RXP GNS 530W/430W V2

I plan to connect two computers running XP 11 with the Real Sim Gear 430 run by one computer. anyone know if I will have to have the RXP software on both computers? if so can I use the coupon to get the second copy on the other computer?

X-plane 11.30 NAVDAT Current Jan 2019; Current database from navigraph installed and fixes displayed are in x-plane default data. we still see lat lon degrees instead of waypoint/airport name product RXP G530 master v 2.4.6.0. Is there another way to get the waypoint ICAO identifiers as the x-plane sdk only gives the lat lon from the RXP G530 plugin?

Just purchased the 530W and 430W for XPlane 10 and I can not get the outside knobs to work for the radios or the GPS. Both inside and outside respond the same. The lower left PUSH C/V and lower right PUSH CRSR. Do I have to configure anything?

I just downloaded and installed the Reality-XP GNS 530 for both Prepar3D and X Plane 11. The P3D version works fine. The XP11 version causes X-Plane to hang when launching a flight and say it’s not responding. I did an uninstall of RXP for XP11 and XP11 still hangs up and won’t complete startup of a flight. It was working fine before the install. Any help is appreciated! Thanks

I bought the GNS530 and have it working sucessfully in 7 planes, my question is the Reality XZP GNS uses a fpl flight plan format and I use FS Widgets great QuickPlan for iPad App to make my flight plans and their format is X-Planes fms format. Is there a converter to change from fms to fpl, I've searched everywhere but can't seem to find anything.

Hi all, Apologies if it has already been answered, but because I want to be 100% sure, I'd like to ask. I have seen the tutorial for the default Baron and I just want to ask or make sure whether someone has tried it for add-on airplanes. I am considering to order the GNS 530W and would like to use it to replace the X-Plane''s GNS on the Virtual Cockpit (not as a pop-up). I am particularly interested in using it for the LES SAAB 340A, Digital Replica Cessna 310L and Dreamfoil E110 aircraft. They all use X-Plane's default GNS. Will this be possible as an integrated VC solution? Thank you very much!

Is the great reality xp g430 usable in VR mode on x-plane 11? I suppose this would mean that there would need to be a way to use the rxp screen to display instead of or over the default gps display in the airplane as opposed to a simple floating window. As it is when you activate the 430, it appears as a floating window in the middle of your view regardless of which direction you are looking. Perhaps another way to ask this question is, are there any planes that can be configured to use the rxp gps in the panel instead of the x-plane 430? Thanks, Hish

Hi there, acording to manual, there is option import .fpl to GNS unit. That is cool option, but I have trouble. Sample file which is contained with installation is OK but when I try export .fpl from Simbrief or PFPX so there are some options for .fpl export, but their internal arrangement is not matching with sample file. Does anyone know, how to made possible export FPL from PFPX or Simbrief for RXP GNS 430? Thank you 🙂

Does anyone know whether or not you can run both a Reality Xp GTN750 and a reality XP GNS 530 at the same time in xplane. I'm thinking of getting a Bezel from Real sim gear and want to be sure I can run both. thanks in advance. Paul

Hi, I am trying to configure the RXP GNS530 on a Seneca P34 v5 (from Carenado) to be displayed on it own screen (external to X-Plane) but I want to just show the nav page contents, i.e. no bezel, no buttons or switches around the edge. The reason for this is that I have built a hardware replica of the GNS530 so that I can use real buttons to input data to the GNS530 The screen size is correct 5" but in display set up it want to be 1280 x 1024 pixels. Whilst I can get it to display at full screen with bezel I cannot get rid of the bezel. Hello, I am trying to purchase the Reality XP GNS 430 for X Plane. I click to download the E Commerce installer, but when I try to run it, the file disappears from my computer. I am running Windows 10. I get a message asking if I want to run the file because Windows considers it dangerous, but I click Run Anyway, and then nothing happens, and the file vanishes. Any ideas about what can be done? I would really like to purchase and install this product. Thanks!

Hello everyone, I'm at lost and looking for some help making the GNS530 v2 work on Carenado Piper Navajo PA31 for XP11. After installing the recently purchased Reality XP GNS530 the only plane that really works with the 530 v2 is the default XP11 Baron 58. Of course this was after following steps on the User's Manual. After making sure the Baron worked properly I moved on to configure the PA31 and setting up the .ini file as to where I believe to have it right. Hi, I have both of the GNS530W and GNS430W physical units from Realsimgear and am confused about the licensing for XPR. Can I purchase just the GNS530W download for XP and it will give me the GNS 430W also or do I need to purchase both the GNS530W and GNS430W downloads to run both of these GNS units in my sim? It's great that the latest version has EGNOS etc. But the latest version of the trainer that can be downloaded from Garmin supports WAAS but not EGNOS. That implies that you are getting your version from another source. Can that version be downloaded as a standalone desktop trainer?

Greetings! I have the RXP gns430 and 530 v2 with the latest update (2.4.4). Everything seems to work fine for the 430 - except I’ve been unable to hear any audible voice warnings from TAWS when the visual warnings display. This works fine for the 530 unit. Is this a limitation of the 430? I have the audible enabled in the settings and the volume maxed out. Appreciate any suggestions? Thanks!

Hey guys I am trying to get the OBS function where you press the OBS button in the 530 and be able to draw a white/magenta line that turns as you're turning the VOR OBS knob. I can get the 530 to draw the White/Magenta line, but turning the knob isn't turning the lines. Airplane is the default 172 with the 530, using the V2 Reality-XP. Anybody know why, and how I can fix this? thanks
