Alex, Thank you for giving us the option to transfer the flight plans into the Q400. The plans transfer directly into the :\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\SimObjects\Airplanes\mjc8q400 /nav/routes - which is great. Once I enter the the FPL in the FMS and choose the flight plan of choice, it shows up as "No Link". I tried several different FP's but no luck. Do you have any ideas what may be the problem? Bonjour Alex, I have some difficulties with the behavior of undocked windows. When I move an undocked window (map for example) it automaticaly return to an available dock position when the drag is finished. I would like to disable this automatic dock and let the window float above the main one. The dock/undock function could be done through a contextual menu. Is there an option to do that ? I'm using LittleNavmap on a client pc. I have udated my AIRAC. I have copied my Data base over from my Flightsim PC. on first start. When i go to the Scenery Library pull down and select load scenery library , the only Simulator choice i get is X-plane. I am using P3D v4, but there is no choice for that.

Is there no forum for this program? I'm trying to figure out how to change the range ring radius. I've looked up the online help and it says to go under tools/map display. I do that but there is no place in there to change the radius. Thanks

prior to updating using older version LNM and LVC all was working well. on my network, updated both LittleNavMap (LNM) and LittleNavConnect (LNC) TO V1.8.3, now LNC window shows connected to both the sim and to my networked computer running LNM, But my aircraft is not showing up in the map. Also can run LNM on my main computer and all scenery loads with no errors, but load scenery on my networked computer thru network and get several errors, can I load scenery on main computer then copy the files generated to my networked computer to have it use? if so where and what type would I look for?

When flying online with IVAO, I can see the other planes on the map, but only if they are close to me. Is there a way to increase this distance ? And, talking about IVAO, any chance of having an option to export the flight plan for IVAO ?

Hi Alex I have seen Jeppesen Flitestar in operation and notice they have a nifty feature called Trip Kit. Once you have created your flight plan, you click on Trip Kit and it creates a PDF file over several pages showing your flight plan details on one page, a zoomed in departure and destination airports on other pages and another page showing the map with the overall flight plan on it. I have manually created one in LNM but cannot seem to attach the PDF in this forum. I do not like requesting stuff, but if you ever have a bit of free time, it think that would be a most welcome addition. Thanks for hearing me out. John

Hi Alex I recently changed from using FSX to X-Plane 11 ver 11.05 as my main Flight Sim and have just discovered Little NavMap which I have up and running on my PC together with XPlane 11. My what a wonderful piece of software you have written it really is quite awesome in content and in lots of ways quite similar to EFB that I used to use with FSX, I am blown away with its potential. I have a question that I am hoping you can answer for me, it may well have been asked previously, my apologies if it has. I am using Airac Cycle 1702 provided by Navdata which is held within the X-Plane 11/Custom Data/GNS430 folder, file contents are the usual navdata/Proc, Airport…

First of all - thanks for this really great piece of software :-) The only thing that i'm really missing is the possibility to 'inject' flight plans into the running sim (what some other programs like 'Aivlasoft EFB' already do) !! My question: is this a feature already implemented or is it planned ? thanks in advance gerolamo

probably answered..I am new and learning. I built a flight plan but this is what shows up in PMDG 737fmc. Do I have to manually enter everything? Or is this something to do with PMDG :) Thanks, Bob M.

I am mainly flying VFR online. Until now I used Plan G and VFR Flight. I heard a lot of good things about this program, so I installed it. One of the first things I noticed is that I do not see any function to add permanent user waypoints, that are essential in VFR flying. I am mainly talking about the VRP's that are part of most of the visual approach charts of airports. In the other programs you can either define them yourself or import them via existing CSV files, available from the internet. In VFR Flight, you can even convert them to real points that become part of your database. They have their own symbols that are easily recognisable on your map. Is there anything …

Great program btw..but I notice when I launch Little Nav Map on a client machine to say build a flight plan, I get this little box that shows up before the map loads up. Did I do something wrong..Installed latest navigraph 1712. Thanks for any help. Happy Holidays to everyone :) Bob M.

No need to wait for December 7th and cycle 1713. AIRAC Cycle 1712 is available. Here is quick manual how to add the mapping to the FMS Data Manager.

Hello it's me ....again :-) Found this in the manual...I know it does not seem like it, but I do read the manual.... "Flight simulator stock data provides only approaches and transitions. SIDs and STARs are not available. These can be added by navdata updates." How can I get and add those navdata updates, to have sid and star's? I found that opening Open Flightplan in the menu crashes the app. in my remote PC.The reason was the C:\Users\Jxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\ABarthel\little_navmap_db folder only contained the little_navmap_.sqlite file due to not having set the Library (w10 network acces problems) , I beleive this should result in a warning not a crash , I solved it by copying the db's from the main PC. Hi Alex, To find the lowest possible safe flying altitude for flying 'low and slow' in moutainous area's, it is important to find the lowest terrain elevation along a route. Flightplanning would be much easier and faster if, while you move your mouse over the map, the elevation at your mouse pointer location is shown. Hi, I love this software so much that I just subscribed for Navigraph and fsaero data. After following all the steps in fsaero setup guide, I think I've updated it successfully and fsaero entries show up in my Secnery.cfg file. But I'm still not too sure since there is no way to tell the revision of nav data used in LNW. Just wondering, is there a way to confirm that LNW now is using the latest data? Should I reload scenery library in LNM after fsaero update? Thanks!

Why? When I click show procedures all I get is approaches no SIDs. STARS or Navaids. Seems to be just YSSY other airports OK. Suggestions appreciated. Thanks Bruceb

Hi... When planning VFR flights I'd like to plan the altitudes I want to fly at at certain points as well. This is especially interesting in the vicinity of airspaces, which I'd like to fly into, above or below, for given traffic pattern altitudes, etc. At least the flight plan window does not seem to offer such planning or I could find no way to use it. I haven't been able to affect changes in the flight plan elevation profile (where it might be easy to change, if it was possible). Have I overlooked something? Many thanks in advance, Björn

Now for my question If I select Load Scenery Library from the Scenery Library Menu there is no P3D option in the Simulator path, just FSX and Xplane - I have had a look, albeit a quick look, at the manual and it shows an option for P3D - what have I missed? thanks Scott

I have Little Map on Client and the full program on P3dv4.1 Server. I use Little Connect to connect to client. I bought fsAerodata and installed it on the Server. I downloaded via fsAerodata the latest Navigraph Airac 1711 rev1. fsAerodata installed correctly and shows up 3 files at top of scenery library ok. (P3dv4.1 Machine or Server) I copied the 3 data files from Server Little Map to the Little Map on the client. We're ok there. Do I need to do anything as far as having fsAerodata on the client machine as far as flight planning goes. I know that when I created my first flight plan..there were references to incorrect stuff and recommended updating to fsAerodata. Have …
