RXP GTN 750/650 Touch

Recently ordered the GTN 650 plugin and get garbled display for it when in XP11 (see attached image). When I open the GTN trainer outside of XP11 it looks and works fine. Anyone seen this before and know how to resolve? Thanks for any help!

Hello! I wanted to know if it would be possible to have a button on my Yoke to mark of a check on my checklist on the GTN? Would this be something possible with a lua script or manipulated with a dataref? This would be a super useful feature to check something off while flying. Kayden

Just bought the GTN750 and while I love it, I need to get rid of the Bezel somehow. In the RealityXP 430 this is easily done by modifying the miscellaneous.prf file, but there is no entry in the file for the GTN 750. I'm almost cringing because I just bought the $500 GTN750 unit from RealSimGear but if I can't get rid of the bezel... I may be effed. Any help is sincerely appreciated. The 750 will be replacing the genuine Avidyne EX5000 MFD shown in the pic. That's my Beech 1900D sim. Unfortunately the Avidyne unit passed away recently which gives me a good excuse to try Garmin.

Hello, I'm a new RXP GTN 750 user on xp, I just get some tries with the KingAir from Airfoillabs and Citation from Carenado. Everythings work very great. this product is very well done. About enroute VNAV: I got the TOD/BOD, required fpm, etc on the GTN device, but I'm just curious how make enroute vertical guidance work? - How to couple the GTN to the aircraft HSI in order to display the vpath ; - How to couple the GTN with the a/c autopilot (if a VNAV mode is modeled). I know in real world we need Garmin stuff in order that work, but in simulation all stuff are the same, so it should be ok. Thanks for your help.

How do I turn off the annoying and constant Software Update dialog for RealityXP Garmin GTN (XP) please? Where is it hidden?

Greetings, Forgive me for being a newbie with RXP and the GTN 750. I've been flying the Just Flight PA28 Turbo Arrow for X-Plane for some time now and am very familiar in operating it. I decided to "upgrade" and move to the GTN 750. I purchased and installed it, and it fit right into the panel with no issues. After doing some Garmin training and watching videos of others, I was able to create flight plans and procs within the 750. I also performed a couple of flights using the GPS, which followed the flight plan and thought all was well.... until it wasn't. I am not sure how the software "picks" the descent rate...is there a way to make it always 1500fpm (I fly the king air). Currently I always have to go to the utilities\VNAV page and change the fpm to -1500 to get an accurate TOD Thanks Leslie

I've been using the GTN750 and X-Plane C172_G1000 to fly the IFR magazine "Night Fright" sim challenge. This begins with the BUELT4.FLW departure from runway 30 at KSMX. This departure requires a right turn to heading 190, a direction change of 250 degrees. The GTN preview of the flight plan shows the correct right turn, however when coupled to the autopilot (I'm using RealSimGear GFC500), the turn goes the short direction to the left. Really bad choice in real life! I'm guessing this is some issue with the autopilot rather than the GTN, but don't know how to fix it.

Hello, I have a big problem! I accidentally deleted the Reality XP main folder on C:, which also contained the reinstall key. Is there anything else I can do to reinstall my purchased GTN750?

With a flight plan entered in the GTN750 and the autopilot engaged in NAV mode in the X-Plane C172_G1000, the plane follows the flightplan just fine. However, the course shown on the PFD does not reflect the current course. It needs to be set manually. Is there a fix for this?

I reinstalled on another computer. Can't deactivate because the old computer was restored, and sold. The License says to "Stop using the product and contact the vendor" What do I do next?

Hi, I got the GTN 650 to work but now the GTN 750 is showing as unmapped and I tried all the troubleshooting steps including changing from COM5 to a different Com#. I wonder could it have something to do with the version number? When I load the GTN 650 its version 3+ and this is showing as only version 2.2.2. Any ideas what could be the issue? I don't have the same problem with the GTN 650. Alex

Hi, I recently purchased the GTN 650 but when I use it with RealityXP I don't see an option to "pop out" the window so I can drag the GTN 650 window to the RealSimGear monitor/screen. I can move it around within XP but not outside of XP. How do I go about popping it out so I can move it to the RSG device/screen? I am using XP11. I see the menu options as follows: Plugins > Reality XP GTN > GTN 1 > but there is no option for Popout Window there

hello, I just bought Reality Garmin GTN for X Plane. and for a stupid reason (charts that I couldn't see), I thought I had missed something during installation. I have spent all morning trying to purchase the RXP GTN 750 for X-plane 11. Every time I try and download I get "virus detected" message.I have read all previous posts regarding this problem and have disabled windows defender/firewall, disabled virus scan in Registry and still cant download. For a commercial installer, its not doing a good job doing commerce if it is so difficult to use it. I need help solving this problem. Thanks

I’ve been using the GTN750 for a while now and love it in many of my planes. Last month I started flying in VR and am loving that too. But in my favorite AFL King Air, with dual GTN 750’s, I cannot operate the touch screens when in VR. Is there something I’m missing?

I just got the T310R sim and the supplied Garmin GPS failed to control the aircraft. So I bought RealityXP XP GTN 750/650. I like it but the autopilot will not execute vertical control. In my real plane I have dual GTN650s. When I enter a flight plan in the top device it automatically copies the data to the bottom device (crossfill). It would be great if that functionality was available in the simulator. I see the crossfill button on the RXP GTN650 system setup menu, but it is greyed out and not functional. If anyone knows how to create that functionality in X-plane please let me know. Otherwise.....RXP, wouldn't that be a nice feature for your next update?

Hello, I am flying with the falcon7x (after) and the GTN750 but when my plane is passing a waypoint the LNAV of the plane is disconnecting so I am not following the route anymore, so I have to push again the LNAV button of the plane after every waypoint. My GTN is in GPS mod of course. I am sharing with you my .ini Please tell me if I can solve this problem. Thanks in advance

Hello: every time i try to run x plane with the 650 pop out to use on a touch screen monitor, the program crashes " unexpected error" and x plane closes. I then cannot get the program to run until I disable to 650 plug in. This also BTW crashes when using the 430 garmin in pop out mode. X plane does not seem to want to fix this situation. Im running a Radeon rx 480 8 gig card

I purchased the GTN 750 a year ago. I have had no trouble working perfectly in several aircraft in my hangar. However, now I get please stop using because it is not licensed. If I go to the RealityXP folder my license number is there. If I go to update it says I have the latest version. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Latest version of X-plane 11
