When I select the latest AIRAC (cycle 1905 for now) I get a pop-up window that states that airport information is limited in this mode. I click OK. But the Scenery Library drop down still has AIRAC 1611 as selected (dot). How do I know I am using the current AIRAC? When I select Scenery Library - Show Database files and open cycle_info.txt it shows: AIRAC cycle : 1905 Version : 1 Valid (from/to): 25/APR/2019 - 23/MAY/2019 If this is accurate that it is using 1905 then it would be nice if the dot by the selection would be on. If not, how do I get it to read the current AIRAC? Thanks! Great product.

For example, LNM does get the information from ASP4 but doesn't display the active runway. When I get close to an airport like KHQM and have my plan to RNAV 06 and then use the Xgauge for ActiveSky it will calculate the Active Runway to be 24 for example and on unicom all flights are landing/departing on 24. Is there anyway LNM can display the active runway when doing the flight plan ?

I've been using Little Navmap 2.2.4 and while it worked well for a long time I had many discrepancies between the flight plans it created and the ones I programmed in aircraft such as PMDG, etc. Today I purchased Navigraph subscription and fsAerodata subscription. I followed all instructions and updated everything so all would be in sync with AIRAC cycle 1905. I tried Loading the Scenery Library in LNM and it barely gets going and then crashes. Hey, In the manual I read at "Elevation Profile" (pages 150-151) the corresponding button must be pressed to get all waypoints ABOVE the safe red line ... but I can't do it! Can someone help me?! Guus Dekker.

I cannot load Navigraph data in to LNM? My version is: 1.4.4 (revision 5916 edd - Atoolsversion 2.4.4 (revision cc.29 cfb). I dowloaded this version last month so this must be OK? Via de download manager of Navigraph i downloaded the latest airac 1904. For the PMDG fmc everything is OK, but for LNM I can't see that it is included after updating the Scenery files. There are no Sids and Stars visible? Also no sub pull down menu under the tab Prodecures. Hi Alex I believe that a popular EFB has the function to create a runway extension for arrivals and/or departures of either 3, 5 or 8 miles from the end of the runway. You can then import this into the flight plan. I know that with LNM you can just drag your flight plan line to create a waypoint but I was wondering if it is feasible to automate it like in the EFB (with maybe an option to create your own set distance). That way you get a set distance every time, maybe helpful in calculating your decent. Just a suggestion. If it's too hard, please ignore. So I recently switched to P3D for my main sim needs. I also still use FSX:SE. But the problem is I use Little NavConnect to use my other PC (laptop) as my nav source to run LNM. Is there a way to get P3D's map/terrain info onto it without installing P3D on it as well? I ask because currently the Laptop is full to the brim with all kinds of games and other software and doesn't have the space to install P3D to get the updates info. On the main system running P3D, LNM has already been updated and has the P3D map info so it displays properly. But would love to get back to how I used to run things in FSX. Any help appreciated. Hi, I love Little NavMap, I always use it on one of my 5 monitors (the same one). Suddenly when I launch it I see a shadow of it moving across my screen but only for a millisecond. It shows up in the task bar but when I click on it again, I get a message that the program is already running but as I say I cannot see it on any monitor. Thanks for any help you can provide. Kevin

Long time user of Little Navmap, and still loving it! Interesting problem turned up on 2.2.4: I have latest Navigraph - 1905, installed on everything I have (as far as possible). However, I note that some Navaids (like STARS) shown in my aircraft are not found on LNM using User Search. An example; Flying into WARJ, I wanted to use a Procedure which was on my FMS (IFly 747) for an ILS approach to RWY 09. It was not on LNM screen ("No Procedures for WARJ"), LNM showed RWY 09R with ILS Feather, but no procedures. So, I searched for the following STARS shown on FMS: ANY1A, GEPA1C, LASE1F. Hi all. I have just downloaded an tried the looking good tool Little Navmap and I have tried to import the scenery of my P3Dv4 simulator. I went to the dialog Load Scenery Library but then I have fouond that I cannot select the option of the P3D simulator. There is only the XP11 option. What am I doing wrong? Oceaan

Setting up a flight in LNM this morning only to discover that Lake Michigan has dried up. Not sure what the folks in Chicago are going to do for drinking water, but the drive to Grand Rapids will be shorter. 😊

Hello all. When I add a SID or STAR in LNM it is displayed in orange with the original routing shown in yellow. I’ve looked but cannot see a way of removing the original section of the route replaced by the addition of the SID/STAR. Is this possible?

