared the tower giving landing clearance to an incoming airliner.I noted date and time.When I rebooted and went back to this same airport at the same date and time I had noted, placing the aircraft near the threshold of the active landing runway, there was no trace of any incoming aircraft, after waiting for another 10 minutes, I gave up.... Very mysterious this FS9 simulation!Paddy.

Hi,i was wondering if FS9 would run on an Apple G5 computer? I know, it has no Windows, but i heard there is kinda Windows emulation.If it does run, is the performance good?Thank you and cheers,Michael

Hello Fellow Simmers, This fantastic one of a kind scenery is now available for purchase. I had to drag myself away from it for a few moments to Rave about it! I have yet to see anything in flight simulator that can compare to this. The reality of it is simply awesome. The framerates are excellent. Theres more than enough to keep one occupied for hours. My hat is off to the gentlmen at FsAddon that created this. There is even a website where you can download all kinds of free goodies to go with this package! Hi,I installed a panel which had a FSSound module which was to be copiedto the modules folder which I did. Now fs9 will not start because of this error "sound.dll missing or corrupt". The module is therein the modules folder. I tried to uninstall and FS will not respond.I hate to use uninstall because of all the addons. Any help will begreatly appreciated.

I tried to log on again just to make sure everything was OK and there was no problem - I got on the forum OK.Now(1300 hr est),however,when I try to get to your website to read your response to my problem, the web gives me an error message that says your site "cannot be found." No matter what Jet I fly in FS9 at FL330 I get two contrails.The first one is the one that you expect to see, exiting the engines and remaining almost suspended in the wake of te aircraft. The second one is the problem.It branches away from the aircraft in a gradual curve downwards and finishes up vertical as though something is leaking? After many years of using Flight Sim online I am considering purchasing one of the AI traffic program to use along with FSCrew. There is not much online traffic at times. I would be interested in which program is the best. I am leaning towards Ulimate Traffic but open to advise.ThanksAndrew.:-wave

I use 3 controllers within FS2004. The CH Fighterstick, CH Pro Throttle, and the Nostromo N52.Every so often my control assignments become totally screwed up in FS2004. I go to check my assignments and I notice that everything is assigned to the N52. I try setting the joystick type to Fighterstick and click OK. I then go back to look at assignments and notice that it still display N52 for everything. In other words FS2004 is not saving any assignment. Any suggestions on how to fix this please? Thank you.

What are guys vertical speeds when touch down? Sure, the lower the vertical speed, the better. However, one can't be expected to be perfect very time. I did some calculations, a vertical speed of 350 ft/min at touch down is about the same as jumping off from a height of 16.129 cm. I guess that wouldn't hurt.

Lately I have heard a lot of talk about pc projectors.I was wondering if anyone out there might be using one running fs2004.Is it possible to use a projector for the outside view, and use my monitor for viewing the aircraft panel? If so, how would I go about setting something like this up?Any help on the subject would be appreciated. Thanks!Dan

HiCan someone tell me where I can find on the CDs the default Sun? I have installed the FS Sky sun and now I want my default sun back. The clouds of FS Sky are amazing but when I used any of the 3 suns they are so big and not to my liking.Stelios

I have had the IFDG MD-11 for awhile now, but this was the first time I've flown the plane and I need some help.Today I did a flight from Soul to Hong Kong. The flight was good, but trouble started on the final approach. When the plane captured the ILS it stared to gain and loose altitude (about 500 feet) And then at about 1 mile out it dived and crashed into the water.Does anyone know why this could of happened?(Im using Thomas Kwong's latest scenery. And I have landed at this airport alot of times and that has never happened)

Has anyone had problems with FScamera since adding WinXP SP2? I had all working before & then last Friday I installed SP2. All of a sudden, FScamera would not work. No lockups just not working. When I remove 1.4 & re-install 1.3 it is back to working. Any ideas?Pat Callaghan
