carenado is the best producer at propeller plane addons IMHO. And i can't find any good turboprop charter plane except pmdg bae 4100.Don't you guys think make bigger aircrafts like atr-42/72 or dash7-8? (there is a atr-72 but it is very poor for me)we really need Carenado quality and experince for that charter planes.i think, there aren't sufficent addon in this type of aircraft.Sorry for my bad english.regards.

Hello allJust in case that on the off-chance there are any Carenado aircraft repainters looking for any projects, then there are a few repains that I would dearly love to have in the hangar. Specifically, I have requests for the PA-28 Archer (G-OWAR), the C172 (G-BOJS), and the C182 (G-BMMK).A gentleman by the name of John Glanville has repainted the C152 (G-BNHJ) for FSX in a colour scheme for a particular flying school, and its the rest of their fleet that I would love to have painted up too! Appreciate anyones thoughts...CheersRob

Hey guys,Just curious as to if there is an Era Alaska repaint for the 208B or 208B Cargomaster. If not, why hasn't there been one created yet? I'm pretty sure a lot of people know "Flying Wild Alaska" :( Any insight is appreciated. Thanks!

We decided to reveal our most ambitious projects ever; we are developing the famous King Air C90, this aircraft will belong to our HD Series (high definition textures) and will have state-of-the-art aircraft development, texturing and programming techniques. With this aircraft Carenado will raise the level of quality of its already fine design aircraft. The project is currently in its 3D external modeling stage. 12. Started by Wing,

I purchased the Carenado Archer a few days ago I have a big problem with it. If I am in a shallow bank and flying "hands-off," the bank angle will slowly increase and keep increasing until I intervene or the plane noses down from the extreme bank angle and crashes. This is the exact opposite of what I would expect an aircraft to do, where an aircraft is inherently stable and if it's in a shallow bank it will naturally return to straight and level.I have been trying to solve this issue for a couple of days with no success. The problem happens equally whether banked to the left or to the right. This rules out fuel selector, pilot/passenger load, P-Factor, etc. I also do not…

Here is one for you Not a well know aircraft. and not popular with some. There were 160 of them made and most ended up going to the army and air force. And they had problems with them so they gave them away in the assistance programs Indonesian military. There are still nomads flying in Asia and New Zealand but no Australia. But the good news is gippsland aeronautics is going to start production of this aircraft again i think they are trying fit it into a slot near the twin otter. They where a very good STOL aircraft with large flaps it would be great to see one made for FSX.Paul

  15. Hey folks. Since folks are adding their .02 for aircraft wishes. :-)I was disappointed when FSD, had the "change"; and pretty much cancelled out the MU-2 in developement. So, perhaps Carenado, could visit this aircraft someday. Would be a hoot flying around PNW.Best,David

  19. Started by SpiritFlyer,

Just some questions I have: Since the King Air 350 is already a default aircraft, and therefore more familiar to many FSXers, why develop the more unfamiliar C90? Is not the success of the Carenado Caravan partly attributable to it being so advanced over the default model? Could not the the C90 attract less FSX buyers for this particular aircraft family?Kind regards,

Is there a reason Carenado has to always go to a 30 year old aircraft to replicate? Why not a 115?

  25. Started by JMD,

I have just recently purchased a number of Carenado Aircraft, through the Flightsim store, and found that on the FSX Mooney M20J and also on the FSX C206 Stationair models, that the Strobe lights work at very fast speeds, which I feel is probably not how the real aircraft operates, when you compare them to the Beech Baron 58 or the Cessna 208B models, it is very obvious how much of a difference there is, the question that I am asking, is it possible to alter the strobe light frequency by changing an entry in the aircraft CFG or panel CFG, or do I have to live with this because it is hard coded into the model itself, does anyone have any thoughts on this, as I would like …
