I am in the process of writing a small callout script using Axis and Ohs for Fenix 320. The idea is I can concentrate on taking-off the plane and receive audible V1, V2 and Vr speeds. Unfortunately, Fenix A320 does not store these values in local variables we can use. This is the confirmation I received from Fenix Support. 1. However, this guy has found a way to extract these values among others from the memory. This most excellent work (Axis and Ohs), works magnificently, providing the Asobo B747 FMC to a tablet browser for perfect two way communications/edits. It's the only soft remote FMC I've found and works 100%. My issue is that I use the Salty Mod. Is there anyone that can give advice on getting it to work with the Salty Mod? The Mod is a really good step forward from the Asobo stock 747, and once you've used it you can't go back. I'm pretty sure there are a heap of people thinking the same thing?

Hello @ll, AxisAndOhs version 3.20 build 43 has been uploaded to the shops today. You can get the new version (only) from your account on SimMarket/Justflight. Be advised - with this version the default IP ports change to 43380 for the WebAPI and 43280 for the WebFIPs (instead of 9080/8080). This is mostly important for new users, existing users are not affected immediately. Just bear this in mind should you download a new version of an AAO add (StreamDeck plugin!), that you may have to change the port in the plugin. Would it be possible to add a search field to these configuration selection dialogs: Apply Other Configuration Manage Aircraft Configurations Load Configuration In Offline Mode The descriptions that AAO picks up from the aircraft configuration are inconsistent (that's on the vendors, not on you), with some putting the vendor first, others putting the aircraft manufacturer first, and some are just plain awful (ex: the Grumman JRF-6 Goose from Big Radials is "The BRG BR". Huh?). A simple search facility would ease the doomscrolling thru 100+ configurations.

Well I've done as much homework as I can and I can't get Axis and Ohs working again. It was working the other day and today it's simply not working. I'm using the software to control my stream decks and have not had any issues until today. I've spent hours trying to get it working again but I'm thinking maybe Asobo messed around with sim connect or something no idea. I fly the Vision Jet from FlightFX. It has a short list of non standard bindings. For a few days I have been trying to figure out how to assign those options to my regular keyboard (so no other hardware or streamdecks or whatever). You'd think it would be extremely easy to get this done but I can't find a clear tutorial about this anywhere. I read about scripts and lvars and hvars and all kinds of utterly complicated stuff but SIMPLE information doesn't seem to be available. Any thoughts would be appreciated on something I recently encountered. I previously used a controller with keystrokes to control the TBM 930 G3000 Horizontal TSC 's using AAO through the HTML variables. For whatever reason I doesn't seem to hook into the sim now. I can see it functioning in the AAO Tree view listing, the green light indicators are operating, but nothing in the sim. I have the Lorby Hooks file in the community folder. Any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated.

I have the demo version (trying before I buy (if i buy)) and im struggling with it mostly with the WebAPI port 9080 part. I cant seem to find it or figure out what causes the lack of communication between my Stream Deck Plus and MSFS. I dont see the "Enable Web API on port 9080" under tools. I have 3.00 b53 version. and the most recent stream deck software. any help will be greatly appreciated. I also use the Turtle Beach Velocity One as my yoke and throttle detent if ti helps.

Hi, I use the left handle of my CH Flight Throttle Quadrant (Axis X) as "Spoiler handle" (MSFS). The axis is recognised but, as in the real a/c, the spoilers should be deployed by moving the handle down from top to buttom. But it does not work. The top position means full spoilers, the lowest postion results in zero spoilers. Of course I tried checking the box "Axis Reverted", but there is no change. How can get it work the right way? New to Axis and Ohs. Trying to assign an axis to the PMDG 737 for MSFS2020. My joystick axis works fine in AandO but in the PMDG737 theres a conflict with the reversers. Is there a way to assign a throttle axis with no reverser zone like in FSUIPC? If not is there another workaround? I also have the MFD crosswing rudder pedals. They show up fine in A and O but not translating to MSFS2020. Any suggestions? Haven't had too much time to fool around with it yet. Thanks Steve G.