I'm running LNMap with my P3D4, it is ok except that the Icons for 'Show simulator aircraft position' and 'show simulator AI and boats icon' is also frozen. Does anybody know what have tom do to activate them. I have already tried re-installing LNMap, but that didn't help the situation. Cheers John

Hi Alex, Perhaps asked and answered, but having a senior moment here. I subscribe to both fsAerodata and Navigraph. Because I have Navigraph and specify 'Use Navigraph for Navaids and Procedures' can I exclude the 'FSAD_Navaids' and 'FSX_Approaches' entries in my Scenery.cfg during the 'Load Scenery Library' option in LNM? I understand then they should be included when running FSX, but they seem redundant when compiling the database, since Navigraph is going to provide them. Thanks, Ernie

Hi Anyone know if when you are flying a flight plan you can see the distance and bearing REMAINING to the next waypoint? I know you can see the total on the flight plan tab, however I would like to see how much I have left whilst inflight. Thanks John

I have run into a couple of issues properly connecting the STAR to the approach transition. I don't currently have an active photo host account, so I'll just give two easy to recreate examples. Maybe someone can tell me how to do this. I typically follow a live flight using Flightaware by copying the information filed into the new flight plan from route description dialog. I'm using Navigraph AIRAC 1903 today. It acted the same with 1902. Scenario 1 This morning's AA461 from Orlando to Charlotte. Last Windows Update caused a complete system crash and after four days I have everything back up and running except for three addons one of which is LNM - although it is not a serious issue. Prior to the crash I had AIRAC Cycle 1903 in my addons as well as P3D (P3D thru fsAerodata). They all seem to be there now except for LNM. Is there a particular folder that the AIRAC Cycle would be kept in for LNM? I did do a complete backup before the crash. Regards, Dane.

If this is not the correct place please move it on... I have a current problem with Little Nav Map - which is perhaps the best piece of freeware currently available for flight sim. When going into the map page and trying to scroll down for detail there is a vertical scroll bar section. However now it appears that the scroll bar control doesn't want to be anywhere except at the bottom which means that it is impossible to look at the map in detail. However I am sure that this problem isn't caused by LNM as I am getting a similar situation with other software not directly related to flight sim although it does have an indirect effect on flight sim. Little Navmap woks perfectly on my remote laptop when connected to P3D v3 on my PC but when I try to connect to X-Plane, the status bar reports "Connected" but there is no aircraft symbol. I've got Little Xpconnect installed and Little Navmap works perfectly with X-plane when I connect locally on my PC. Any idea what I could be doing wrong please? Many thanks David

Bonjour, I have a question concerning the great big little Navmap...😂 I know that by holding Ctrl while clicking on the window titlebar it prevents a window from going back into docked state. Could it be the opposite ? By holding Ctrl the windows goes back into docked state, otherwise it stays floating.... Cheers Claude

Hello Its a bit sad that my second thread on Avsim's forums is another issue, but I thought I'd ask. I tried to search for this issue on the forums, but didn't have success. Flightsim: FSX ATC: Default FSX Problem: When I create a flight plan on LNM, and I save it, and I open it on FSX, it works fine. I can see the details, and everything appears correct. However, an issue occurs when I ask ATC for IFR clearance. I get the request line from my pilot, and then the initial details from the ATC. However, after the ATC stops transmitting, I don't get an option to readback, nor can I call any other station. And nothing I do fixes this save restarting …
