Hi, I recently installed some AI-airlines, everything is working just fine, except for one thing: there are no landing/incoming aircraft at none of the airports, it doesn't matter where or which airport I go to but there are only departing planes, and one time by coincidence I catched an aircraft just appearing out of nowhere at the gate without it having performed a landing, not even a approach...I performed a search on the forums but couldn't find anything and I also tried waiting for 10-15 minutes each time because I heard that the AI-system is a little bit slow sometimes, but that didn't help either...Does anyone have a suggestion on how to clear this up or maybe had …

Hi All,I was looking at the freeware mesh by Andy Weir and wondering if I should download.I already own the FSGenesis Andes mesh, but that doesn't cover all of S America...it does however cover my area...Lima...as I live in the foothills of the Andes.My questions are this... How does SRTM mesh differ from the FSGenesis type?Will I still see the annoying airport elevation problem with them either being in holes or raised up?Thanks,Paul

Hi All,I have noticed that when I open up an online session under FS9 all AI traffic is disactivated. Yes, I know this makes sence as when online there is the online traffic + ATC ...However, when there are low periods of online ATC / Traffic it would be nice to be able to fly online ... but have the ai traffic available.Does anyone know if / how I can activite ai traffic while having an online session open?Thanks a lot!Grant

Adeym,Your movie was great and I was hoping someone else would have asked this question (before the moderator stepped out of line): where did you get the moving cars for that landing? Or were those even supposed to be cars? Either way, the scenery in the end was fantastic. I would love to know from where you acquired that scenery but you saw what happened in the last thread, so please do not answer that question! Great video. I've got the F-16 installed, but I can't seem to get panels and gauges to work.I've tried following the included directions, with no luck at all.Can somebody please give me some straightforward directions on installing this so I can enjoy this awesome plane?Thanks!Dave

This is mere speculation, but I just happened to stumble onto http://virtualearth.msn.com.This is something that I am wondering if the new FS team hasn't been waiting for to integrate into the next version. The ability to download virtual earth geo textures while online and flying. I know there has been a lot of talk about this in the past.It is still in beta and I doubt it would be for FS10, but the technology is getting closer.It is a pretty cool tool.I don't know about the textures, but I am sure eventually they would be colorized.

Hey everyone. Ive had this problem with MSFS for a long time and never thought to post for help on here. Last night I was flying a short hop and when starting the approach at the destination the metaer and atis were both calling 1SM OVC 600 and drizzle(among other things). Now the problem was that I was about 10 mile final and was able to see the runway(the whole airport actually). 5 miles final still able to see,3 miles final still able to see, finally about 2 miles I couldnt see anything. which is what it should have been like for the whole approach but it wasnt. In fs9 how do I reduce the star brightness? When the sun sets stars are already visible which is not realistic. Compared to that I prefer to fly without any stars. Can I turn the stars off?

Hi all, I know some of you may have come across this in the past when using FS2002 and probably will remember how it was solved... I am still using Fs2002 and the autopilot doesn't seem to hold the altitude. I have just reinstalled 2002 and remember that I used to have the same problem until I read somewhere in one of these post about editing the scenery.cfg file in the fs2002/directory. Can anyone remember how it was done? Other suggestions are welcome, the sim used to work brilliant before I re-installed fs2002, I was just bored and thought I'd clear out the junk thats making my system a mess.ThanksRay
