I am planning on doing my first flight in the PMDG 744 this weekend and want to do a delivery flight to the airline that i will be flying(China Airlines) and was curious if anyone knew the delivery process? what kind of tests are performed, what airport the plane departs from, ect. And also, does anyone know a site where i can get details on individual airplanes, specifically, the 744 registered B-18210 from China airlines.thanksAdam

I am mystified with why my two favourite aircraft the fantastic PMDG 747 and level D 767 have started crashing to desktop mid flight.I have never had a crash with the 767 and this has only started since installing the 747.Someone suggested it was because I had loaded from a saved flight but I am getting the same crashes however I load.Typically I will have the jets fly a SID to enroute cruise and inevitably during the sid FS crashes to desktop.I was getting this all the time with the 747 but was horrified to find my 767 now doing the same :-(Any help or pointers much appreciated Peter

I just flew the PMDG 1900 C for the first time, on a Dell 4700 with integrated graphics, no card. I was shocked at how little a hit on performance it had. At one point, when switching to the exterior view for the first time with the gear in transition, FPS dipped to 12.5 but that was the only time it deviated from the 15 FPS that was my set target. Is there an (easy) way to add (new) VORs or Intersections, so that they also show on the display?In this case, Santiago (SCEL) opened a new runway, so there is a new VOR (PDH, 117.2) and a new Intersection (KOBAT) I would like to "see" on the display. I suppose I would have to add it to some file within NAVDATA, but then again, it seems that the coordinates shown on real world charts is different than the format of FS9? So sencond question would be, how to input that data, if at all possibe?Kind regards, Marcelo

A few week ago I purchased and install the FSD C337. It worked perfectly. In general, though, fs9 had not been performing well so I reinstalled it. Ever since then I've had problems with the C337 2D panel doing weird visual "flashing" things. This seems to happen only in the lower left quadrant of the panel. Sometimes that part of the panel will disappear and reappear. Somtimes parts of a sub panel will appear and disappear. Also whenever I change views (look left, right etc.) I will get a brief glimpse of a previous screen. Hi all, I downloaded and installed this program to create exclude files, when I try to run it I get a message "need msstdfmt.dll on your machine". I found the file..good old google..installed it where the readme said..windows/system..still get the sme message. Tried copying it to windows directory, fs9 directory and fs9 modules, still no luck. Anyone have any idea what's wrong? JamesJ

I dont know or remember what I downloaded and added to the Hawaii scenery but now I have Autogen every where covering Melchars great scenery and the Honolulu area.Has anyone else had this problem?This airport is totally usless now. Jim

Well I have been flying the 767 constantly since I purchased it a couple of days ago. I probably have racked up over 20 hours on it already ( not that I am addicted or anything) Due to some medical test that kept me in the house for a couple of days I was forced to spend alot of time flying this aircraft ;)... Hey everyone,about a month ago I had posted about CTD and blue screen errors on my system. I did a search but did not find the exact info I need. Well, I get sudden CTD's all the time now. The event viewer shows unknown dll errors events 6 and 7. I am now convinced my scenery cfg is bugged out. I have tried so many things that I can't back track. If I try to put the original back in the fs9 root folder, I get an error on startup of fs9. Is there a way to rebuild the cfg somehow, or anything else I can do? If this can't be done, can I install a fresh version of fs9 into a new directory and keep all of my add-ons intact? I am not sure where or how to transfer them over prop…

I am pretty sure that any problems or technical difficulties with the L-D 767 have been/are being/will be discussed quite thoroughly here on Avsim as well. Perhaps the motivation is to keep the tech portion of their forums from getting bogged down by non-related stuff? I dunno. I was trying to fly DP and Arrivals to Houston Hobby, TEXAS.But there are many VOR's that are missinng.Two in particular are the College Station CLL 133.3 and the second one is the LEONA LOA 110.8How do I fix this?NEVERMIND..ITS THERE. But still..I would like to know..how to create new VORsManny
