The static gate/runways camera's were working great. However with todays update V0.1.583 they are now all in outer space for me RESOLVED Fixed this by regenerating the airport data under preferences

Wow, the new static runway and parking cameras are so nice! -- Great job. Also really like that parking is continuously/automatically sorted by distance from current position. Can the runway thresholds be continuously/automatically sorted by distance from current position? Jason

Hi Keven, Would it be possible to filter out all of the airports within range which have a parameter-controlled minimum runway length so that heavy aircraft do not see those airports having only short runways?

Wow, this new feature is genius! A few questions though: 1 Is (or will) there a way to easily convert one of those cams to a preset that can be customized? 2. How does the scanning work? I assume it scans the current scenery.cfg. As i usually activate only the sceneries im flying from/to, can i just run P3D once with all sceneries enabled, get CP to perfom an airport scan and then run my usual customized scenery.cfg without needing to rescan everytime? Hi Keven, Installed v0.1.575 and ran the airport scan, but this has stopped with the message in the Static section. There is also text underneath this message which I cannot read. Is there anything that I should do so that the scan comes to an end? All other functions appear to be working. Very much appreciate the static camera range settings.

Hi, I downgraded my P3D back to version 3.2.3.16769 because of the (apparently) better vas management. The notification that chaseplane doesn't fully support that version appears on each startup. Can you please add an option to disable the notification? And how's the support for P3D3.2, will it ever be officially supported? If your answer is nope, I will probably install V3.3.5. Hi Keven, Today I started using CP in earnest and I'm completely blown away with the ease of use and the limitless camera effects that can be achieved....and this is only the Alpha. Something I noticed though was that when I run P3D I load a 3rd party VAS monitor to keep track of available memory. The reading on the gauge I use for VAS was 2227 mb(2.2gb), yet the VAS indicated by Chase Plane was 1.83GB. I am really hoping CP is the accurate one. How do I determine which is correct? steve s

Hi Keven I'm new to Chase Plane and have noticed that there is quite a bit of micro stutters and lag when flying.There is no increase/decrease in whichever aircraft I fly - the Realair Leagacy, Aerosoft Airbus or pmdg 777 experience the same amount, VC panel or external cinematic. In an attempt to identify the problem I have been changing the settings and disabling the CPU allocation function. Nothing has reduced the stuttering. I'm running CP 1.571 Alpha with Prepar3D v3.4(latest). My Cpu is a i7 [email protected], win 10 Pro. I experienced the same issues before the latest CP Alpha update. Example: I have a cockpit simulator and I have a second PC or I use the simulator to test scenes, of planes, various addons. If you plan on central Vtx a deactivation button 'des logiciels' use on our Pc or we are, for allow us to reactivate our account on another PC. It's been a little while since I've had time to fly, but I finally got a chance to log into P3D for some flying, and I discovered that Chaseplane has me stuck in wideview mode. It is unchecked in (P3D) options, but still remains in wideview. If I check it, it stays in wideview. If I uncheck it, it remains in wideview. This is unacceptable, not having control over my sim. At the moment, my flight sim is unusable with chaseplane, so hoping to get some idea when this will be fixed. Thank you.

So I have recently got the fslabs a320 for Prepar3D and now chaseplane doesn't want to go to Outside (Chaseplane view) instead it stays in the Cockpit view but to "Overhead panel" anyway to fix this?

Hi, First thank you for a great product. A few things.... First after buying the FSL A320 last night I set up all VC view with no problem at all. But I could not set external view the camera shifts to looking 90*up at the sky. I pan down and it simple shows an out side view of the VC graphics. Within P3D and can select spot view etc and pan round but I cannot find a way to do external view. Fixed spot works but i don't use them. Also I with the FSL we have to turn AS16 setting down e.g turbulence etc. What slider do I increase to get more wind and cloud-turbulence within the camera options pls. Thanks Dave.

CP starts up with P3D while auto start up is disabled. When it does it makes P3D crash so I prefer to start manually. Greets, Roy

Hello has anyone elsed had a problem with your mouse when using chaseplane? When running chase plane my mouse will hang for about 3 seconds then comes back and does it again. When turning chaseplane off the hang goes away, any idea? Previous version of chase plane ran extremely well for me now im stuck with this problem again.

Thanks a lot for the new version. Getting better and better! Regarding the turbulence tuning I miss the one I was hoping for the most: Tuning the ground turbulence, especially the exponential decay. The "tune" button of the ground frequency is greyed out. Is that subject to a future version or is something wrong with my installation? Also in the wind turbulence tuning I'd like to have the option to tune the exponential decay (like it is possible for the engine vibrations). Thanks again, and a happy new year! Ralf

I'm using FSX (not Steam version), and an Xbox One Fusion PowerA controller. Left Stick: Trying to Tilt Up/Tilt Down & Pan Left - Pan Right - settings show correctly in the Preference panel but it does not work. I tried the settings with the Right Stick with the same outcome. I'm using the ChasePlane 1.571 build, Windows 10.

Hi Keven, I purchased Chase Plane (first available version) when it was first released but despite repeated efforts in FSX-SE I could never get it to run. My main Sim Platform is Prepar3D v3.4 which has Ezdok v2 installed, updated from v1. I have been following closely the progress of Chase Plane and would now like to install into my Prepar3D. There are many improvements with version 2 of EzDok (and I don't require an active internet connection to run) but CP has some features that I really like and it continues to improve offering excellent support. I understand that during the CP installation it overwrites the Ezdok entry in the exe.xml file. I would like …

Hi Kev, In P3Dv3.4, there is always the menu option to choose a 'Nearest Tower' view. Would it be possible to provide a camera setting to use this view? It would obviate the need to define tower views for each airfield. A very happy and prosperous New Year to you!

Hi Keven! Was flying my pmdg T7, made some new outside camera presets while in cruise. On rather late stage of approach I suddenly lost any ability to turn/push knobs and buttons or open screens in my VC captains view (one camera preset). Mouse pointer was useless. All other inside presets were fine - mouse pointer kept working as intended. Switching back to captains view preset made the problem repeat itself. Unfortunately I don't recall doing anything specific before it happened. I'll try to replicate and report if successful. v0.1.571 Alpha Experimental. PS.
