  8. 11,445 people ate a total of 60,000 slices of pizza. That's about 5-1/2 slices each. The largest pizza party in history. https://www.foxnews.com/food-drink/largest-pizza-party-60000-slices-devoured-gives-guinness-world-record-cruise

Bath buns. I would use pure stevia instead of sugar (not glycemic to prevent diabetes). It looks here like she's making rashers.

I ran across this whilst following a thread on Quora this morning. I had no idea that the P47 Thunderbolt was shipped completely unassembled during WWII. Here is a fascinating old B&W training film on the uncrating and assembly of the aircraft! Note: As many as 50 men were required to lift and position major parts of the aircraft under the close direction of a Crew Chief.

I'm trying to simulate a part 135 single pilot operator. If a company owns a Cessna Longitude (it requires 2 pilots, if I'm not mistaken) and they supply the SIC could they hire me as a contract pilot to be PIC? (with me being a part 135 single pilot operator?) I should also note that the Longitude is setup with 8 pax seats. to keep it at "9 seats or less"

Maybe I'm just in a bad mood, but it's annoying me that so many people walk along the street staring at their phones and walk straight into people, or realize at the last minute. Had it happen 20 minutes ago, this time I leapt out of the way for her. Don't even think she noticed me at all, even after I veered out of the way. Watched a women a few weeks ago walk across a pedestrian crossing, staring at her phone, without checking if a car was coming and if it has stopped. I was behind and found myself checking for her, ready to alert her. Sorry ladies, but most of the time they are female culprits.

  20. The last update was Feburary2, concerning their new management. Seems their merchandise is out of stock on their web site, so I assume they are still having production issues. Mypilot Shop is out of the Bravo until late August, I think Sportys has them, and they occasionally come in and out one at a time on Amazon. I had hoped they would be hitting on all cylinders by now, but it doesn't appear so. Shame as I really like my Alpha and seriously consider replacing my custom-made throttle quad for a Bravo. Seems like the same company as before. Anyone heard anything lately?

My favorite old silent film is a four hour film from 1922, Dr. Mabuse Der Spieler, directed by Fritz Lang and written by his girlfriend Thea Von Harbeou. Later Lang would make Blade Runner (1929, silent) which would decades later be remade in sound. ------------------ In between those two films, in 1924 Lang and Von Harbeou made a two part 5 hour film. Siegfried and Die Niebelung Kriemhild's Revenge. When the films premiered in New York City it was presented in Phonofilm (a sound synchronized movie system that soon died out). The score by Richard Wagner who had earlier turned this ancient Niebelungenlied legend into his Ring opera cycle. Siegfried's girlfriend …

  24. So, based on a theme under discussion at a flight simulation thread I decided to load Copilot in my browser and make the two following questions and the received answers, which make no sense as you can easily understand ... Of course the questions themselves aren't formulated in the best way, lack detail, etc.. That's AI ... when not used by "HI"... 🙂 A) On a twin prop aircraft with both engines rotating clockwise, weight distribution even in turn of the logitudinal axis, is it expected to see a right rolling moment develop? Answer: Yes, on a twin prop aircraft with both engines rotating clockwise, you can expect to see a right rolling moment de…
