  2. Title says it all - using Thrustmaster Hotas Warthog (love it), EZDOK, PMDG737NGX, FSUIPC Registered 4.x.Have the Squeeze lever on the WH configured to cycle through the three camera categories in EZ DOK. After squeezing it a couple of times, invariably my Auto Pilot disconnects, the klaxxon horn sounds, and I cannot seem to figure out why this is happening.I just added LINDA to control the 737NGX, works a treat. The squeeze lever button on the joystick is NOT assigned to anything in Linda. I -may- possibly have configured it a week or so back to do something in FSX but I can't recall. WHen I installed LINDA, I had to delete the Button Controls from the FSX Modules\Co…

Folks,Paul Allen of Stratolaunch (and Microsoft co-founder) teams with Bert Rutan's Scaled Composites to build a carrier vehicle with a 384 ft wingspan and 6 B-747 engines to take Elon Musk's (of PayPal and Tesla Motors) SpaceX multi-stage Falcon 9 booster and Dragon 7-person manned capsule to 50,000 ft for airborne launch!See .For comparison, the Hughes H-4 Hercules "Spruce Goose" has "only" 319 ft wingspan, the B-744 only 211 ft, while Scaled Composite's space lifter White Knight looks downright puny at 82 ft. Ditto for White Knight 2 at 141 ft.BTW, Microsoft will be releasing a special version of Flight to accommodate Stratolaunch's wingspan.Cheers,- jahman.PS: Why …

  10. Hi all, I'm working on a fuel saving project in my college, and I'm having some problems about ground engine restart. I was proposing the following procedure:1. Start all engines after push back2. Shut down engines for 1-2 engines taxi3. Restart engine near runway threshold4. TakeoffI was being told that ground engines restart requires some time to cool down, is that true? And by taking the 747-400 as an example how long could the cool down time be? Thanks a lot =]

The title says it all. I used to love the 737 PIC product. It's been revamped and updated to higher VC standards. Unfortunately the analog cockpit is not offered-- a real deal breaker for me but I'm still interested. Anyone tried it yet? Mr. Scobie, I asked about the analog option over in your forums. Just a heads up if you check these first.http://www.wilcopub....-evolution.htmlhttp://www.wilcopub....lution-fsx.htmlBTW. It's on sale until Dec. 23rd!

  23. How do you have yours setup? I currently have mine up against the wall, but I don't like it. I have to position my chair very close to my desk in order to reach the pedals comfortably, but then I only use them during taxiing. I saw some people on Amazon that made this huge project with it, and all this complicated stuff. Here's some pictures to better explain what I mean:

  25. On November 30, 2011, Continental Airlines completely merged into United Airlines, forming... well... United Airlines (by itself).http://en.wikipedia....United_Airlines*sniff* I really enjoyed my flights with Continental to Brazil, England, France, Peru, and some other domestic destinations. I really liked their service, and how courteous they are to you at check in. (Except one time at KIAH the staff was really rude, but it was Houston Airport System staff, not Continental. )I wonder how United's service is, I've never flown with them before and looking at their reputation, I'm scared whether this is going to be good for Continental. Oh well, it's too late to go back no…
