Just got my hands on the Quality Wings 787's. Unfortunately, I have been unable to install liveries for these aircraft due to the Dispatcher error. Whenever I launch QW Dispatcher, I get the same error every time (Microsoft FSX or P3D path could not be found). I have seen many fixes for this problem for P3D, but not FSX-SE as of yet. I know that it's a registry issue, so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi everyone, maybe is an old subject but I'd like to publish what I've found anyway...the bug of the ATR autopilot going 10 by 10 is related to the following gauges: FSC.ATR72500!proprpm1 -FSC.ATR72500!proprpm2 and FSC.ATR.ap!Autopilot controls . I get frustrated at the loading times when I want to start up my flight simulator. It can take anywhere from about 4 minutes up to 7 minutes with everything I have loaded. Then this afternoon loading FSX_se got hung up for some reason so I hit ctl-alt-del to get the task manager up so I could terminate the program. I found two other programs running besides FSX; Internet Explorer and Word Perfect. So I terminated them all and started over again. My simulator came up and I selected my startup scenario and was ready to run in 4 minutes. That's normally my fasted time. So now before I start my flight simulator I bring up the task manager and terminate any pro…

I see that it supports FSX, but it says FSX Steam and I use the boxed version. I asked on their Discord channel and they said it may only work with the Steam version as it may have support for the Tobii. I never got a definitive answer. Hey,I just installed the aerosoft X extended bundle but when I try launching the fuel planner it just won't start,says stopped working then disappears...the flight recorder manager won't launch too,says a bug was found,,,how can I fix this please?

Using FSX Acceleration and once in a while the running situation gets interrupted by an FSX tab showing progress of "loading scenery, air and sea traffic". This gets annoying, so it must be eliminated, if possible. Note that this tab has already appeared in the initial situation start, but it still appears during the flight. Any ideas about how to get rid of it ?

I bought their clearance priced glx-efis and have been unable to run the exe installer. Every time I try it says I do not have permission and the file deletes itself. Also there is no support for this product. Waste of my money.

Hi. I have been using FSX for many years now with Orbix scenery. Since the beginning of this year, when it actually started snowing in real life, I can only get weather with light snow. This is regardless of time, month, season, what type of weather (real world or Orbix) or if Orbix FTX is turned on or off. I tried deleting the config file to reset the default values but nothing changed. Short of reinstalling the whole program I don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated

Ever since I've had the ERJ v2 for FS9 and FSX (Currently only using FSX version), the ailerons plus the yoke are always stuttering and or jerking. This occurs when the autopilot is active with level flight, banking to intercept the desired heading, following waypoints on the FMS (LNAV) and intercepting a localizer for landing. During the jerky motions of the yoke and ailerons, the aircraft seems to also have a little wobble when going into the initial turn. I have tried running FSX with my joystick disabled, loading a default FSX aircraft then the ERJ, setting weather to clear to rule out any effects that may have and updating my FSUIPC. Does someone across this kind of SODE issue? DRZEWIECKI DESIGN Washington X is installed only in P3Dv4. Also, installed Tropicalsim KDCAx in only FSX (same PC machine). I found from DRZEWIECKI DESIGN, SODE adds jetways to Tropical KDCAx in FSX. It is strange because DD Washington X is only installed in P3Dv4, not in FSX. How to fix SODE to prevent adding jetways where it shouldn’t?

I noticed old cabinet files in a REX4 folder with the rexinstaller. REX has been installed for a while and works great. Is it okay to delete the cabinet files and installer? I assume these are just the download packages, kind of like zip files?...therefore they are okay to delete once the program is up and running? Thank you!

I think the problem I will report is responsability of FSX. Some airplanes, such Boeing 737, Embraer 190 do not have their instruments iluminated by the light. So, it is quite impossible to fly at night. Other airplanes have ilumination OK. Any suggestion, please?

I have FSX installed on two computers, An AMD 4800+ running XP and an i7 8700K running Windows 10. Aa far as I can see, the FSX installation on both machines is identical, but, the one on W10 shows a time difference of two hours between local and GMT for Germany, the one on XP shows no difference, In fact, there should be a two hour difference. Hello. I have had this issue ever since i reinstalled FSX. Basically, i get a small 1 second stutter every 2-3 seconds, no matter where i am flying. This tends to happen in all aircraft, even default. I do have FSUIPC autosave on, and i do get a quite big stutter when it autosaves, but it autosaves only every 10 minutes, not 2-3 seconds. Other than that, i don't know if this is relevant, but i do use projectFly to track my flights, and i also run FSrealWX as my weather engine. Dear all, I'm preparing to order add-on GTN 650 for FSX to perform RNAV approaches in FSX and would like some info about update. Once installed in FSX, do you know how to update regularly the GPS database according to 28 days AIRAC cycle published by AIS ? Other correlated question: I ordered a PA 30 Twin Commanche model for FSX. How is it possible to update regularly the GNS 480 GPS database provided with this Aircraft ? Thank you for feedback David

As the title states, I'm wondering how I can get more FPS out of FSX. Yes, I know that there are several videos out there. I don't want to sacrifice too much airline traffic density. I also don't want to sacrifice much in the way of scenery, but I need something better than what I'm getting right now at busy airports. At an airport such as KJFK, KDFW, KBOS, or KATL, I get about 5-15 FPS in my PMDG 737, and when I'm approaching airports such as these, I often get a message that says that I ran out of memory and that FSX will now quit. Regardless of how I setup and use the FMC or Auto Pilot, when I engage using anyone of the three A/P CMD's the aircraft goes into an immediate full nose up stall and flip over, even more extreme then you could do it manually, what am I missing here?? Thanks Doug

I've been using the iPad app iFMS for default aircraft in FSX and having mostly an easy time of it. One issue that still crops up is VNAV descents using autothrottle. If I disable A/T and manually control power to follow the speedbug that iFMS has calculated I can follow the descent pattern and I end up where I'm supposed to. If A/T is engaged, the aircraft does not spool down power enough to maintain the set speed. There are several times when idle is necessary (but still not needing speedbrake) but power remains above idle. This makes me overshoot the intended VNAV plan. Is there a way to tweak the A/T power settings for descent?

So recently i downloaded some aircraft that require you to start the engines. I find this extremely annoying. Is there something i could change, maybe a code, that will make the engines startup on loading? Arjun

hello guys, i have recently started using opusfsi as a weather engine and im actually quite satisfied with it. BUT i keep having a problem that really bothers me... always after takeoff, the weather suddenly disappears. the clouds dissapear, the temperature changes heavily and the wind also changes its direction and speed. the weather engine disconnect so to say. what i always gotta do is to update the weather manually and wait a few seconds after the weather comes back again. THis happens to me throughout the flight several times and i cannot figure out why. I have my weather update rate set to 5 minutes or 100 km and i am using p3d v 3.3.5. I'd really l…
