I would like to use LNM as my primary flight planner, but I can't seem to find any profiles for these planes. If anyone has them, please share.

Hi, I'm not interested in flight planning, import/export data, etc. I just want a moving map to track my flights in MSFS, given that the included in-game VFR map is very poor, and thought that LNM could do the work. Consequently, yesterday I downloaded, installed and ran LNM 2.6.2 beta, disabled use of Navigraph data (I don't even know what this is), loaded MSFS Scenery Library and fired up MSFS. Apparently it worked perfect, my flight was perfectly tracked on the map and there was no noticeable impact in FPS (should I expect any?). Hello Alex, I file a FLP and fly it. On my Flightplan Window, I can see how the flight is progressing, the magenta row jumps corrctly. On the map however, only the first leg gets drawn magenta, but then, there's no more progress. Same is valid for the elevation profile magenta As soon as I click into the map, the progress is shown correctly. Note: I do not have shown my aircraft symbol or flight track on the map and I use MSFS. many thx!

Does anyone know how to get this to open in macOS Big Sur? It won't let me launch the app because it doesn't recognize the developer.

I downloaded the new maps zip file and extracted it to my main Little Nav Map directory. All the files went into data/maps/earth and appear proper according to an earlier post about where the new map files should live. Although they are listed in the application's pull down menu for map selection, they do not open when clicked? Help! What am I doing wrong? I want my sectionals and I want them now!

Hallo Alex, I have changed my setup now, so that LNM runs on two screens, in the middle is my sim. Left is LNM main map, on the right screen are some info windows like Flightplan, Elevation Data, Info. I am using the app little navmap to make the fllight plans with SID and STAR but whrn ia export to MSFS the flight plan is loaded without the SIDS and STARS , anyone has the same problem and knows how to solve it? thanks

Hello together. Did anyone tried to install (compile) LNM on a RasPi 4? Since a odd project from me failed i think about using my RasPi for LNM. But before spend hours of wasted time i like to ask if someone else tried it already? The power the 4 GB Version should be good enough i assume, at the other hand the missing simconnect interface is a potential showstopper 🤨. So, any experience here?

Hello, I've noticed that when adding a traffic pattern it's possible to change the pattern altitude. This is however the altitude above the airport elevation. In the charts (normally) the altitude of traffic patterns is AMSL. Is there a possibility to change this so that it's not necessary to convert and that's also AMSL displayed on the LNM Map? I had an idea. I don't see many suggestions being put forward here for LNM so I don't know whether it's considered acceptable to suggest stuff but I figure it can't do any harm. On reaching a waypoint, a the remarks for that waypoint can appear in the flight-plan remarks panel. I had a few ideas to make this more useful for creating your own bush-tours The flight remarks panel is a tab of the flight planning panel, maybe have it as a separate panel so it can be placed independently of the flight plan so that you don't have to switch away from the flight plan to see them. Potentially have the flight remarks panel as a pop-up that appears when activated. …

I am on Windows 10 and currently have v2.6.0 beta installed. What is the proper way to update to a new version? Do I delete my entire LNM folder or just extract the new version to the same folder and overwrite the current files?

Hi, One thing I'm missing or accidentally turned off (and cant find the Option to turn back on!) is to show Country Names on the Map. I'm enjoying some flights around Eastern Europe and would love to know which Countries I'm flying too/over/from but for the life of me I can't find the relevant Option should one exist, thanks

After a Summer hiatus I am back to serious simming and catching up. I am so delighted at the continuous improvements to LNM even though I thought that all is better than perfect. Now that LMN is participating in the MSFS 2020 sim I was wondering how having P3Dv4.5 and MSFS2020 on one Computer and two different drives will work with LNM? Do I need to install one LNM on each drive or just one for both sims. I have looked in the forum but have not found an answer. I look forward to an answer. Thank you. Rolf

Hi guys, I am having a problem.... I'm running X-plane11.5 on an Imac running Catalina. LittleNavMap V2.4.5 LittleXP connect V1.0.19 LNM loads up fine, L~NC connects as does LN XPconnect but I just cannot see my aircraft on loading X-Plane. The plugin does not show in plugin admin, is there something i am missing please? Hello, I know about the option that addon airports are italic and underlined, but I really would like to have them more prominent. Optimal would sth. like have them a colored background (I have the normal airports without background) or a special symbol or sth. Hello all, i would like to ask on the MDA/H that are usually found in the charts from Navigraph. Are these data available also in FMS and therefore can be found/imported to LittleNavMap? Or is there any other way to have it actually updated without having charts sub? Thank you!

I installed v2.61 and tried preparing a flight plan. In the past I started with new 'flight plan' (column 1) then 'flight plan' (column 2) chose departure airport followed by destination and then i chose high altitude or low altitude and voila we had a flight plan to work with. Have these options moved elsewhere? It seems that so far I can only manually enter flight plans while they were previously suggested in LNM. I am certain I am missing something. Thanks a lot. Rolf

I am running the Beta Version of Little Navmap 2.6.1 and I am not sure what I have done wrong, but the OPEN STEET Maps are all "BLOCKY" at different zoom levels and I cannot get any airport detail.
