Does anyone have some reliable info on this subject? The Asus GTX680 Top edition is supposed to be the fast single GPU available at 1200mhz factory OC. It would seem a pair of these in sli would be ideal, however some people have reported that FSX does not benefit from SLI. If thats true, there is the GTX690 which is only 1019mhz, but esentially a dual GPU. It also offers 4gb memory over the 680's 2gb, but is there any benefits to more than 2gb of GPU memory? Which would provide better performance? This is regarding a 3+1 24 inch monitor set up.

G'day, I just came across this photo on Airliners.net, with some guy going up into F-BVFF, the Concorde on the stands on display at Paris-CDG airport. Does anyone know what he's doing? www(DOT)airliners.net/photo/Air-France/Aerospatiale-British-Aerospace-Concorde/2196060/L/ Replace the DOT with a dot to see the image.

  6. Wired has a brief article with video. The aircraft is unpainted but with some telemetry aiding symbols painted on the surfaces. Interesting to note that it doesn't use catapult - relies on afterburner and the ski jump. There is a wheel-arresting tab that pops up from the deck to hold the aircraft in place while power is applied. I didn't think it would be able to get enough speed, but apparently it works fine. I wonder how much headwind is required at full combat load. http://www.wired.com...rier-first-jet/ I'm sure there are more videos/pictures out there. Edit: bad spelling in the title, I know. I have fat fingers, you see...

  8. Hi folks, Can someone please explain to me AA 77W deployments? "American said in May that it would introduce the 777-300ER on the D/FW-London on Jan. 31, New York-London in February, a second D/FW-London flight in March and New York-Sao Paulo in April" http://aviationblog.dallasnews.com/2012/10/new-american-airlines-airplane-will-be-delayed-seven-weeks.html/ I'm Sorry, but i don't see how this can work with just 2 A/C until 2013.... maybe i'm just tired and looking at it wrong, i don't know, but why would they pull a route with it, if it was working well and they planned with it working well? But maybe i am looking at it wrong... you tell me! i am planning to …

  11. Came across this wonderful video that just happens to be my home. This is my home. I have lived here longer than anywhere in my life. I am deeply rooted here. I have walked, hiked, camped and flown in real life over every inch of the area in this film. To me it is the greatest place on the planet. Here I have raised three children that have rewarded me with three grand children. Grab a tea, coffee or heck a beer...a snack and sit back and take this ride over my homeland. It's 19 minutes long but you can skip sections if you like. The video actually show several places we have lived, Maple Bay, Sooke, Port Renfrew. Http://vimeo.com/53986934 cheer, Bryan (ak…

Hi guys is there a way to search for a flight consulting an entire scheduled flights world database? I use FlightAware but flters can't do what I search for. Suppose I fly an MD11, and want to verify if from Dubai are there scheduled flights (pax/cargo) to somewhere in the world, FA don't allow this function, but only let you know all tracked/scheduled flight from that airport without filter from a/c in the output search, is corretc or may I do something wrong? Is there an alternative to FA? Many thanks

That was NOT specifically addressed to a single individual or individuals, but as below, intended to be a general reminder to everyone. After it became clear that some were interpreting it as a specific message to them, we cancelled the PM distribution. In Steam I know it is easy to give away an application you bought to a friend of your in the same platform. I used GFWL to buy MS FLIGHT (including all add-ons) and FSX Gold early this year, but my complete change of interests in terms of flight simulation and my now full dedication to DCS World, the p-51, and soon to RoF as well turned my account into a completely useless repository of games I do not plan to play anymore. Question is, for those of you who may have faced a similar situation... Can a GFWL be sold, offered to another user?
