Just wondering peoples take on this aircraft after the just released patch. I'm looking to check her out

Is this any good?They say that it only replaces FS9 default night textures but that it does not messes around with scenery with their own night textures aka Megascenery .I like to hear from any existing user ?They also say that since it only replaces defult night textures with exactly the same size and quality , it does not affect frame rates.Edmundo

All of a sudden, my computer has suddenly developed a case of serious stutters. I was locked at and getting steady 16 with UTUSA and sliders to the right. Then over the past couple days, and at its worst today, I was dropping down to 4-9 almost immediately on flying. It would be at 16 for a minute or 5 minutes, but then it would drop and stay there at the low numbers. I tried everything, defragging, I went through my textures and reduced the AEU and airland1 textures per the directions tried all sorts of combinations of terrain settings in FS9.cfg, even tried to delete and create a new FS9.cfg. I see that in MSFS it shows FSS frequencies, My question is can you actually do anything with these frequencies or is it only for show?Thanks alot

I seem to have lost some or all of my default gauges. I suspect that it happened when I uninstalled some freeware planes using their uninstallation program. Now my default planes and any planes with downloaded panels which use default gauges have gaping holes in them. Payware planes are all ok.Is there a way to copy the default gauges from the program CDs?Thanks,Jim

I've been having some fun flying the oldies in the Golden Wings scenery.One of the canned flights is in a Gee Bee. They suggest you try out the race course, but I have been unable to find it. Does anyone know where it is?Thanks.Dewey

Hi all,Can anyone tell me why, after changing the settings in the global aircraft quality section from high to ultra high the settings will always revert back to high after saving changes?

Guys I really hope someone can help with this...I basically lost my right differential brake in some planes...it is not a keyboard problem (I tested 3 different hardware).Even with some of the default airplanes (for example the DC-3) the right differential brake works only for few seconds at startup then I lose it (when I hit the F12 key not even the message appears)..the left differential brake works just fine...I tried to reboot several times, canceled the startup configuration files but nothing...Do you folks think it's time to reinstall???Gosh I really hope someone know what happened.....I pray for some miracle answers!!!Thanks in advance!!!Regards

I found that with the default eyepoint location in the B737-200 VC that the control column obstructs the HSI. I altered my aircraft.cfg to have the following replacement in the view section[Views]eyepoint=33.0,-1.7,3.8You can just zoom out a bitI'll do the same to the B727-100 and B727-200 later. The B747 looks ok to me

Does anyone know what happened to the Flight Ontario team? Their website is dead, and nothing shows up on google. They were going to issue an update to their Toronto scenery for UT Canada, and I was wondering if this is still going to happen.

Hi!I formatted my HDD-drive and reinstalled my FS9 and now get jerky movements (both sound and aircraft movements, AI-traffic, etc.)I checked my install, checked my soundcard drivers, Videocard drivers, etc, and they all seem OK.AI-planes stop jerkily and kick dust from the intermittent pauses/jerks, the ATC voices stutter sometimes.So, what did I do wrong this time?Anything to do with modules, gauges, bgl's, textures, or what?Grateful for any help.Thanks!Hans HermanssonSWEDEN

Last night, the PMDG 747 and the Aeroworx King Air, were two of the aircraft that won the commercial add-on awards at the Avsim convention here in San Diego.

If anyone is interested I have just uploaded to the AVSIM file libaray some night texture for North American and European cities. The file is called Night City Textures and, all being well, it should appear in the next day or two. The textures are a revsion, and I hope improvement, on the night textures I released some months ago in the package Night and Winter Textures.Since the files are freeware I am happy for anyone to modify them as he or she sees fit, hopefully, in order to increase their verisimilitude.apm

Maybe you'll find this fun and even useful! I wrote a little page that accepts a "standard" fs9 flight plan file (.pln format), and returns a kml file that you can open in Google Earth.
