Hi all, I have just upgraded to Catalina on my iMac. I have come across the usual problems with x plane 11 but have over come them. I have, however , had to reinstall LNM and no problems except that the main menu bar is missing. Help..... ~Thanks Richard

Hello Adam. Just trying to come to grips with Global Land One-km Base Elevation Project. In the manual '40.14.2. Flight Plan Elevation Profile The bottom part of this page allows to install the freely downloadable GLOBE - Global Land One-km Base Elevation Project elevation data. Download the ZIP archive from the link in the dialog and extract it. Select the extracted directory using Select GLOBE Directory ... so, that it points to the files a10g to p10g. The label in the dialog will show an error if the path is invalid.' I can't find the menu item Select GLOBE Directory ... Can you please advise where I find this menu item. Cheers Bernie

Just opened this software for the first time and window box comes up with database not compatible with this simulator (P3Dv4) and wants me to erase? If I erase does it install a different data base or?

Love this neat utility/planner. I've been using it a lot lately since I just found out about it. I have a question. Is there a way to remove the first waypoint when I add the SiD to my flight plan without removing the whole SID procedure? I use the On-Course ATC addon PF3 and this runway waypoint that Little Map generates conflicts with it and causes problems and the way point is too close to the next waypoint. In working with LN to figure things out I did kind of circumvented my problem by creating the flight plan and saving it and then loading it again and doing an Map Edit function. But that process is time consuming and tedious. I might be doing something wrong.…

Just started using this, and hats off to the author on such a great job...thank you! One thing I am not able to find on the map display is a live display of my plane's True Airspeed. I see it displays the ground speed just fine, but is there anyway to add TAS in addition to the Ground Speed indication? Please note, I am not referring to true airspeed given on flightplan info after landing, but merely a live readout of it on the map as you are flying real-time. I did read the manual but did not see it mentioned or I missed it. Thank you so much for making this application, one can clearly see that alot of love has gone into this project.

Hello Alex, Happy New Year to you. I run LNM via Little NavConnect and WideFS. Everything works fine except LNM seems to think I'm running XP11 rather than P3Dv4. I've checked my settings but cannot see any way to correct this.

Hi everyone I wanted to find out if LittleNavmap works in full screen for XPlane 11 ? The reason I ask is that XPlane 11 is set to fullscreen as default … so will I have to run it Window mode? Thanking you in advance Paul

Hello, I recently discovered this great program. I am learning all of the many features. I have one question in regards to the map view. I can zoom into the map using my mouse wheel. My problem is after a few seconds the map zooms out automatically. Is there any way to keep the map from automatically adjusting the zoom rate? My specific problem is that I fly with a lot of AI aircraft, and I like to see them around in the map with their labels. That is why I liked to keep the map zoomed in. Once it zooms out automatically I see a whole lot of Ai planes and labels all on top of each other. Thanks and Regards Juan Ducaud

Is there a way to zoom in on the elevation profile? Particularly at the end of the flight (from TOD) it would be nice to be able to make that decent line the width of the profile window. (I tried the sliders on the right; they're not clickable.)

Hi! Great work; I'm beginning to learn littlenavmap and I'm loving it so far...seems to be just what I'm looking for! A default FSX flight plan creates the Beginning Of Descent way, way too close to the destination, requiring an almost 7000fpm descent to get down in time to land. So I'm wondering if I can create a flightplan in LNM and specifiy where I want the BOD? Thanks!

Hello, I'm currently using the PFPX and decided to switch to Little Navmap; it is a fantastic app, but I stuck on how to get the EET for my trip to fill up the IVAP flight plan, and how do I calculate the fuel based on my route to configure my FMC. Not interested to use third party like Simbrief because it will be hard to maintain the Flightplan, multi apps aren't recommended, and it seems the fuelplanner.com is giving an estimated Fuel quantity not accurate, in general, the fuel calculation based on the route, the website is calculating the fuel assuming from the direct route between the departure and arrivals, it isn't giving a choice to insert the route. Not sure if it's a setting I am missing or something I'd like to see on a wish list. I'd like the airports to continue to display further out as the zoom level moves out. For instance, in Alaska, if the range is 24nm, no airports display. Decrease that to 12 and they show up. Flight planning would be easier if the airports displayed in a wider view. If there is a setting to control this, please let me know cuz I missed it. 🙂 Thanx, Vic

Hi LNM has the capability of transferring flightplans via PLN or others such as the Majestic Q400. I bought a Robin DR400 and I wondered whether it is possible to transfer filightplans from LNM to the GNS340 in the Robin? I tried but it does no appear to pick it up. I have read in the P3D forums that Little Nav Map can show which files are being read to display airports, scenery etc. I cannot, for the life of me, find anything on my copy of the program (2.4.4) which looks remotely like that. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks Ian Harrison

I can't open in LNM a saved QW RTE plan I created with the QW 787 FMC - am I missing something? I see it's possible to export a QW RTE file - somewhere - but how can I export it if you can't open and display the RTE plan in LNM?

Hi there, I wonder why Trondheim-Vaernes from Aerosoft (Trondheim-Vaernes X V2.0 1.03) is not showing up in Little Navmap. All my other sceneries are found via "Load Scenery Library". ORBX Norway is installed. Does anyone have the same issue and maybe a solution? Thanks in advance, Andreas

Hello, everybody, I just installed LittleNavMap on my client PC. The master PC is running P3Dv4.5.12.30293. I can connect with WideFs, Little Navconnect or Simconnect and see my plane . Simconnect FSX-SP2-XPACK is installed on the master. When I start AI Traffic.exe on the client from the FSX SDK I get the message "Connected to Flight Simulator! Received:2" This is actually the proof that Simconnect works. When I choose SceneryLibrary /Load Scenery Library I only get X-Plane 11 to select from. What can I do to select P3dV4 so that I can load the installed Scenery? Many thanks for hints on how to solve this. Stefan
