Trying to search for EGWC (LNVMap 1.4.4( produces no result, pressing X in the dropdown ICAO list it does not appear, but going to the map and looking at the position , there is a EGWC marked by 2 blue circles and the info shows an airbase. with full details how can this be corrected please ?? As said but I have another app call Ideal Flight the gfp does show. There has been some updates for the gtn going to v4. Hope you can look into this before the new release..Thanks Alex.

Hi Alex I was wondering if it is possible to have two maps (or three) map views showing? I would like a small map view down the side, one showing departure and one showing destination with the main large map showing enroute. Just wondering if this was possible. Many thanks John

Hi, I have been in touch with F1Flightsim in regards to an error being thrown when trying to import a plan into the GTN750. The plan is converted by littlenavmap. Hi, Loving the potential of this little app, but I seem to have run into a bit of a snag - I'm trying to run Little Navmap on a networked PC (my laptop, so I can track my progress without being sat in front of the PC), and I have managed to connect via Little Navconnect, and I can see the position of my a/c, and VATSIM tfc. However, unlike when running Little Navmap on the sim PC, I can't access data such as the layouts of addon airports in an offline map mode (can only see airport layout on OpenStreetView), and LNM could also seem to not find 'KSFO' as a departure airport, almost as if it had no navdata to draw from. Alex, I fly a British Columbia trip of 488 miles CYEG CEV5 CYXS CAU4 CBZ9 CYPZ so now I do my normal RNAV approach and get URLAS VODEP LAVYL ODBAP and runway 29 and a hold at YYD when I pick the RNAV approach my GTN 750 does this automatically but in your LittleNav I have to add all the waypoints to the LittleNav flight plan between CBZ9 and CYPZ I wonder if in the future you will add this feature for us Tony

Hi. Love the program and have just moved to P3Dv4. Little Navmap working fine except for one thing, when flying it won't connect to the sim to show where I am. Comes up with box saying No flight simulation installation found or though it says at the top of Little Navmap P3Dv4 and all so SimConect not loaded. Thank you. Derek.

Thanks Alex for this great navigation tool you are so generous of your talents. It was pointed out to me that there might be an omission in the flightplan specification for this app at version 1.4.3 regarding the encoding that causes some apps that read littlenavmap flightplans to crash depending on what framework they are using. I'm not a developer, I'm only passing this on to you. Hi all Am loving LittleNavMap and many thanks to Alex for providing this. One question. When I export a flight plan as a GFP file, I usually get an error re locked waypoints. Searching the GTN750 forum, I believe that the nav datebase cycle in the 750 is 1607 for ver 6.01 and presumably LNM is not using this cycle. My question is, how do I go about updating the database cycle in LNM to the one used by the GTN750 so that I don't get any more locked waypoints? I have never updated the database before so all of this is new to me. Many thanks John

Bonjour albar965, I found something strange with the behavior of increase (decrease) details in the map. of your great little Navmap. This only happens when using the keyboard. Once we are at the max (5) or min (-5) details, then the menu are disabled, but we can continue to use the equivalent keyboard CTRL + CTRL -, and then the zomm + or - takes place. After that, it is sometimes difficult to come back to the normal level. Any idea ? Cheers Claude EDIT: May be an interference with the standard keyboard zoom function. When the menu is disabled then Little Navmap passes the control to windows ?

Thanks for this awesome fp toll. I created an IFR FP and I saved it as a .gfp, but when I try to import the plan with the GTN 750 I get an error to delete an airway. Any tips on creating flight plans for the GTN 750 in P3d v4. Jose

Little NavMap is a really great addition for flight simmers. I was just curious if it is possible to add SIDS & STARS as part of the route planning / navigation process?

First of all thanks a lot for this great freeware. I am feeling the lack of vatsim/ivao data display during my flights on little navmap. The other one is, if navigraph airac navdata cycles (not fsaerodata) supports little navmap that will be great (so we didnot need to buy another subscription from navigraph :)) Again, thanks a lot for this great artwork.

Little NavMap looks great! Does the moving map work within FSX fullscreen mode? For example, could I have the moving map working on a dual monitor setup while running FSX in fullscreen? Thanks!

Hello again, I noticed that when flying a very large plane such as the B377 Stratocruiser from A2A, a plane from the 50s, that the TOD marker on little nav map is way out and for that plane it has to be waaaaaaay sooner. Is there a place I can input aircraft information or change the air craft type so the TOD is perhaps a little more accurate depending what you are flying. I could not find anywhere to select an aircraft type. I am still using v1.2.4 at present so if it is in a future release, I do apologise. It's just I like having littlenav connect and little nav map separate :) Thank you in advance Alex.

Hello wonderful users of LittleNavmap and a giant thank you to Alex for devloping this MUST HAVE tool. My question. 1. How can I have 2 destination airports set ? 2. I want to take off from Airport 1, land at airport 2, fly back to airport 1. Of course I can use the reverse direction option but I don't want this as I want to fly back to airport 1 with different waypoints. Sure I can add waypoints but how do I make the third airport a "destination" so I still get TOD (Top of Descent) information. I've never had any problem with LN database updates but recently, after installing Baku X by Drzewiecki Design, which in addition to Baku (UBBB) contains all other airports of Azerbaijan, and updating the database I can see double navaids at UBBN (NAX) and even an extra airstrip at UBBL (UB10) (see the images below) even though Baku X is on top of my scenery library (above all other sceneries) and I do NOT have "Read inactive scenery entries" checked in LN. I didn't have time to check other airports but these two. Now I wonder why LN depicts the airports this way? PS: I use the latest version of LN, which is v1.4.3 (revision 449cfa5). I want to look for geographic parameters (town, sea, river etc) while my VFR-Flight. My question: how can I integrate ICAO maps offline ? With the description of map themes and dgml files I can't solve my wishes. Please, someone knows the solution ? Peter

I have read the manual and have been trying experimentations to learn this great Little Navmap program. Two questions. 1. Is there and option to choose an approach that incorporates a holding pattern and have it displayed on the map? 2. Is there an option to choose Approach Charts that are saved as PDF files by right clicking on an airport?

I got a runtime error (Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library) when building a dtabase for the scenery library. It stops at 72%. I have tried to set the current bgl file to off but next time I run it stops att nebt i bgl file in the same folder. Earlier verions of Little Navnap hve not stoped at this file. Hello, I am using Little Navmap Version 1.4.4, AIRAC 1707 from fsAerodata, and Prepar3D v4 updated. I create a flight plan including SIDs and STARs with the Little Navmap flawlessly. Once is saved in c:\users\"name"\documents\Prepared3d v4 files\*.pln I load it witht the P3Dv4 Flight planer; but the SIDS and STARs does not appear. Not in the P3D flight plan, neither in the default GPS. Is it normal? can be done something to fix this? or, these procedures cannot be accesed by the default P3dv4 GPS?
