Hello,Well, it has now been over two months since I purchased SIMW's Jet Throttle Console for $3,400.00 plus dollars. This product has not worked since the day I received it in the mail. All I get from SIMW are EMPTY promises of a fix. The latest E-mail I sent to this company is as follows.

Any movement to the area covered by UT Canada/Alaska developed into a crash to desk top, whether by choice of airport, slewing or flying into the region.It has been some months since my installation of UT Canada/Alaska followed by UT USA. It has also been some weeks since I flew this area, so I really don't know when the problem developed. In past times, I have flown this area all the way across Canada with no problem. No panels for any aircraft will display, so that in cockpit mode all I get is a black lower screen.I had this problem some time ago, and I believe it was an easy problem with a simple fix, but I cannot recall or redo the fix, nor find the answer in the forums.Any advice would be greatly welcome.Many thanks,keith2W6

Since by some accounts MS FSteam might still be in the development stage of a next version and might be able to still incorporate some features bbefore going into beta, I sugggest this...First off I feel that most agree the spacing of ATC and ATC in general will need to be addressed in the next version but in addition to that I think another feature that would help in smoothing AI traffic while on the ground and at teh start of each flight would be that when you load up FS and the flight starts, only the AI that is scheduled to depart at the time or later of which the flight is will be loaded and parked while all other AI traffic that is not does not get loaded. Hi there,can anyone please help me? What to do to make France VFR compatible with Aerosoft Monaco2005? I made some adjustements renaming all monaco*.bgl as monaco*.OLD but i am not satisfied (see below pictures for coastline and some WHITE popup buildings that appear and disappear slewing back and forth). I do not know why , but I think the whole thing started after I installed some French VFR Photo Realistic Sceneries, although they are not the culprit in my opinion.Now when I Start FS9.1 it starts in full screen except for a Blue Strip the Identifies That this FS 2004 etc , etc.When I click on Alt (right side Alt), the FS menu comes up giving me enough time to do some setup changes, changing planes, airport, views, etc, BUT then ist goes back to how it started.I have tried evrything to no avail.I do not like flying in full screen, and always fly in windowed mode.What can I do? What is the assessment of this offering after the dust has well and truly settled? The freeware version with its awesome unequalled turboprop sounds is still one of my favourite FS9 aircraft. However, at its release the much anticipated payware upgrade disappointed because of it inflated cost, mediocre 2D graphics (just rehashed freeware stuff) and what seemed a host of other niggly issues that should not be present in an addon with such a high pricetag. There has now been a patch so perhaps time for reconsideration. Grateful for any input from payware Fanda Dash 8 users.Bruceb

A retired airline Pilot named Mike Ray has several books devoted to flying the Boeing Airlines. I got two books, one on the 737 700 NG ( aimed at the PMDG 737 which is my favorite large aircraft to fly) and another on the 737 300-400-500. Got a bit of an odd glitch after uninstalling and reinstalling FS2004, and re-upgrading it to the .1 patch. Despite the fact that I haven't changed any settings on my router, now FS2004 simply will not connect multiplayer, either direct or using Squawkbox 3. When attempting to do a multiplayer connect to an FSHost session that I fly on a bit, no matter how many times I put in the IP and hit "search," it won't show me the session. If I use SB3, SB3 itself will connect to VATSIM, but FS2004 will not connect to SB3, it hangs at "attempting to connect to multiplayer session via lobby."I've triple-checked my router settings and all the proper ports are open to my computer r…

Hi,Was wondering if someone knows how to fix the problem when you slew and then you get out of slew mode, the airplane is moving full speed forward. Basically, when I pick a gate at this addon airport I have, the plane is way off, so I try to correct it by slewing and placing the plane at the proper position, but I can't do it because the plane is going like 200kts when I exit slew mode. The funny thing is, it only happens with some aircraft.Any help is much appreciated, thanks!Jeff

Hi,I could use some help. I was having a devil of stuttering. Turned out my computer was getting too hot, but in the process of determining the problem, I deleted my FS9.cfg and rebuilt a new one. Since that time, I can open Flights I created prior to the .cfg rebuild, but not any flights I have created since then. I have since gone back to the original .cfg file as that turned out not to be an issue, but the problem opening flights remains.I have compared old flights with new ones, and I really don't see any differences between them that would be significant as far as I can tell. Does anybody have a clue as to what could be the problem? I'll post a copy of a flight…

Hi there,I can't remember, I think there is something in the terrain.cfg that can be changed to show the landclass textures as the airport backgroudn rather than grass. I think some addon may have modified that without me knowing. I would like to restore the grass. I have some strange suburban roads showing through in between the taxiways at some airports.
