Recently noticed the taxiway markings have disappeared from my LNM. Where have they gone?

HI, everything has setup fine with one issue, for MSFS2020, I can see the correct scenery on the flight sim computer if I open the little nav map there...but when I open on the remote PC the only option for scenery is XP which it also states in the top left corner?, any ideas how I remove XP and add the other options? Have i missed a step here? thanks, Steve

This doesn't happen often, but it's done so more than once. I'll be at an airport, and comparing that to the one displayed on LNM, things just aren't the same: runways are marked different, taxiways and parking is different, etc. For instance, Patuxent River NAS. Is this attributable to the specific flight sim? Or something else?

What is the best way to export my LNM database (after a scenery library update) from my sim computer to a networked notebook. Do I replace the the whole little_navmap_db folder or only specific files?

Hi I have just tried to install v2.4.4, which I have done before. The problem is that I am getting the attached message regarding ( https://photos.app.goo.gl/uffgEA9NcLm6A8vm8 ) it then recommends that I download the offline GLOBE elevation. I cannot see why there would be a problem downloading the version it is keeping up to date . If I launch the app, it acknowledges that it should download a globe, but I've tried ? I know it gets updated when I install and update my Aerosoft Airbus, and maybe I just need to wait for that? So, how do I do an update if I have to use an offline version? Thanks

I downloaded and installed the GAIS in the MSFS community folder. Then looked for the View/Show AI and Multiplayer Ships but that was greyed out. I updated the Scenery library and still no luck. I need some help to get the ships to show on the map again. Thanks, Rolf

Hi, I made a flight plan in LNM 2.6.7 LZTT-EPLL and exported to FSX - pln format. AS2012 draws all the LZTT-EPLL waypoints and adds direct back to the LZTT. As a result I have 310 nm in AS2012 instead of 183 nm in LNM and in FSX. How can I set it so that LNM window is always on top?

I wonder if it could be possible to change between maps when using Stream Deck with Little Nav Map, ideally without having to change focus from FS2020, but otherwise via keyboard shortcuts. Reason is that now Google satellite is able to be used in LNM, it would be very useful to swap between Google Terrain and Google Satellite when navigating to bush strips in rough country. Terrain is good for navigation, whilst satellite is very helpful in locating airstrip runways and orientation, especially those not known to LNM or FS2020. What is the crucial criterion that a MSFS add-on airport appears in LNM "Force map to show add-on airports". I've just added some airports to the MSFS community folder. But after loading the Scenery Library only some of them appear on the map (red airport symbol with yellow circle).

Hey, I have been trying for months now to try and get LNM to broadcast the map onto a web server. It manages to produce the web server onto my ip ONLY on the pc im using the software on. The server "https://CENSOREDNAME:8965/" doesn't connect on the pc i'm using or any other device. Ports are forwarded to 8695 aswell. Any suggestions? Cheers!

For some reason, Eindhoven airport NL no longer shows up on the map. I have no idea what I did. All others airports show up. All 4 airports option windows are activated. Ist appears almost as being grayed out without anybody sign of it being active i.e. blue circle white line through it. Any thoughts? Thanks, Rolf

Downloaded latest Little Navmaps V 2.6.9. Deleted old version and installed new. When I fired up X-Plane an error message came up in Little Navmap saying I have a mismatched version of Xpconnect. I checked the plugin manager in X-plane indicates I have version 1.0.18 installed. So I download Xpconnect V 1.0.22, installed it (after deleting Xpconnect folder) Still get the same error message in Little Navmap and X-plane still indicates I have v 1.0.18 installed. Any suggestion? Dale

I was looking for the rhumb line drawing tool that used to be available when you right+clicked on a point or airport on the map and you could plot a rhumb line course to your destination. I don't see it there anymore. Did it get moved? I searched "rhumbline" and "rhumb line" in the manual page, but "no search results found" came up. I would appreciate any assistance. The procedure for Bandung Airport is not in the database, so I try to add it to a flight plan manually. So here is my problem. I have generated a proper plan file from LNM and stored it in MSFS as the .fln file OK. When I load the plan in MSFS at startup it creates a total different plan (direct only between two airports) than what I had in the original LNM plan that was exported to MSFS. The LNM generated plan had some other waypoints generated in the LNM plan which were completely ignored by MSFS. Can you explain why this might be happening? I have done this for two different airports and the same result seems to pop up.

Hi Alex LNM is great.But on my second attempt to put it on a second monitor,a laptop,I got numerous messages saying missing files dll. and others.No problem the first time I used LNM on the laptop.The ils localizer feathers were missing also.The app is even better using a second monitor.Thx for all the work.Jay

Hi I was at KGPI (Orbx) last night and was trying out LNMap. I zoomed in and selected a parking spot close to the active runway. After selecting the parking spot in V5, I noticed that on the LNM screen, the ac was quite a distance from the spot selected in the V5 drop down list. What causes this? Also, after I select an airport, LNM will only stay zoomed in for about 15 seconds and then return to the default world view. How do I keep it focused on the selected airport? Thanks, Mark

Out of a sudden, when I try to start LNM, I get a message window " flight plan has no valid start position ..." during the start up process then LNM shuts down before it does open. What can I do? I'm using the latest version (2.6.9.).

I updated LNM to 2.6.9 including the special maps successfully. The maps show all map options including the various Google maps. The only issue I have is that on LNM start-up, I am continuing to be prompted to got to option to load the maps. Even though they appear to have been successfully installed. This is not a big issue but if there is a solution to this, I would welcome it Thank you, Rolf

Trying to find out if I can view LNM on my iPad.

I need help calculating the `Rate of Descent`. I use Little Navmap to plan my flights. It gives me a clear ToD but I'm not sure at what rate I should begin descending. I usually just estimate between 1000-2000 no matter the aircraft, although I switch between the TBM9, B748, and C172. I try to follow the angle shown in the `Flight Plan Elevation Profile` in Little Navmap, which helps but probably not efficient. Should I continue estimating my Rate of Descent or is there a more accurate method? Thank you for your time.

I'm a fairly new user of Little Navmap (only about a month), but I believe the runways at airport L35 (Big Bear City, California) are swapped and are incorrectly identified. Rwy 08 is pointing 260° and Rwy 26 is pointing 80°. The runways are correctly identified in MSFS 2020 My version of LNM is: 2.6.7 (rev 273fdc66) and on the airport diagram from within Navigraph as well as in Skyvector.

Above i found out myself. Look my reaction below. The other thing I havent found out yet is that after Fix INKET / Star INKE1R Navigraph and msfs2020 add a short leg heading further west before the turn to ROT of the Star INKE1R. The G1000 ingame shows it as a user input and follows it. Is this someting that LittleNavMap can also create?
