Hi folks. I'm running 2.50 release version and I have built an extension for my Bravo TQ. It has 3 two way switches, and a momentary push button wired up to a Nano arduino board, This is connected to the PC by USB. I've opened up ports in the firewall as suggested in the documentation. I fire up MSFS, select my aircraft, AAO connects then I run the bridge program, but it only stays on screen for about 5 seconds then disappears. I can't seem to find out why, but I assume Win 10 is removing it despite my best efforts. With the simulator not running it will stay on screen, but the green light on the bridge program never lights up or connects. How can I test whether th…

I'm new to AAOs and I have everything installed and running. 1) Am I supposed to uninstall the old version and install the new version ? Or just run the installer on top? 2) After upgrade, do I need to re-import the scripts and re-configure everything? Thanks!

I am struggling to set up Behringer X-touch mini to control NAV in LeonardoSH Maddog. I am trying to set up an rotary knobs to dial up/down frequencies. For NAV radio I want to dial up/down Mhz and when short pressing the rotary knob to switch to kHz. For NAV radios In AAO I entered 16384·(>L:NAV1_event,number) and 8192·(>L:NAV1_event,number) for rotary up/down and it changes MHz. I made the same for kHz using 16385 and 8193. But I have no clue how to make AAO understand that when I press the button it should then change only kHz, and when poressed again only MHz, etc. Any ideas on how to make script for this? BTW find a template on the web for combo boeing 2 , but i haven't found for ovh from vr insignt so i would like to spend some hours for create mine . I am trying to assign a button (the thrust reverse lever of the HC Bravo) to the action HOLD REVERSE THRUST. It seems to activate, but as soon as the other input is made (moving the throttles forward to increase the reverse thrust) the HOLD REVERSE stops. This can be done within the in-sim profiles, however, I don't want to have it there if possible. Here is how it works with the in sim profile I land and activate the reverse lever on my HC Bravo. While the levers are up (it is assigned to only one lever, but i move both of them because why not), moving the HC Throttles forward increases the REVERSE thrust. Hi all, Apologies if this has been answered earlier or elsewhere. I have recently downloaded the demo version of axis and ohs to use with my stream deck on MSFS. I cannot get it to work with my stream deck. I have installed the plugin for the stream deck that appears to be fine. having downloaded some templates for the stream deck (compatible with axis and ohs) these do not appear on aaohs page. in other words, there are no assigned buttons on the page. AAOH does appear to connect to the aircraft correctly, just the rest of the page is blank. How do I install a profile onto AAOHs as it appears the hard work has already been done by other people, I can …

i decided to give this app a try so i could use it to program my ch eclipse wheel to work faster.. so I loaded the sim, an aircraft, first i noticed it seems to be per aircraft, but then when i tried to roll the wheel, it did show up as button 14, i added the repeat fast command check box, clicked Add, but nothing happens, it didnt add the button command to the base window.. maybe im missing something here? Does anyone know what might be going on or what i'm missing? Thanks in advance

Some commands in MSFS do not have a (working) event listed in the SDK. However, in MSFS one can assign a vJoy button to these commands. Is it possible to map a voice command to a (virtual) joystick button instead of an event? For my Streamdeck I am using this workaround to create a button to show the ATC window and flashlight but I would love to be able to do this by voice as well. Although I have purchased AAO a few months ago I am not using it, mostly because of these missing or undocumentend events in MSFS.

Hello @ll, on the axisandohs weebly website there is an experimental in-game panel that will display the active AAO Web FIPs inside a simulator window. Please make sure to take a look at the readme file and the AAO manual about how to operate Web FIPs

Hi eveyone. Someone here in the forum managed to assign the autopilot FLC button to WT CJ4 plane? I'm mapping the autopilot at Behringer X-Touch Mini and I am not able to assign the FLC button. I tried with "watch simulator events". It shows "AP_FLIGHT_LEVEL_CHANGE_ON" and "AP_FLIGHT_LEVEL_CHANGE_OFF" every time a press FLC button at the cockpit, but neither of those two mappings work. If I assign "AP_FLIGHT_LEVEL_CHANGE", it doesn't appear to control the FLC button since "AP_SPD_VAR_SET" is shown at "watch simulator events" when I press the assigned button at X-Touch Mini (even though the mapping is "AP_FLIGHT_LEVEL_CHANGE"). How Can assign two switches in 1 key of the Xtouch MIni in AAO?

Hi AAO user and expert! I would like to known if I can solve my problem with AAO before buy it. I use Honeycomb Bravo on most of my planes the ALT rotary switch and Inc/Dec rotary switch work perfectly to increase or decrease altitude. When I use my Carenado M20R I’m unable to increment or decrement my altitude with the ALT rotary switch and Inc/Dec rotary switch. I would like to know if this problem could be solved with AAO? Hi, I used to work with LINDA in combination with my VRInsight Boeing combo but I want to try Axis and Ohs. I removed LINDA and bought AAO, installed according to the manual but I can't get it to work properly. I get the connection with my VRInsight but it doesn't read the info back from the sim. The bridge seems to work fine. When I start AAO, the bridge and MSFS it see's my plane (PDMG B737). When AAO and the bridge are running, the 2 screens in the VRInsight are blank. As soos as the B737 is loaded, the VRInsight screens show the standard info but all the numbers stay on 0 (HDG, ALT, V/S etc). The B737 profile is loaded but none of the knobs or encoders work…

Ignore this: I just grabbed 2.33 and I'm good. I should have looked first! I'm currently running 2.32 b34. It works great, but today I went to install a new Stream Deck profile which included scripts. When I try to import them, this is what I see on the "Select scripts to import" screen: LorbyAxisAndOhs.CheckableItem I tried several different script files, including one I've already imported, and they all do this. Is this a known issue?

I'm trying to map the Starter, which has three states: START, OFF, MOTOR which is 0, 1, 2. With (>L:XMLVAR_Starter1,·number) I'll get it to switch to desired position, but it switches back at once. The AIRCRAFT ENGINE VARIABLE named GENERAL ENG STARTER:1, type bool, is 1 when switch is at START or MOTOR, 0 when at OFF. I've found variables by MSFS DEV->Behaviour, but can't use ENGINE_Starter_Ignition_1_Set in a script in any way that works. Hi, I saw in another thread that only one combo button is possible, right? On the Honeycomb Bravo I have a selector and a rotary, but both are buttons. I set the selector on "HDG" and add as a combo button, and the fake rotary as Assigned button. Now, I would like to be able to change heading by 10 degrees or 1 degree. Easiest would be with a second combo button. Right now I've made two assigned buttons, same button and combo button, but one with Fast Turn (20 ms) that turns more times. Is it possible to lower Fast Turn below 20 ms? Do you know a better solution, maybe a function I've missed? Are there any way to add a check in…

I want to assign two keypresses to an unused axis on the Bravo Throttle Quadrant. When the lever is up, key "3" shall be pressed, when it's down, key "2" shall be pressed. I already assigned these two keys in MSFS to condition lever lean and rich, so when I press them on the keyboard, they work, the lever in the cockpit moves to the assigned position. Hello: I have a XY two axis potentiometer that I want to attach to an Arduino. I'm planning to use it as a joystick map to move the map in the G1000 NXI MFD map. The connection will be on the analog connectors of the arduino. I already did it and is working ok. I think the pan joystick part of the MFD is done by the RANGE knob, by pushing it. Once pushed you can move the map up, down, left and right. My understanding is that there're AS1000 LVARS for doing this. I never did this before: use an axis signal to change a LVAR. Can you provide me some hints on how to do this: maybe a script...I dont really know. As always.....Thanks for the help Carlos
