Hi, Would it be possible to implement an auto night mode in LNM? There is a simconnect variable "time of day" which is equal to 1 during the day and 3 during the night. Monitoring this variable could let LNM switch between the night style and the day style. Thanks

Upgraded to V2.0.3 and now see that the yellow wind indicator and speed at the top of the map has vanished. If it's a setting that needs tweaking what is it please?

After making flightplan for the Baron in Little NavMap I saved this file in:C:\Users\Name\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Files\IFR Emden (EDWE) to Stuttgart (EDDS).plnThen in p3Dv4 "Flight Planner" click on Load and can't open the map "Prepar3D v4" where the Little NavMap file is located?There is a possibillity to use the Little Navmap flightplan in P3Dv4 please?

Hello, Albar! Kudos on a great program in Little Navmap! I have been using it for a while now, and it is fantastic! I am having one issue that I can't understand though, and I'm hoping you can help. When updating my scenery library in Little Navmap, I can see the progress and everything loads with no errors. However, when I search in Little Navmap, there are airfields that are not there even though they are in FSX. I saved screenshots, but unfortunately the "Insert other media" button doesn't seem to be working for me. Exporting an iFly fp appears to be in the correct format but as soon as the fp is selected, FSX freezes and has to be shut down via TM. Noticed that the LNM file I’d bigger than a normal iFly fp file generated by other programmes (using the same fp) and that the LNM coding for each wp is longer than in the “normal” file. Wonder if anyone else has tried the iFly rxport function? John Rooum

this just started doing it for me today. anyone have experienced this problem? If so, were you able to correct it? Basically, I open Littlenavmap, and create a flight plan. Try to export it for Garmin GTN, and it opens the save box to pick where I'd like it saved, then closes the application without allowing a choice. this also happens when trying to jsut save a standard .PLN file.. p3dv4.3 + AS + ORBX

Hi I know that this question have been in this forum before. When I import a FPL that I have made in Little Nav Map in the Q400 FMC there is a lot missing. The PFL is from ESNN to ENRO with SID and STAR. As far as I can see in Q400 FMS there is only dep anf arr airport and nothing else. So my question is should it be possible to do such FPL export from Nav Map and the import it in Q400? /Thomas ESNN

Everytime when I try to download version 2.0.3. rc2 I run into an access denied error. I am attempting this download prompted by the notification that an update to version 2.0.3. rc1 is available. What can I do to avoid this error message? Thanks.

Hi Alex, I use LNM for every flight and love what it brings to flight sim. Unlike others I use it in a slightly different way - purely as a map so I can see the towns, cities and rivers I'm flying over. I already have a moving map program but enjoy what LNM offers. Because of the way I use it I turn off all the navigation options and the Map Airspace option. Having to do this each time is becoming a little tiresome so I wonder if these selections could be saved in the user preferences? My other request is to ask if it's possible for LNM to read the flight plan in P3D and load it automatically? This already happens with AS16 and it does lessen the workload. …

Little NavMap is absolutely the best and I would never fly without it as well as pre-flight flight planning. Alex - I wondered if there could be another export type created that would allow a Little NavMap flight plan to be exported to the AivlaSoft EFB2 in their native EFBR format? You have created so many other export/saving formats that I just wondered if efbr could also be added as an option.

Hi Alex, we`ve made a groupflight ( FSCe.V) to Zürich ( LSZH). But at the Arrival Procedures ar`nt showing the RNAV Arrival Procedures , RILAX28, z.B, with several fixes like ZH270 or ZH280 according to AIRAC 1807. It would be nice to see and choose it like on Charts and FMC/Navdisplay. Greetings Lothar

Hi, first of all, what a great soft, really, very impressed! Thanks for sharing with all of us. I didn't see any thread for future request so here I go; Would it be possible to add an auto zoom? What I mean is when taking off or landing then the zoom is automatically adjusted. So when taxiing you will have the taxiways and gate numbers visible, but once in the air it will automatically zoom out (or in) depending the distance your flying from the ground. Especially during landing that would be really helpful so you have a close-up view of the airport your landing at. Just an idea. Cheers, Luc

