PSXseeconTraffic for FSX | P3D | MSFS

I was flying around off the coast of Peru, and I encountered an aircraft via RealTraffic that must have been on some kind of mission. The aircraft type was identified as a C-130, and the airspeed and altitude matched. The registration in RealTraffic was that of a real C-130 from the National Guard. Everything lines up so far. But PSXTraffic didn't seem to inject this aircraft? I could see that "Traffic injection range" was 60 (gray with Automatic checked), and the C-130 in RealTraffic passed within 30 nm of my aircraft, but "live: 0" stayed put the whole time. Should I have expected to see "live: 1" when the C-130 got within 60 miles? Are military aircraft…

Hi Since the last 2 updates i have static airplanes in air. Departing from LPPR to LPAZ. Arriving LPAZ i still have all airplanes showing up from departure airport. All stoped in air. This bug have been happenig in every flight. Sometimes i only have air traffic with auto range ON. If untick the box no more traffic. Need to restart PSXT. DID updates available for RT too. Any sugestions why this is happening ? Marco.

Hi Nico, Great job with PSXTraffic, and thanks for all your efforts. I haven't used it in a long time because I struggled with performance on an older computer, but the AutoFPS tool has breathed new life into my sim. The result is that I can now comfortably fly with PSXTraffic. So I'm back on board. It's really nice to see everything working so smoothly. Yesterday I was parked at an airport in PSX and I watched an aircraft approach and land on the TCAS. Then, when the plane went by, I could see in MSFS that it was a CRJ sporting United colors. Is is possible to have a checkbox to set just by time and day of week not include date in simulator since it will only go back 4 weeks? This way the time and day of the week you select before fly now will be automatic.

Recently PSXT is not willing to connect with MSFS stable like before. I mean it is connecting randomly (even after recent update), so I can't find the reason why it is happening. And it doesn't matter if I'm lunching the program before Sim or when the flight is already loaded. Program restart is not solving connection issue. It is kind of disappointing, because every time I have to restart the Sim, and wait like 15 min and pray that this time I'll see yellow and green stripes instead of red. Any helpful ideas on this?

Greetings, I can't for the life of me to get any liveries to be found by PSXt. I am running the latest 7.3.0. My raipaint folder is C:\ProgramData\AIGTech\AIGAIM\temp_repaints. My PSXT UI is set to look for repaints in there. However, no matter what i do it still shows no liveries error 53. I read the manual about parameters but I thought I only needed to use those if i wasn't scanning for liveries autmartticaly. Can someone please help me in laymans terms. Best, Anthony S

Hi Nico, Is there a way to temporale put off PSXT like an ON/OFF button in your app ? I just shut down it during take-off and landing to have a perfect smooth experience. And I restart it taxi to gate. Thank you.

With all the wonderful effects that we have been seeing in the past weeks like thrust reverses, rolling wheels, etc., the landing smoke tires will the cherry of the cake. Thanks Nico and Real Traffic team for this master piece of software.

Hi - I just noticed on my last 2 flights that I am seeing quite a number of aircraft parked on top of each other at the gates and cargo areas at several airports (KIND, KMSP, KORD). I am not using any other traffic programs or static aircraft. The airports also do not have static aircraft placed. Is there any PSXT setting that would cause this?? Thanks!

Hi, When Im at EGLL its impossible for me to use max aircraft live option as I want to set 6 but lot more are live it shows 20 or more. Even if I limit the distance to 2nm, I have lot more. Second when in cruise high level I want to set max aircraft to 50 and it Block at max 15 aircrafts live. If I insertion 15 it shows less. (so is it a number or a pourcentage max live aircraft ?) Really enjoy using PSXT. Just wondered, is there anyway of editing AI Aircraft so that PSXT generated traffic is removed if they parked in the same spot? I like to use a few AI traffic flight plans (virtual airlines) alongside PSXT and Real Traffic. Wondered if you knew of a way for the AI Aircraft to be treated in a similar way to the user aircraft? Good evening! I have tried searching the forum but couldn't find anything and I hope I haven't missed the documentation.... As the title suggests, when I am on final in MFS running PSXT only with a RT license, when I am on short final, all ground traffic disappears until after I land and start taxiing.. is this a designed feature for improved FPS when landing or have a missed a setting somewhere? I have all AC collision options un-checked.. I'd personally like to see the live AC at all times. TIA 🙂 Josh

Hi Nico, Over the last few versions (I can't remember when, but I recall someone else writing about it) my Sim Time check box refuses to stay selected between closings and openings of the app. If I manually change the parameters file before opening, I get the box checked. But then when I close it, the parameter gets reset and I don't get the box checked the next time I open it.

It looks like it's back in full action on RT today. Keep my fingers crossed. PS. Time to buy new BMW Scenery perhaps

Hi Nico, I noted in the release notes the removal of the Flyover option. I suppose this is an elimination of the option rather than the removal of the option from the UI? If so, I also want to confirm that there is no way to remain on 6.8.0? Thanks.

Hey Noticed some odd parked aircrafts at the likes of Biggin Hill and Wycombe - seeing Airbus A320s etc. parked at what are GA airports - maybe confused by aircraft flying overhead? Any ideas? Thanks

Hi folks, i have bought professional version. I have PSX installed and real traffic app. After i start real traffic, osition will not synchronize with my position in MSFS. In PSXT everything is connected and when i switch to spotter mode, i can see the traffic. I tried everything. Please, could you help me? I have had experience with those application in history, but this has never happened. Thank you very much!
