Hi all,This is my first post here, and i really enjoy this website as it contains alot of different planes and programs to make FS2004 the most realistic experience ever, ALL FOR FREE!!!! :):). Anyway, back to business. I love flying planes, on the computer. Im 16 and so far i have no hours in a plane, im training on a simulator, to do a better job when it comes to te real thing hopefully after summer. Anyway, i really enjoy gliding, however i have never tried it and i am not willing to pay 60 euros for a professional gliding program, however i am really considering it. I finally bit the bullet and ordered UT which I've heard nothing but great things about.It says under the FAQs that some airline callsings would be missing so EditVoicePack would be needed. I installed VoicePack 3 (freeware).UT installed fine and I compiled traffic for Canada only to start. Went to YVR and saw alot of traffic on the ground and it looked great. However most, if not all, the calls on the frequencies were missing callsings (only flight numbers heard). Even with EditVoice installed.The other issue which might be related, is now I cannot hear ATC instructions but I do get the info in the ATC text box. And I do have Pilot Voice selected. Wondering if anyone is aware of any 2-D cockpit bitmaps for the 767 (left, right views etc). I don't use VC's and would prefer 2-D static views for the cockpit.Thanks,Adam

I imagine it was taken down because all of the excitement was crashing the forum? PMDG really needs to run their own support forum IMHO. Especially if it disappears from here at the time when support is most needed. Or maybe I'm just missing something.-Jared

Hello guys !Had now about 4 bigger flights.All off them ,iam using the AP landing with Glide path.Everything went fine as i get about 1000 feet.Then the plane begins slowly cheerking left and rightas it is looking for center the Glide Path.This is mostly resulting that i not get down the RWCenterline , think that`s not normal.Anybody checked out this Prob,too ?Maybe i missing something......Any help......cheerspilotpm

I downloaded the Queen an hour or so after it was released. It was difficult, but I got it. I did hope the servers would hold up, but for some reason they didn't. Obviously if Avsim crashed, then it was more than anyone anticipated. I'm not so sure you can blame PMDG for the server issues. If they had three times the number of people they expected trying to order at once, then things can happen.On to the Queen itself. I'm no 747 flyer, nor do I have any manuals besides the PMDG manual to guide me, so I'm taking any issues or comments others have about bugs with a grain of salt. I recently got FSD's Piper Navajo and though I like the look of the plane a lot, the plane shakes when I am flying it. I have turned off Turbulence, weather, active camera and anything else I think might be making the plane shake without any change. I have a number of payware planes from Corenado and Dreamfleet that do not display this problem, so I am at loss to what is causing it. If anyone has some ideas and can offer some help I'd greatly appreciate it. I wrote to FSD and here's what they responded, but it wasn't a lot of help;[We have absolutely no idea. Sorry. Hi,I've been installing some new aircrafts from AVSIM Library and problem showed up:B737-400 is treated as aircraft type EXPERIMENTAL and not as B737. Here are some examples:"OA123: ...OA flight 123 is type EXPERIMENTAL 17 nm from..."or"ATC: ...OA flight 123 traffic is 1 o'clock FL310 type EXPERIMENTAL"Can anybody tell me how do I change EXPERIMENTAL aircraft type to B737 without reinstalling FS9 ?? I want to fly my Airbus A320 in a realistic way. For take-off, I want to set up the V1, Vr and V2 speeds. I have found perf tables for this, but I have 2 different kinds of tables, and I don't know which one I should use:- Table 1 shows Max Weight, V1, Vr, V2 as a function of the head/tailwind and the OAT, for a given flap setting, and regardless of the actual aircraft weight- Table 2 shows V1, Vr and V2 as a function of the head/tailwind and the aircraft weight, for a given flap setting, regardless of the OAT.I thought V1, Vr and V2 were depending on flap setting, temperature and aircraft weight, but maybe I'm wrong...Who can help me on this?If someone has some A320 perf…

I have a new computer P4 3.6 @ gigasgas Memory Graphic card NVidia 6800 256 megas, and the works.I am slowly loading my addons, but I have some confussion about Cloud and the new payware addons.I assume I have to install first Chris Willis file HIFPS which corrects th FPS hungry default clouds in FS9.The other two products. Do they help with the clouds FPS problem or the contrary. What is the difference between the two. This is a first for me. I am searching the forums as well, but I was also hoping someone else has experienced this and has some advice. I recently reinstalled FS9 with: Mega Scenery Volumes 1,2,3 and Denver; ASV; the Feelthere PIC-ERJ; and Squawk Box 3. No problems for week, in fact I flew online last night with the best performance ever. Now FS9 will not start. The opening screen flashes for a second and the CD is read and then is stops. No error message, nothing. Just won't start. What do you all think? Thanks.

Hi there I'm looking for a good AI traffic package. I found Traffic 2004 in a shop close to me (I live in Sydney). I can't find the Ultimate Traffic CD in the shops so I wondered if its worth buying the Traffic 2004.Any opinions on Traffic 2004? Any pros n cons? Is it easy to install without any manual altering to the FS9 files?

Can't get FS2004 to start up in KSEA and default Cessna. I got it to default plane and airport by changing airplane and airport and tried saving this but it goes back to another rarely used plane and airport when I restart FS2004Any help would be appreciatedRon Dermer

Can someone give me some basic instructions on how to get more traffic for airports in FS9. I've turned the realism traffic to 100% but Heathrow still seems dead. Also in Sydney YSSY, the only traffic appears to be small crappy prop planes.I'm new to add-ons, so in "beginners" terms I would like some advice on how to get more traffic and the steps involved to get this happening.

I have been using FS9 for over 1 1/2 years with no problems. Last week I purchased a new HD to reinstall FS9 on its own HD. Ever since then, most if not all of my add-on a/c now give me an electrical failure that I cannot get rid of. I have searched this forum and have found numerous instancesof this and tried some of the recommendations, but still can't stop the electrical failures. What changed during the reinstall? It seems that if I start my flight with a default a/c, then change over to an add-on, that it wants to work, but this becomes a hassle!Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!ThanksRick
