Something for you all to enjoy, I've started using my old sound selection along with my new equipment, and god does the "live" drum kit bring the piece to life! I know certain areas are fractionally out of time, but once I learn how to use the sequencer, it will do the job for me.P.S. This piece is still in development. Enjoy. http://onlinesimulationsolutions.com/Will/...End_Is_Near.mp3

  2. Hi,Have been wondering about this for a while. I like flying vfr but have no real world experience so don't know about this:If I'm flying below some seriously controlled airspace which I don't want to enter how close can I fly to it before I risk an Airbus flying 10ft above my head?? If the vfr chart for example says CTR from 2500-fl180 does this mean I can fly at 2500ft or do people normally leave an accepted gap for safety?? What's the lowest that an airliner might be directed to in such airspace for example??ThanksPierre

How many of these aircraft went into service? I believe the first one went into service with Delta in 1995, making it a reasonably recent bird, however it's sales seem to be relatively short lived. Was it maybe the take-over from Boeing that killed it?Anyone know more about this bird- good/bad attributes? Thanks,Bruce.

Hey everyone,I am trying to get my website out in the open a little more than it already is. What I have is a website which is a daily journal of my journey into getting a set of wings in the U.S. Air Force. The site talks briefly about my life as an Air Force brat, my application and acceptance to the Air Force, and now my day to day life in Air Force flight training at Laughlin AFB in Del Rio, TX. I also have a forum of my own on my site regarding questions about getting into the Air Force and becoming a pilot. Some of you may be wondering why I'd be on AVSIM, well I come here every day and look for good downloads to go with my flight sim. I use FS2004 to practice pr…

I had a spyware program accidently remove wowexec.exe from the system32 folder of XP. This program is needed to run 16 bit programs, specifically the installer for AirNav suite 4. I can't install this program without wowexec.exe, so I was wondering if anyone could e-mail the file to me. Thanks

OK, so it wasn't really an emergency, but I lost my altinator today and ended up shutting down all the electronics until we got back to the FBO to land. I had just finished practicing (with my instructor) my cross-wind takeoffs and landings and we were headed out to our practice area and I was under the hood diligently following his instructions making sure I was on the numbers he asked for... NOTE: he gets really cranking if I don't follow his instructions!!! So while I was just flying away I did a scan of my panel and noticed the little red low-voltage light had just come on. COOL, I thought to myself a "real emergency", I know it wasn't but still good enough to get m…

Is it true that in Europe and Asia that the flight levels differ than in the States? The reason why I'm asking is I have Traffic 2004 for FS9 and I see that some of the European airlines flying in Europe fly at FL340. I know in the States that it's not allowed (unless requested by ATC), but is it allowed in real life in Europe and Asia.Thanks.

In my mind I've always pronounced the word "Lancair" in the name Lancair Legacy as:Lan - kayr'(Lan as in "pan" around the cockpit)However, last week I stopped by Avionics Systems in Leesburg, VA (the one that advertises in Sport Aviation), and a fellow in there pronounced it:Lan - sayr'Hmm. How's it go???Curious and grateful for your response(s),Kevin

Hi Dean, I tried emailing you back as well as searching for your profile, but no luck. The way the Avsim forum systems work don't seem to allow replying without actually knowing the sender's email. So I hope everyone here will excuse this, so I can relay this message to Dean...Todd:I liked the video you did, both visually and the music in the background. Did you do the arrangement in the background of the bagpipes? If so, you did a great job at it!I noticed on the video the very impressive lake water and mountains. Is that the standard FS2004 senery or do you have an add-on? If so, which one? Thanks!Dean PenderghastYorba Linda, CA_______________________________________…

Hi Guys/GalsCan anyone help with this. Just above my address bar there is an annoying blue search bar which has attached (fused) itself to the addy bar. I cannot seem to get rid if it and its annoying the living bejesus out of me. Right clicking/closing is not an option - well it is, but then the whole addy bar disappears. Could anyone shed some light on how to eradicate it. Help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Erichttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/79888.jpg
