Hi, I've been using the useful fourflights website for a long time to select my flights but lately both google chrome and mozilla firefox have not let me access this website on the grounds that it contains malwares. I wonder if it is a false or real malware detection.

  5. Hi guys! I hope I poset this to the right forum and you can help me out here, I have been struggling to get this to work properly for a long time now and other people make it look easy so I don't understand what could be wrong. Here is the situation. I want to use FaceTrackNoIR with the PointTracker plugin for headtracking. I have tried it before, didn't work now I'm at it again. Here is my new 3 point model. http://i.imgur.com/y6k9MpQ.jpg http://i.imgur.com/6HFZaUB.jpg The frame is now made of thin iron bars so they keep their position where I want it. The LEDs are infrared they run on one AAA battery at the moment, if I can get it to work I'll add po…

  8. Hi guys. I'm not sure if this is breaking some kind of protocol/etiquette rules by posting a thread from a different site without a real 'need' (tech support, etc...), but I simply had to share this thread for those who are not aware of it. Of all the FS trip-style threads that I have seen, this one makes them all pale in comparison. It is very informative and highly entertaining despite being a few years old. The dedication that SOH member Ralf Roggeveen showed in this project is amazing and highly commendable. I figured that you would all like this interesting read as much as I did: http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/showthread.php?28075-It-s-happened-to-you Aga…

  11. Hi all, I'm doing a project over QFA. Has anyone flown recently and still have their boarding pass? I need ideas for the current design of it. I'd like to present my info on a poster board in the form of a boarding pass. I Googled but I could only find old-style boarding passes. Thanks.

  14. All, Thought I'd share this with you. I was messing around in a Beech 18 I had just downloaded when I saw the AI aircraft text over a Bahamian island. I flew over to investigate, only to find that there was no plane under the text. It simply says "avenger". The "airplane" flies at night and can be found at the MYXB airport. Has the mystery of Flight 19 been solved?

  18. You should somewhere be able to access the vital information to fly the plane, such as checklists. A landing checklist with stall speeds would be great because it would allow me to fly a real slow approach and touchdown. Also some planes in real life allow you to reverse the thrust in flight such as the c17a and 747 to shorten the landing distance. Also please please make the fuel burn and then you will be able to have fun setting the right amount. A final point would be great if you could allow the flying.between the two liveries of London and Paris.. I also get fed up of making my own missions in my head. There is for example many night flight between London and…

I thought it would be cool with at 2D cockpit. I don't really feel like sitting in a cockpit in the HUD view/mode. I know there is a 3D cockpit but you can't manage the throttles, trim and flaps in there. I really miss the feeling of sitting inside a cockpit!

We just bought a home in the Houston area. Very quiet neighborhood and mostly retired and work from home folks. I have been doing a lot of work around here to get ready for summer. We got a great deal but along with that comes work and some cash of course. We moved in in January and during that period I met most of the neighbors on the cul-de-sac, but just this week I met 2 more, one of which is right behind me and I talked with him for about 30 minutes over the fence. Ok, I am getting to the good stuff but just wanted to give you a little background. One gentleman is retired from Delta and guess what he did? Well a pilot 1st, but before retiring he did 10 years as an …

After such a long period of silence I came across this information on simflight.com tonight. I hope it does mean something might still fly after such a long absence. Wanted : Computer Pilot Magazine SEBASTIEN, TUESDAY, 29 JANUARY 2013 @ 1:15 I wish I could verify that no news mean good news. But I’ve not found any public communication towardsComputer Pilot fans on their website or Facebooksince the end of November. Well, to be true, in December, we’ve seen an iPad app released. Good. But the January / February issue was due for release this month and today is January 29th. What remains positive at least, is that Maui Artwork who purchased the press m…
