Hello lovely Simmers I get a problem that when i fly the PMDG 777 my viewpoint doen't get up so i can't see the Overhead panel it's locked in the pilot view but i can loock down to the Pedastel. i need to fly now with the standard camera and that's very bad :(. Hope someone can help me

Hi everyone, I recently decided to start using chase plane and I must say I really like the program. However I have some problems, one of them really important, I want to share for if someone knows how to solve them. The first, and most important issue is concerning the external view in the PMDG737 and in the Real Air Turbine Duke (these are the two aircrafts I use the more). The problem is that when you change to external view the aircrafts are not seen properly; in the 737 you can only see the wings, and the Turbine Duke looks like an skeleton...I already read a post in this forum giving two possible solutions to similar problems, but tried both and none worked.…

Am I better off to use wide view for Chaseplane? Which works better

Hi, I'm having a tough time figuring out how to setup external views for the FSLabs A320. I have done so successfully for the PMDG 777, and the views for the A320's cockpit; however, I can't figure it out for the external views. Best, Chike

Chaseplane is set to Experimental and I can access the static camera but there is no option to name/save?

Hello, I have purchased ChasePlane a couple of weeks ago and everything was fine.... Until i decided to fly the airbus. I'm using P3D 3.3. I applied the fix but it didn't solve the problem. Here's a short video of the problem: (Don't mind the pull up stuff). I hope you could help me. Thanks.

With PMDG and other aircrafts it works fine, when I use Aerosoft's Airbus A318 - A321 series my movements doesn't work, I get stuck with the camera

i cannot change camera views internal or external using the middle mouse button.... whats wrong>?

My FSX "controls" (joystick X52 and keyboard) are not playing well, thus far, Chase Plane. I have to manually start CP after the sim loads and each flight presents a variation of what was previously set. Number pad keys deleted from 'control assignments' and used in CP are being restored to 'assignments'. This causes a fair amount of grief. Of the various XBox controllers, are they better than a joystick and which is recommended for use with CP?

Using V0.1.86. All of the interior cameras for all aircraft now start a slow increase in zoom once activated. Starts at 1.0 then 1.01 then 1.02 Etc. Rate is about .01 every two seconds. Nothing has changed from previous versions and no keys or buttons are bound to anything that should affect zoom. Any ideas?

Hey guys, first off initial what an amazing product already! Kudos! :smile: :wink: But as the headline states, I get this issue where my keyboard disconnect (connected via USB), when I use ChasePlane - and only when I use ChasePlane. I have experienced it happens on its own from time to time, there can go a few minutes between or longer. Or when I at times press the SHIFT button on the keyboard. It is really a funny and also annoying bug to have hehe. :smile: Just wanted to let you guys know! Have a great evening and weekend! Cheers Jakob

Sorry if this has been covered already. I recall seeing a thread or change log item somewhere about mouse view enhancements/fixes to come, but I don't recall if it was specifically this issue... I would like the spacebar+mouse+wheel to behave exactly like it does in P3D natively (spacebar+mouse move == pan/tilt, and spacebar+mousewheel == zoom in/out). What I get right now is some odd jittery behavior that sometimes pans but does not tilt or zoom. Just looking to see if this is planned capability or if there's just something wrong with how mine is setup. Thanks.

Hi Installed in FSX-SE, had EZYDOK installed, CP didn't detect installation. I started FSX, no CP. Looked on menu items in FSX, VFX Central is running. Ezydok isn't working so maybe CP did something during install. I have no indication that CP installed in FSX-SE other than VFX Central. What have I missed? steve

Hello there, first of all I want to thank the whole team behind FSFX packages for trying to deliver us a real alternative for the aging EzDok! And while I know that ChasePlane is still in very early Alpha and therefore has every right to have bugs and issues, I find that one certain bug is really annoying and has brought me to not playing FSX/ P3D for the last two months. CP causes my keyboard to disconnect unexpectedly and/or spamming the last pressed key before doing so (i.e. it keeps pressing the downward arrow so that the camera keeps on moving backward in the sim and Windows is unusable until restarting the whole system). Even a shutdown of CP doesn't help the pro…

Hello guys, I just got chase plane maybe 2 weeks ago, very cool program and thanks for this!! now I have a simple question, when I'm setting up my inside views I been decreasing the view to 0.60 or 0.70 depending on the aircraft since if I don't do this the cockpit will not look to real, now for the outside im using mostly 1.00, can anybody share what's maybe the most realist view compared to reality? I hope im explaining properly but when I say increase or decrease im referring to the measures that show on the top right of the screen, not sure how to call this. Thanks for any help.

The captain's headrest prevents a view being set which both includes a reasonable outside view of taxiways and also the ground speed display on the navigation display. This makes my taxiing clumsy. Anyone any ideas how to cope with this?

I just got updated to v0.1.84 and now the only things working are switching between On-board and Outside views. Can't switch between presets, camera controls don't work, etc.. Windows 10 FSX-SE

Hello fellow ChasePlane testers: I just have a bit of feedback from testing. It's related to turns. Currently, when the plane turns, the camera rotates left and right, whereas in real life, the head would either tilt or shift left or right opposite to the direction of turn. Is this a problem, or is it just me being crazy? If it is, is this going to be fixed? Thanks in advance for a reply.

Hi: I'm not sure if this has been discussed before, but just want to know if the existing ChasePlane presets for an aircraft will have to be created again from scratch in case that aircraft is uninstalled from your sim for reasons like an update, service pack or something that require uninstall of the existing version to upgrade to another version of the same aircraft. In other words, there's any way to recover those existing presets as they were saved, to be used on the updated version of the aircraft?. Thanks, Ed

Will our current camera setting be available to use once the finished version of Chase Plane is available in 2017? I enjoy the Alpha and believe CP will be the standard for the future. Will our current setting carry over or will we need to reconfigure our settings?

I'm experiencing micropause in my wireless mouse movements only while running chaseplane. The mouse continously stops for half second. Very annoying issue Any advices?

I remember some keyboard issues have already been reported, but I'm not sure if you are aware of this already: When running Chaseplane (seemingly not in every session but from time to time) pressing a CTRL SHIFT Key combination also works as if the key alone would have been pressed. And that is not only inside Chaseplane but also affects commands outside of Chaseplane. For example I have assigned "CTRL SHIFT T" to a "Right Rear" camera. "T" is assigned to "Set simrate to 1" in FSUIPC. Now when cruising with a simrate of 2 or 4 and then pressing "CTRL SHIFT T" to look right rear, with a lag of maybe one second the sim rate is set to 1 as if "T" was pressed. I reprodu…
