Many problems, the worst is brain cancer. I have blue light filtering ON on my desktop and also in my VR headset. Desktop monitor: Settings, type in Night Light, Schedule Night Light ON. I set mine to off at 5 am off and on at 6am. That way night light blue filtering is only off between 5 and 6 am while I sleep. There's a slider to adjust how much blue light you want to remove and the results are seen in real time as you move the slider. I've been using this blue light filtering in Windows for 20 years.