Hi Axel, another suggestion coming your way 😊 AS16 has this nice feature that, when connected to FSX, it will automatically load/transfer(?) the Flight plan from FSX to itself when opening a FP in FSX. That would be great if LNM could do the same, so when it's connected to FSX, and I load a FP in FSX, it would automatically load in LNM. Just another "weird" idea of me 😏 Cheers, Luc

Apologies if this has already been asked but is it possible to have LNM Read inactive Scenery Entries for X-Plane as well as FSX/P3D. It will probably need to select a path. Reason for asking is that due to file/memory limitations I only load scenery relevant to the area I'm flying in. Each time I want to fly in another area I need to then do a reload of scenery into LNM I see from your posts that you are really busy with other stuff so understand if you are too busy Thanks Rick

I am running P3D with little nav map, but I am running LNM on a different computer LNM see's my plane and follows it perfectly. But here's the problem. with fsx I can copy the flightplan from my main flying computer to the computer running LNM But when I switch to P3D the second computer with LNM freezes when I try to copy the flight plan I have noticed that my flight computer if I run LNM on it ,it says little navmap- p3d/n on my second computer it says little navmap-fsx/n how do I change that, maybe thats the problem Thanks for any help Rick

After updating to V2.0.2 (in a network configuration) the AI aircraft (connected to P3D V4.2) will only update their position when I either zoom or click on the map. Made a quick unlisted video demonstrating the problem: I'm running a 3 monitor setup with several windows un-docked and positioned on my other monitors. The video is from my primary monitor that has the main map window. As you can see I have to click or zoom on the map window to see the AI aircraft update, otherwise they stay stationary (position not being updated). I was not having this issue with the prior version, only with v2.0.2. I tried adjusting aircraft update frequency …

Hi everyone I am experiencing a problem where the map will not display properly .. all I get is a pale ish blue map with an outline of countries ..... All the airport data is there and P3D connects and I can see my aircraft but that's about it I have made sure that Windows Firewall is allowing LittleNavMap through and I tried the suggestion of repairing C++ 2013 but still it keeps saying 'Waiting for Data' Any ideas on this please? I am using the latest version of Windows 10 Home 64 Bit Cheers Paul

Flight plan contains unknown way points comes up in GTN 750. Some of the airports are not in the 750. Can the airports be saved as user way points automatically?

First of all I am amazed at how good LNM is. Maybe I'm doing something wrong and I've searched and read the manual but I can't seem to find my answer. My issue is this, when I for ex. put in a departure airport (KSFO) and an arrival airport (KPDX), with 24,000 ft and select "calculate high altitude jetway" it will always put in 18,000 ft and in the upper box will say the distance for ex. 504nm, 2h01m, and always Low Altitude. The calculations are correct and it sees the (J1) High Altitude airways but I can't seem to have it set to high altitude in the description box. Should I uninstall and re-install Little NavMap to fix this problem?

Hi, First of all I would like to thank you for your contribution to the flight sim community. Little Navmap is of such a high quality it is unbelievable that it is free to use. I am using Little Nav map for almost every flight and it has enriched my hobby. I am currently doing a lot of VFR flying and trying to learn and understand the different airspace’s and when/where to contact which controller. Dear sir, I want to run LNM on a client computer. I read in the manual I have to install LNM both on the FS computer as well as the client computer. So I have on both computers a version of an AIRAC cycle. Also I have a subscription at Navigraph for the AIRAC cycles. I update these with the FMS Data Manager from Navigraph. On which computer do I need to update the AIRAC cycle needed for LNM? Or is it a better option to update via FSAerodata because FSAerodata brings the FS (in my case Prepar3D 4.2) in sync with the latest AIRAC cycle? What is the best solution for this issue?
