I just tried your program. So far I like it. I am coming from FS Commander which I like a lot. One thing I was looking for was the ability to NOT show the aircraft on the map. FS Commander did not do that even though I asked for that feature and they said it was easy to do but never did it. Your program seems to do that but we will see. Donation is sent. I hope you are receptive to suggestions and this program works with Radar Contact and P3D? Thanks Jim CYWG

Hi folks, newbie to littlenavmap and this forum. I am using XP11 and am connected to lnm. I'm following the tutorial so I can avoid asking stupid questions, but ran into an issue almost immediately. So I'm going to have to ask a stupid question now. I'm attempting to create a new flight plan and have selected the departure airport on the map. However, the airport only stays centered on the map for about 12 seconds, and then if flips out in a different scale to a different part of the country unrelated to where I was. Hello and sorry for my English.. :) I have a VFR FP in LNM with Cessna 172 aircraft profile charged.... When I go to see my elevation profile, I dont see TOD and BOD.... only see horizontal line from departure to destination... (6500ft p.e.).... Any sugestion to get TOD and BOD?... I am trying to use a feature of LNM which shows the files used to display an airport. Despite loading the database and ticking the xml option, I cannot get this to work. On the info page the scenery section is empty. What am I doing wrong? Ian

Hi, First issue it that if I leave the LNM with the flight planning tab in front, when I minimize it (the LNM) and restore it - the Flight plan elevation profile takes charge. It sometimes causes the NVM icon on the task bar to flash, which is a but annoying. Second issue it that sometimes (too often) the AivlaSoft EFB v2 does no like the plan that NVM is exporting as EFBR. The error I get is that it can't find is "Could not find airway 'UM601' which contains entry point '' and exit point 'POSSY' unknown element 'UM601'. I can assure you AIRAC is upddated on both LNM and EFB to the same date. The error message also states that you need to …

Hi Alex When I create an approach on the map, is it possible to get a bearing and distance to the beginning of that approach (like when I hover my mouse over an airport, the bearing and distance pops up)? Many thanks in advance. John

hello. i can't get my fuel plan to begin with the 200 liters [c172] in my aircraft performance profile. it's just simple 1 hour flight, times, distances show correctly in the flight plan but the fuel column does not begin with the 200 liters, full tanks. i do i fix this? regards joe

Hi when i try to connect Little Navmap 2.4.4 -FSX/N with my Simulator, I only get the Option: Connect directly to local X-Plane Simulator. The option connect to a local FSX.... is missing in the Connect Dialog. I use FSX with Acceleration Pack, and X-Plane is not installed on my PC. What is wrong with my FSX that it is identified as XP?🤭 What can I do? LIttle Navmap is great. A connection would be super too! Thanks for any help Jochen

After three days of attempting to setup an older laptop which I now upgraded as a client so I can offload some P3D addons to it to lessen the load on my main PC (now the server), I thought I would first start with Little NavMap. Thankfully I received a great deal of help from someone from the AVSIM P3D Forum. All now seems to be working well with LNM operating on the client laptop - here is one (two-part) question that I cannot figure out... Hi there I'm new to this program, but *very* impressed! Just what I need to finally retire my old FSC86... But there is one thing I miss: Taxi help. In FSC you can highlight the taxiways you'll use and thus get some help on the moving map while taxiing. Maybe doable? Of course, it would be even better, if there was a function that did the highlighting for you - a sort of Taxi Planner... I know, you get a lot of suggestions, but this is an area that has been left untouched for many years, and I have found nothing that will work with P3Dv4. Hello, I have imported from a csv file all the Italy VRP and I see them correctly into LNM Map. All the VRP are showed on the map with its Identification name and its name. I would like to print the flight plan including the name also but only the identification name is showed. Into the Name column all the fields are empty. When flight planning in Little Navmap I get the ,message "Cannot calculate profile. See tooltip on this message for detailes" in the Flight Plan Elevation Profile and the Flight Planning windows. Where is the 'Tooltip" and why do i get this message? Thank you

Context: XP11.40 with Carenado PC12 HD Series XP11 with Simcoders Reality Expansion Pack Successfully created Aircraft Performance file for PC12 in LNM using standard aircraft performance data and Fuel Type 'Jetfuel'. When I create a new Flight Plan, LNM shows Fuel Type as 'Jetfuel', which is correct. When I fly the sortie, the Current Performance tab shows Fuel Type as 'Avgas'', which is incorrect. Have checked online manual and understand from paragraph 35.2.2.2 that Fuel Type is reported by the simulator. Hi, I have an issue with aircraft north not matching map north. There is a discrepancy of about 10 deg. A 360deg aircraft track shows as 10 deg on the map display. I'm using FSX and the 'open street map' type. This is not a show stopper but I'm sure there must be a simple solution. I have had a trawl through various other posts and FAQs but haven't seen this mentioned. Thanks in advance.

I have LNM 2.4.4 on both client and server (Flying) PCs. I have LNMConnect on the Server. The dialogues on both machines show that they are connected. When I open the client there is a map but no data apart from roads, ILS and a few other bits and bobs. When I right click, 'Set as Flight Plan Departure' etc is greyed out. Under the Scenery Library menu, when I open Scenery Library the MS Flight Simulator X is checked at the top. But the only Simulator option under 'Load Scenery Library' is X-plane. Hi guys, I just downloaded this yesterday and first boot went fine, but when I was prompted to choose a database I hit the cancel button by mistake and now I get a Database Empty notification at the bottom of the screen, and can't see where to load a one. I have FSX:SE and P3Dv4 installed on my machine but would prefer the P3D database. Probably something very simple, and I did look at the documentation but couldn't find anything useful. I can see the create nee aircraft but couldnt found the collect aircraft performance data under the aircraft tab. Is it been removed ald and if so how could i do to collect the aircraft performance data? Thanks for any guidance provided.
