in a commerical jet and having a flightplan with VORs and intersections, do i fly straight to the VORs and bypass the intersections as most are on a different radial than the upcoming VOR? or do i hit all the intersections on the way to the next VOR? if so, exactly when would i need to start tracking the VOR? at the last intersection before the VOR? confused? i am. william

I'm looking for the LAGO otter update by Meatwater, but meatwater.com seems to be gone. does anyone have this update for the otter?? Thanks!

South West Florida ,KRSW, Fort Meyers, has a new ,beautiful terminal.This airport is growing.With the population ever increasing,this new faculty now is operational.I wonder,how long it may take for one of the premier designers to make a faithful presentation for us.Freeware,or payware, it will complement our FS world. Hi, are some of you folks getting taxiway signs at some airports right on the middle of the taxiway where you just taxi right over them? Is there a file out there to fix this issue? I know at KSAN Im having that issue...could it be a AFCAD issue? just though it would bring it up finally.Thanks,Bill

I just installed Antilles 2004 v1.3 from FS Antilles Group, but there seems to be a problem with Fort of France (TFFF). Everytime I am within 20 miles from the airport, FS crashes. I have followed the instructions, and removed the previous version, removed other 3'rd party sceneries covered in this package, and scanned for duplicate Afcad-files, but to no avail. Hope, someone can figure this out - I really don't want to miss this package.

Any word on when Radar Contact 4 is likely to be released? The developers were saying it was just around the corner back in July. I'm interested in picking it up but will wait for v4 if it will be released in the next 6-8 weeks.

Very sorry for the inconvenience to those who downloaded our latest Ontario sceneries with the missing file. I have uploaded 3 Northern Ontario Airports V.2 which will correct the problem.If you have recently downloaded our Saint John scenery, you will not need this update as the file is contained within that scenery.Thanks,Adam

Hi all. I have downloaded and installed the new smoke effect for ai planes. My problem is that when the aircraft land and taxi to the gate the smoke is hovering over them until it get to the gate and shuts down it's engines. Help if you can. Thanks in advance.

Hi allok heres the problem, after dowloading a scenery file from your library (billings kbil)i seem to get a a problem for it to display correctly, if i select the flight from an active runway no scenery shows but if i select the same flight from a gate or stand all the new downloaded scenery shows.if i where to take of from another field and fly to billings(kbil) no scenary shows.just tried another scenary (salt lake) and the same problem, all files held in add on folder in fs9. can anyone help alan

Well after doing some research and some hard thinking, with a deep breath and $400 dlls on my hand, I decided to go with LCD Samsung SyncMaster 930B 19", purchase price $320 after $70 rebate with the following specs:8ms Response Time700 Contrast Ratio300 BrightnessLet me tell you, I have never had such and experienced with FS9 like I did last night, usually I only flew with 2d panel, did not care much about VC with my previous monitor at res 1024x768, but now WOW I mean really WOW, at 1280x1024 is a totally new experience in VC mode I really liked it, and this monitor performance is top notch, no ghosting at all, everything looks sharper, more crisp.I do want to point out…

Just wanted to thank Holger and the others for making this city come to life. I love flying out of the helipad on Camel Point. Landing there is still quite a challenge but it sure is fun trying. I love all the detail and AI shipping. It would be cool if you could add sounds to the ships. A couple of blasts of the horn on the cruise ship before it leaves would be totally cool. Not a complaint by any means just an idea.No doubt about it...Ronson2k

I am beginning to fly the Boeing 767-300ER (IFDG model), and find that I am buckling the landing gear,upon landing. I am careful to have no more than 50% fuel on board, with a payload of 50,000lbs.I have no idea what the approach and landing speeds should be. I have tried landing at 160Kts, 155kts and 145kts. It seems that the slower the speed upon landing, the better.Does anyone have any data on this aircraft,regarding speeds, flaps etc. upon:1. takeoff2. climb3. cruise4 descend5 landingThanks.Stanner

I am using "arrcab" in both FS2002 and FS2004 successfully, except when flying a Fairey Gannet. In FS2002 arrcab recognises this aircraft and it takes off using the catapult. However in FS2004 it tells me that the Gannet is a `Tail Dragger` and can`t use it. I`ve checked the air file which is correct so assume its some sort of FS9 niggle.Has anyone had this probelm and solved it or can offer me any advise on How To....Many thanksGeorge

Hello,When assigned say R/W 08 right for a visual approach(08 had no ILS) I requested a R/W change to 09L (to practice ILS in new Majestic Dash 8). Somehow over the last 6 months or so, I fooled around with my Cessna Default plane's panel...the 172. I now have a "squished" panel that is totally ugly and I'd like to get back my original. Please tell me what disk is needed and in what location is the panel I need to reinstall. Appreciate your help.