Maybe it helps other new users, because this cost me some time today 🙂 If you set up your base Axis in A&Os and if you have pedals with toe brakes, you might also want to configure them in A&O of course. In my case (Saitek Pro Flight Combat Rudder Pedals) it was a bit different than expected. When you configure your Axis assignment for the Toe brakes, I selected "BRAKE LEFT / BRAKE RIGHT" from the simulator axis field. This did not work for me. Although A&O showed the movement of my pedals, somehow it did not get forwarded to the sim in my case. No matter if modded planes or default. I have an RPN Script that I have assigned to a button on my Akai LPD8 midi controller. The first time I press the button the script works as expected, but subsequent presses do nothing. If I assign the script to another device (such as a mouse button) the script fires on each press as it should. It seems specific to the midi input. If I assign other events to midi buttons everything works fine, its a thing with scripts exclusively... The button works fine with other events, but with the script it only fires one time. In MSFS 2D, the icon is outlined in white (not red), and my Streamdeck and Xtouch are working fine with RPN scripts. However they do not work in VR. Could I be missing something?

Hello! First and foremost: I am not a programmer, please be nice to me in terms of setup instructions! I trie to use the BVars from Guensilis King Air scripts. (I want to use the condition lever assignments and alt preselect) In the comments to the script there is an answer from him that says "You have to make sure to have the AAO InGame/FIP Panel enabled" Here is where I am stuck... I have the AAO symbol inside MSFS and it has a white border - so I think it is active. In AAO I have a checkmark in the "Gauges" menu at App/Web Windows. Hello! AAOs is not starting anymore... yesterday it worked normaly, I started with setting up controls for the Black Square Bonanza. Today I wanted to finish but AAOs is not starting anymore... I always start it before starting MSFS, today I just get a little taskbar icon but the UI itself is not appearing. AAOs appears in the task manager and I am able to end the task here but no UI. I already tried restarting the PC several times without success. All other programs working as normal. Which files can I provide you for failure search? Thank you!

how would I make the DH/MDA knob turn FASTER.. it takes about a week to dial it up to anything using an Xtouch rotary ! This is the script for increase (L:MSATR_DH_SET_1_DELTA,·number)·++·(>L:MSATR_DH_SET_1_DELTA,·number) im sure its simple but im not that great on scripting I noticed that for example on the HDG script, there actually are different scripts for fast and slow, but I cant work out how I would adapt that ive tried using roll increase to duplicate event in the actual button assignment page - and I tried Repeat tickbox, but that doesnt seem to work..presumably because its not a button any help gratefully appreciated !

Hello, I'm just starting out with LAAO (already found many features that I really like!) however when trying to create an LAAO template for the PMDG 737's using my HC Bravo quadrant I'm finding I can't get the spoiler (or speed brake if you prefer) axis to work correctly if at all. I'm not trying to do anything fancy or complicated with detents, etc.,,,I just want it to reflect that moving the HC Bravo spoiler lever through it's full range will be reflected by the virtual lever in the PMDG cockpit moving through it's whole range. I looked at FSUIPC many years ago and quickly decided not only was I unable to understand exactly what that little dialog box did, but I was also unwilling to learn a new language altogether. When reading LVARS with AAO, I notice that AAO expects that a knob or button be used at least once before AAO can collect and display LVARS. Yet, when I open the LVARS window( local simulator variables), I see many LVARS that have not been activated by me. As a result, the window is full of LVARS, which makes finding the correct LVAR based on the latest button press an almost impossible task. I'd like to know if there's an order in which AAO displays the LVARS, meaning that, in theory, the last LVAR activated should be at the very end of the list. Is this the case, or is there some hint of how to make the task of identifying LVARS somewhat easier. Thanks.

How do we program AAO to cope with the short press on Xtouch mini to SWITCH into another mode. so for example Altitude..normally say 1000s of feet on knob turn short press the button to use 100s of feet on knob turn Hope that makes sense..cant see how to set up the switch press ...I know the Lvars, but how do I enter that so it works when button is short pressed on Xtouch Mini Thanks. !
