What scenery file in flight sim do afcad files go in? I put one in the scenery file in the addon scenery and it didn't seem to change anything so I must have put it in the wrong place. Thanks in advanceDon

Hi guys,I love your products but I'm having major problems with your customer service forum. Somewhere along the way my password stopped working (or I forgot it). Now when I request a new one it says it was sent to me, but I never receive it. I've just installed a couple of Eric Cantu's B727 AC along with Richard Probst's panel for the B727. When activating the landing lights, they point to the side/rear of the AC (see Attch). How does one fix this?Thanks for your help.

Strange Snowfall behavior. Like trying to fly in a snow tunnel. This is observed since Installing FS on a new computer system. I wonder if the Graphics portion of the Computer is suspect. Hello,I am an avid FS hobbiest - not a real pilot but really enjoy my sim setup. I have recently gotten into Russian Aircraft - I do not speak Russian and realize the limitations that this can cause. I also am aware of the background of the developers from many posts on forums. My current sim flying/training is on the IGFLY TU154B and the SCDS YAK-40. IMHO, both of these are really immersive simulations that seem to require a lot of preflight from cold and dark. I have learned from their documentation (English) how to go from cold and dark to cruise flight - a real chore in the case of the YAK-40 - this takes me about 30 minutes to get to the taxiway (real time I am told)…

Now, having installed an additional 1gb of DDR RAM, I find I have just under 1gb of memory sitting there on the sidelines with not a whole lot to do. If there are any hesitations ever in FS9 for me now, it has to do with either loading (vs executing I believe) .wav files, or during an online weather update in ASV. It would seem one could take advantage of this extra ram by setting up a ramdrive, copying both general and aircraft-specific .wav files into the ramdrive for obvious reasons.Anyone had success with this?Noel

Can someome explain how to convert "real" geographic coordinates, into FS format?I understand that FS uses a different format of coordinates than those as published on real charts.Comments appreciated. Regards, Marcelo

Help please! All of a sudden FS9 won't start. The splashscreen loads for two seconds then everything disappears. No idea what caused this. I just tried installing Cloud9 EHAM but I restored the scenery.cfg to the way it was before and it still won't start. Please help.Misha

I would like to know how my fellow co-pilots plan their commercial IFR flights with MSATC and online services like IVAO/VATSIM.In real life, pilots know exactly (well, 90% of the time) what runway they'll be departing from and arriving at, mostly, of course, depending on the weather. Usually, all the SID/STARs are carefully planned beforehand, filed and then entered in the FMC. Not so with MSATC or online ATC. With MSATC, for example, you know about the active runway when you ask for taxi clearance, so you can only then start planning for the SID, which makes it quite hectic in the cockpit before departure - same with the arrival. You usually get the active from ATIS and …

Ahhhhh, all of a sudden my FS navigator seems to have lost my reg details and the session has expired. Has anyone experienced this? I can't find my reg details as its been so long since i purchased it! Can anyone point me in the right direction here, im almost lost without it :-(

Hello!I have a small problem that I need some assistance with.I decided to take the default King Air for a spin today and I noticed that the Yaw Damp button and left engine prop guage are not working.When I press the yaw damp button on the autopilot panel, it does not turn on like it used to.Also, the left engine prop guage is not working. Nothing happens when adjusting the left prop lever. However, the prop does respond to the lever moving, but the guage is not working.So I thought I would try to re-install just the default King Air and it's guage files.So, what I need to know is how to do that?Where are the CAB files for the aircrtaft located on the CD's and same thing …

Is it just me or has the last few weeks and months been absolutely wonderful for GA? For freeware there is the LIC The Christen Eagle, which is simply a work of art, in its beauty and its flyability. I find myself flying this plane for hours and not even knowing it. Then there is Milton and teams Beech 18, man what a bird, a great creation, and one that I will keep in my FS for many versions to come. On the AI side Ultimate GA, and their 402/550/BBJ/Gulfstream, this has livened up my airports with great traffic, very enjoyable stuff.Payware? Wow there are some real stunners. Using my trusty B738 I set off to LFRS Nantes, all went well, until Nantes ATC changed the runway from 03 to 21. The ILS Frequecy is the same at both ends viz 109.90; I went to the FMC changed the Star and headed for the Rwy21 Approach, checked the Nav 1 and 2 frequencies were set at 109.90. Turning in on the rwy heading I waited for the Localiser to lock on, nothing, same deal for the GS; then 'ding dong' from the FMC, it showed 'disagree with frequencies'?? - OK we'll Go Around, next Approach, same thing, Go Around, by now ATC refused to speak to me (FS ATC) - so next time I solved the problem and hand flew the ac in.Question - does Fs9 have a 'history' for failed f…

Is it normal when using the full screen mode to have a black screen associated with switching to the menu bar, map, kneepad, fsnavigator. The gps loads without a problem. My system is: OS XPsp2 FS9.1 1.3Ghtz CPU 128mb Nvidia GF FX5200 graffics card 768 ram Thanks Richard

:-) Hi There,Why has no one thought to do payware or even freeware,for that matter,sceneries for Beijing,Delhi,Mumbai or Sydney airports.They are all major international airports!There are many European and US airports that are done and redone but not one for any of these airports,why?If i could design scenery i would do them,but i can,tFor scenery developers out there any chance of someone doing one or all of these sceneries?
