Hi. In MSFS, I am trying to start a flight plan from a parking ramp. However when I save the flight plan in the MSFS format, then load it,it still puts me on the active runway. Any help would be much appreciated Thanks

Hello, Since I purchased the GTN750 I've noticed that the waypoints when imported and flightplan activated from Littlenavmap show up as" USRxxx" instead of the name that was in Littlenavmap E.G ("Jovad" would be Usr038 etc, etc). The Departure and Arrival airports showup correctly. I'm not sure if the Garmin Trainer have anything to do with this. In the installation of the GTN 750 they do mention something about an user.wpt. But it is a little unclear to me what it's supposed to do. I was over at the RealityXP forum and it was suggested to check over here. I would upload a pic but not sure how to do that. Thanks Dale

Howdy, I've got a question concerning options for special procedures, such as SAR, and grid type patterns over specific waypoints. Is there a way to currently do this easily in LNM, or is it a manual method? If not, would it be possible to add this into LNM? I feel it would help with doing reconnaissance type missions, and simulating SAR missions. Thanks. Josh

I am using LNM in my VR cockpit via the Webserver mode. I have the map refresh set at 1 second and the map set on user aircraft. When I fly I see the aircraft moving on the map, however, as if I fly such that I am off the edge of the map the aircraft image disappears. Is there a setting to have the map scroll to keep the aircraft centered? On the regular map (not one projected by the Webserver) the aircraft stays centered with no problem.

Hey, I installed YRED from ORBX for MSFS and when updating the scenery in LNM it shows the airport in the wrong location. Can I manually correct this or where exactly is the issue? The airport is in the correct location in LNM when I remove the add-on. Thanks!

Good afternoon, I have been using Little Navmap networked for a long time. but now Little Navconnect will not connect to FSX or MSFS. It will connect to Little Navmap on the remote computer. I have done a complete OS install, Fresh FSK (Gold) and fresh MSFS install. Installed the latest version Of Little Navmap (2.6.9) I deleted any old .ini and .log files that I could find and did a fresh install on the flight sim computer and the remote computer. When I am running MSFS2020 and littlenavmap 2.6.11 after a while the simulator crahses. I have tried everything: I have played with MFSF without addons and with the communnity folder empty. I have even flown by disconnecting LNM from MFSF, but keeping LNM running. I can't find a solution. With previous versions this did not happen to me. I am discouraged, I would appreciate any help.

I've seen that I can enter in an approach vector in LNMP and that's great, except I'm noticing that the waypoints don't match up at all to the plate I'm looking at. I've only looked at one so far, KCLE, and the current ILS has DOORZ for intercept but LNMP is something else, DILYN, I think? Is there a way I can update the approach info in LNMP to reflect current plates?

I have been been experimenting with adding departure and arrival procedures to flight plans and have found something that I think may be a bug. Previously my flight plans went <Departure airport> <First waypoint> --- <Final waypoint> <Destination airport> - this works well for me and the saved FSX flight plan is complete. However, if I add a departure procedure, ending at the first waypoint, and an arrival procedure, beginning at the final waypoint, the 'standard' FSX flight plan does not include either waypoint - this seems incorrect to me. Since 2 versions before, I have the problem that I connot change my "pPerformance files" any longer. It is not longer possible to change the content. If I change the data, it seems to work normal, but after saving and reloading there is the old content. Does anybody has an idea?

Hello, just as of today I noticed, that there is already the implementation for the FS2020 Aerosoft CRJ flight plan files, and I absolutely love it (little Navmap is imho way better and more precise compared to simbrief; especially since the database is importing it from my sim with all addons etc, so already big thanks for your awesome tool as a side note) and I just came across 2 minor details in the exported file, that might need a little change. First, the alternate airport doesn't get exported and secondly, a flight number can't be inserted in the FMS in-game. Hello there, very new to LNM and love it so far! I just had a couple of questions if I may I notice that when I quit MSFS2020, as you would expect, LNM stays on your last location. If I restart the sim, and go to a different location, LNM dosnt reflect the new location, The only way I can get it to reload with the new location is to quit LNM and then re-launch it. Is this the proceedure? I also use the Google Sat maps but notice when I zoom out, the colouring is normal (ie, blue ocean/Green lands, but when I zoom back in again, the whole map turns purple/red. Is there a default setting to stop it doing this, and to update FS Map on sim restart? Many thanks!…

