I'm fascinated by this program. It does so much and I am only getting used to it. So, forgive a couple of maybe foolish questions: In the Flight Report, the aircraft listed at the top is not the aircraft I flew in the flight plan. But, in the logbook entry, the correct aircraft is listed. The aircraft listed in the Flight Report (left side) was the one used for a previous flight. Also, the performance log records the correct aircraft. What am I doing wrong? Secondly, Life being what it is, I often have to pause for several hours during a flight. First, thank you Alex. Your free program is amazing. I'm unable to display the TOC or BOD points as shown on the map function in the Flight Plan. There doesn't seem to be an option to show these as "way points" in the plan. Does this feature exist? If not, can it be included? I'm trying to document and calculate these events for long trips with the PMDG DC-6 across the ocean and they are critical for fuel management of this aircraft with it's 8 fuel tanks all manually managed over 3 or 4 hours of real time virtual flight. Hi Alex, I am running LNM 2.4.4 in a networked environment and connected with Prepar3d v4.5 hotfix 2. Everything works great except the weather icons on the map and the METAR's in the "Airport" tab of the "Information" panel. When I select "Flight Simulator" in the "Airport Weather Source" menu no icons appear on the map and no METAR's from Prepar3d appear in the "Information" panel. When I select "NOAA" or "VATSIM" they appear immediately on the map. METAR's from "NOAA" and "VATSIM" always appear in the "Information" panel. Hi everyone, I just went nuts and bought 5 Carenado aircraft (darn xmas sales!) and am just starting to muck about with the C172 with the G1000. I've created a Flight Plan with Little NavMap and exported it in Garmin format. Does anyone know where to go from here? How do I get it to show up in the onboard G1000? Many thanks Warwick

I know it's a long way's off. I think they're trying to allow for backwards compatibility so hopefully it won't be too hard. 🥰

I want to use LNM 2.4.4 with FSX Deluxe Edition. How do I get LNM to import all of the aircraft performance (fuel usage etc.) from FSX without having to create each from scratch? LNM and FSX is on PC. Also is there a "simple" get started manual for the not so clued up ;-)

Hi, When connecting to online servers using X-Plane with Swift, I do not see the other player's aircraft in LNM I connect with "Fetch AI or multiplayer aircraft" I enable the option "Show AI and multiplayer aircraft" I do see my own plane (in yellow) I do see the X-Plane AI aircraft (in orange) I do see the multiplayer information from the Whazzup file (in Red) But I don't see the multiplayer aircraft, which should be in White. And, I do see the multiplayer aircraft in the X-Plane environment (looking out the window), as well as on the Swift Radar view. What could be wrong here? Thanks! Emile van Gerwen.

Hello Alex, i like very much new live method of collecting and merging air data. The most flown by me aircraft is Majestic Dash 8 Q400, which as far as i know is mostly simulated outside Prepar3D and that could be a reason of my little problem. When i fly this bird, i can see in Current Performance tab that air and vertical speeds are beeing collected, but any fuel flow remains zero. Is there any possibilty to force LNM and Dash to work together? Thank you for your time with this best addon to flightsimulator ever. Regards.

I am not sure if this is a GTN/Garmin problem or an issue I have in saving a flight plan in Little NaMap to GTN GFP. 1. Does anyone know the correct location to save the GTN GFP file to? 2. When I save a flight plan to Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\F1GTN\FPL it never shows up in the actual GTN GPS in the aircraft. 3. Running FSX:SE on a laptop using FS Global Real Weather since my full setup, which uses Acrive Sky is still pending a move south. Since there isn't a specific option for LNM to display FSGRW results similar to Active Sky, would the FSGRW weather be contained in the FSX information? Or, is the FSX weather read directly from the server and therefore can be different than what FSGRW is generating? Thanks, Ernie

Hi everyone, I wonder if anyone else has had a problem exporting their Flight Plans to vPilot? Every time I try to import a LNM plan into vPilot I get a "Error Loading Flight Plan. There is an error in XML document (2, 517)." If anyone has a solution to this I'd love to know, it's all a bit frustrating. Cheers Warwick

Is there a way to stop the Flight Planning window from displaying at startup? I would prefer to just see the full map window and then I can open the Flight Planning window when needed.

Hello, I tried Little Navmap today and so far it's awesome! However, maybe I'm missing this, but if not: is is possible to add the actual flown route when looking up a flight in the logbook? As of now I can only see the flight plan routing, but today I got so many vectors that the flown route doesn't really resemble the planned one. Thank you! Martin

When I plan a flight originating from KORD (FSDT), I am unable to select a departure runway. "Unable" means that when I right click or press Ctrl-Shift-R on KORD at the top of my flight plan, the menu appears with the "Show procedures" selection disabled. It has a note saying "(airport has no departure procedure)". Flightaware shows that there is one departure procedure, "OHARE FIVE".I'm using Navigraph ARAC 1911 rev 1. Is this a problem with the data or the way LNM is reading it? I don't know how to check the Navigraph data on my system to see if that procedure is missing or corrupted, so I simply tried re-downloaded the Navigraph data into LNM. It made no difference. If…

When flying and following LNM the monitor flickers constantly. There is a suggestion that it might have to do with weather symbols and it might help if symbols are turned off at airports. Where do I find that? If there are any other suggestions that could stop flickering i would find that helpful as well. Thank you. Rolf

Hi Alex, Long time user and admirer here. Just "installed" 2.4.4. Thanks so much. Now the question...why so dark? You must surely have chosen some sort of formatting or style that was not apparent in your previous versions. But now my "white space and black text" in the windows is "black space with white text". And the maps are so darkened that it is hard to see anything. (This is with the "sun shading" feature set to off. With the sun shading on, the darkness is much deeper.) In version 2.4.4, the maps no longer look as they did before (or as they do in your screenshots). They used to be bright and readable. Now they are dark and difficult to use. This must be some…

Hi, first of all thank you for this great tool. I have the feeling I am only using 10% of the actual features and everytime I use it I discover something new. Today I discovered the little feature of the runway winds. In the weather tab of an airport it shows me the best suited runways. Is there a possibility to see all the runways? Sometimes there is a preferred runway which would be used up to a certain tailwind component even if the other runway would be better suited wind-wise. So somehow it would be nice to see all runways there with headwind and crosswind component to make an informed decision.

Hi all: before writing I've checked and it seems no one had bumped in this before. All procedures in every airport is gone. The "procedure" tab Always says "No Airport selected" but the airport IS selected and indeed the Airport tab says "1 of 1 Airports selected, 1 visible" It is going me crazy. I have read the instructions for 'Running without Flight Simulator Installation' on page 215 of the manual. I now have the same 'Database files' in both the Flying Computer version of LNM and the Client version (both 2.4.3 rc1). However when I zoom in to an airfield, the Flying Computer version of LNM shows all the taxiway letters and parking bay numbers but the client computer doesn't. I have checked the manual and most of LNM options but can't get the taxiway and parking bays to show up in the client computer - what am I doing wrong ? I'm using P3Dv4 BTW
