Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020/2024)

The lights on my Honeycomb Throttle Quadrant are no longer working. The Annunciator Lights and the Upper bank Switch lights no longer work. I redownloaded the download file from Honeycomb. That didn't work. AFC Bridge is in Community folder. Even tried running the AFC Bridge directly from the Community folder. Still didn't work. Stumped on this one. Is anyone else having this problem? And did anyone find a solution? Thanks Walt (Happy Flying)

Hi, since the last update, I am experiencing problems with bush trips. I am generating my own bush trips using BushTripInjector and did not have problems as described below prior to the update. After each leg (when I exit to the main menu and e.g want to fly the next leg at another time) - the Sim does not remember my parking position anymore, but puts the plane in the middle of the runway (relative to runway length) and a heading that is not the runway heading. How do a Honda Jet and Citation Mustang compare in terms of the way they fly? The HJet is already out and I've seen some previews of the Mustang by Cockspur. I want to buy one of them. Assuming the Mustang isn't terrible (and it isn't based on the previews). How do I make a decision which one to get? I want something fun and sporty.

I read about disabling CPU I7 virtualization in the BIOS on another forum. I thought let's give it a try. Unbelievable much better performance and much and much less CPU limitations can be seen in devmode info. No idea why this is but when I enable it again it is worse again.

Hola All, Not sure what happened exactly but I seem to have misplaced my Fenix A320 contrails since either the latest SU10 or the most recent Fenix update. Real Life got in the way recently so I've had no chance to fly, besides one gorgeous morning LFMN~DTTA flight today across the Med. All went well at FL390 but my Fenix refused to produce contrails ! Honestly I haven't had time to investigate and I am wondering if a new setting needs to be ticked somewhere in the sim, or maybe the Fenix App... Would anyone know? Cheers, 2Low2Slow

Has Asobo acknowledged the tree debacle in MSFS? If so, have they advised this will be looked at? Why would they have gone overboard with this?

Anyone else experiencing this? I'm flying the FBW A320 Dev Version (latest update) on VATSIM and ocassionally I've got the issue, that the aircraft (or VATSIMs vPilot??) is changing the VHF1 frequency on it's own. Currently departing EGPH for ENBR: I've set TWR freq. 118.700 on VHF 1 active and 135.535 (SCO_CTR) on VHF1 standby but when at holding point RWY24 in departure sequence, the aircraft changes to VHF1 to a random frequency like 128.225 or something. Does anyone have a good reference on how turbo prop engines are operated? Basically what are the power and condition levers actually doing? I get the prop pitch/mixture/manifold throttle of piston engines, and I know the basic theory that turbo props use, but I'm having trouble understanding what the various levers and stuff are actually doing. If it's different for different engines, I'm looking at the Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6 and its varients. The BlackSquare King Air refit has gotten me curious in going to non-piston planes. Hi, My aircraft seems to be disappearing after 10-15 mins of following the magenta line from both the stock GNS530 and the in-game VFR Map. Quite disastrous finding an airport if you're not familiar with the general area as you can imagine. Anyone knows what's going on? Edit: Also the aircraft icon on the GNS and the map looks like a boat rather than an aircraft. Is this something new? I use LINDA and FSUIPC but cannot get certain functions to work with those programs eg the cutoff switches on the PMDG 737. Someone mentioned to try Spad Next. Can I use LINDA and FSUIPC along with Spad Next? I have most of my hardware running with these and I don't want to reinvent the wheel. Gnacino

I've been running some tests with update 10 and the 1.2 version of the openxr toolkit, seems i discovered this issue with the 310 at least. This is with the aero goggles. If im using the baron default aircraft, i cant replicate this issue. With the toolkit enabled, i load up the 310 at 2nC0, daytime overcast setting, i note the frame rate in VR is 49.. i toggle VR and come back in, the frame rate is at 41 or so.. Putting the goggles on, there is horrid head turning lag, real bad, it never stabilizes. If tried this with scaling and fov rendering turned off in the kit (so i could use post processing), same issue. If i uncheck in the toolkit, the fs2020 …

Sorry for the terrable screenshot but here you can see the Utilisation with the SU10, New Studio drivers and Fexnix update under DX12 DLSS quality. It does need some work to get this. If you wish to see this spead, this is what I did and without doing what I did it does not work as good as the above. Start the Fenix app to log in. Always do this before anything. Open task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) Task Manager. Details Tab. Find the Fenix app. Right click on it. Set Affinity ( you need to adapt this to you CPU and to the core MSFS likes to hammer in my case core 19) Windows stuff seems to always like core 0-1. So uncheck…