Hi, I have been using Little Navmap for a short while with FSX/SE and am really impressed with its capabilities; I have just upgraded to version 2.6.7 I have recently tried to use it to generate an FMC file for the iFly 737-NG, as well as the standard FSX flightplan; however when I try to load it all of the waypoints are shown as '-1000'. Hi: All of a sudden, I am getting wind barbs on all the intersections in a flight plan (I use LNM to generate plans). TBH, I am not sure if this started with the newest release or the one before, but I don't remember seeing these in earlier releases. Have I missed a setting some place to turn these off? Am on 2.6.11. No big deal but just curious. Regards!

Hi Alex, W10 - P3D5 - LNM v2.6.7 Just completed a flight PANC - PAJN ~~~ arriving PAJN note TWO approaches on ILS: IJDL 109.90 61M and PAJN 36W 108.00, 331M. There is also a note on 36W that states 'LOC DO NOT USE IJDL'. On the map the actual aiport only has a single runway 08/26! Also Radar Contact only gives the single 08 option. The runway 08 is an offset ILS approach which I have only attempted once before and made a complete dog's breakfast of it 🥵) This time, however, a completely successful outcome 😊...using IJDL - 08! Hi, Just tried LNP for the first time and was amazed by how good it was. I have a 1440p monitor and used win + P to extend my screen onto my connected TV. However when I did that the sim looked a bit fuzzy and not that smooth as usual or when I closed the 2nd screen down, despite FPS in the 40s either way. Both monitor and TV are hooked up to a Nvidia 2070s Display port and HDMI respectively Is there another way I can connect LNM to a second screen that keeps the sim running normally. I think the issue lies with MSFS not liking the extended screen rather than LNM - but I have no experience with the extended screen option or apps like LNM. Are there any MSFS…

First of all, I want to commend the devs for Little NavMap on an incredible job for this software. It's rapidly become my go-to for flight planning and tracking while flying in MSFS 2020 (I have it handy on my iPad via spacedesk app). I love how I can easily implement the flight plan into MSFS2020 as well as the FMS on aircraft (at least on the TBM-930 so far, haven't flown others yet). I'm still learning my way around it, but I made a critical error in my last flight in that I didn't have enough fuel to get to my destination. Hi There, I use LNM on a network with P3D no problem, I create the DB from LNM installation on the PC where my P3D V4 is and copy the DB on my network PC under ABarthel \LNM_DB. Now I have also installed MSF2020 on the my PC , is MSF, use the same process? meaning LNM will creates it's own DB folder for MSF? or does LNM will have both DB in the same folder? For me it's seems the same DB folder, because under APPdata\Roaming \ABarthel there is is only 1 DB folder, and when switching between the 2 simulator, it is referring to the same DB folder BTW your program is very good I use it all the time, just send you a beer on me 🙂 Thank you for any hel…

I do not know whether this is the right place to ask for help. However here goes: Does anyone know whether it is possible for Little Navmap to find FSX installed on another internal SSD drive other than C drive. I presently have FSX on D drive and cannot get Little Navmap to connect. I need help with this one. I've searched high and low but find no reference to this scenario.

In the elevation profile pane there is a red line that indicates a minimum altitude. I have a plan that goes from KDAY in Dayton Oh. to KERI in Erie Pa. The elevation profile indicates a minimum altitude of 2500 feet yet when I have the show minimum altitude option turned on for the map I can see that these indicate altitudes above that for each quadrant that the plan passes over. 2900 feet is actually the lowest indicated on the map. When I look at a current sectional, those number do not jive with LNM's. The highest elevation on the sectional is 2200 feet around Cleveland. What am I not understanding here? Thanks in advance!
