Flying the OSHNN1 departure out from KLAX I get handed off to Departure then to Center then to another Center so quickly I barely have time to change frequency and check in with the first Center. I had P2A configured to use the A320 aircraft type but it may need some tuning of the ATC tab of the aircraft type. I don’t know what a more realistic setting would be for the Departure range. I imagine IRL you’d stay with Departure longer while you climb via the SID.

I am seeing some strange behavior where ATC seems to be repeating my taxi readback. Is this a bug? It does it when I speak the readback, even if recognized word by word what expected. It doesn’t happen if Copilot speaks the readback. Hi Dave/All, I have now installed P2ATC V3 3 times and I keep getting an error message (Host Connection error) after several successful program starts. I have no idea what is causing the error. Once I had installed the natural voices immediately before, once I had inserted the AWS Polly Access Key and once I had copied the ATC Chatter folder from V2 before the error appeared. It was noticeable that the reinstallation was only successful when I used a different drive (maybe it was a coincidence). Hi, In MSFS-2020, I connect P2A to the sim whilst sitting on the runway of MUVT. From the P2A Map view (with Airports-enabled) I find my current airport MUVT and right click on the airport name in the map & set it as Departure. I expect to get Departure=MUVT, but I end up with Departure=OEKF. MUVT is in Cuba & OEKF is in Saudi Arabia. Incorrect coordinates issue perhaps? Side note: I also noticed in the map view there are two separate MUVT airport name-tags (not one). Thanks

In V2 chatter would stop if PTT is pressed or if P2A is talking, but V3 seems to have issues handling chatter. In V3 P2A does not stop chatter (like V2) or waits for the chatter to stop (that’d be cool) before talking. Also sometimes two different chatter files seem to be playing simultaneously on the same frequency. So, at times I had three people talking simultaneously on same frequency.

After departure I am getting one climb instruction, i.e to FL200, and no further instructions to cruise level of FL380... e.t.c Would be nice if we could attach plans etc to help.... 😕 Demon

Hi, with traffic global i don't see any traffic, ground and airborn, I try with the same flight to start P2Atc V2 and i see all the traffic, i've installed the xp plugin present in the setup but nothing. It's possibile to fix? If you need i can test with world traffic also. Thank you.

Today I flew KLAX OSHN1.MISSEN MISSEN.RNDRZ3 KLAS and received strange instructions from P2A v3. I was cruising at FL290 AND didn’t get STAR assigned until I was already overflying MISSEN, and the instructions were to start descending at Reid airport (KLAS) to cross MISSEN at FL240.

It seems P2A is sending commands to turn VHF1 audio off by itself. If I turn VHF2 audio ON in the radio panel to listen to ATIS while monitoring ATC IN vHF1 as well then turn VHF2 OFF to continue monitoring ATC in VHF1, P2A is turning VHF1 audio OFF. This might explain reports of P2A not responding during arrival/approach. After tuning VHF2 to listen to the destination airport ATIS report, I didn’t hear back from ATC. I later realized VHF1 audio was turned off. I can replicate it only when P2A is running.

Hello, I run XP12.1.3 R1, Zibo V4.03.08 and Pilot2ATC v3.0.0.0 EA 0.0.27N , I run Airac 2412. After a while my simulator uses 100% memory and freezes for seconds over and over again. I can see in my performance indicator that P2 XPlink is the issue. If I stop P2 XPlink the problem is gone. The sim runs perfect without P2ATC and all plugins are up to date. I reinstalled P2ATC and the plugin but it did not solve the issue. System specs I9 raptor Lake, 64 GB ram RTX4090 Is there somone having same problems ? bye Wim Could it be a problem af the AI planes in XP12 may be datarefs not ok ?

Hi, I think I detected a small issue, as described below. 1- Description of the problem I have the option "Settings > Common > Require P2A or SIM Focus for Hot Keys" in checked state, but it does not seem to be doing its job. 2- Information about what you were trying to do when you had the problem I have my Joystick PTT button set to my joystick(T.Flight Hotas One)'s button#12 and the (keyboard) Hot Key set to PageUp key. Hi, it appears, the existing joystick/keyboard shortcuts (which do work, normally) are ignored in the Speech Trainer Utility. Assuming they are simply not bound, would it be possible to add this functionality, please? (so that users can use PTT in Speech Trainer as they always do) Thanks

Hi Dave, I'm not sure what happened. Everything was working fine up until yesterday. Since i tried to used the V3 27M version, when atc tries to speak a phrase, it doesn't come out in the headphones. I hear all other audio like atis. I looked in the log and it's throwing this exception in the speak phrase code. If I copy the simbrief flight plan using Import Text Line Flight Plans, all is fine. If I use Simbrief Import I get the SID Not Found in AIRAC Data & same for STARS.

In P2A V2 I can open the virtual desktop and click on P2A buttons with the handheld VR controller, however this doesn't work in V3. In V3 the button I click changes color but doesn’t respond, I have to instead use a mouse to interact with P2A buttons. To confirm it wasn’t something in my setup, I checked back and V2 still works fine with the VR controller. Can something be done to allow interacting with V3 using the VR controller?

Hi, I updated Win11 to 24H2 build 26.100.2605 and I have no voices anymore in P3ATC, anybody else having same issue ? regards Wim

Please check if you have the same issue. I can’t figure out how to delete a taxi waypoint in the data management utility. I was able to import the taxi paths for KLAS from XP12 and was able to add taxi waypoints and paths but can’t delete them if I made a mistake. I didn’t have this problem in version 2, not sure what I am doing wrong.

Last flight when center told me to contact approach and when I checked in with them no response. Freq was correct, did see that up to the left in radio it said Appr. But I continued via the Star and had to descend more no more order came so I asked Appr for a ILS approach and then they gave me instructions. I had Force Appr set On. N version Only happen once so far but they have always answered with something like Good Day on first contact but not this time. will see on next flight what happens.

Latest N version EDDL to EGBB I import from Simbrief and it have selected 23L for TO but P2A selects 05R on Import. Wind at EDDL was 260/21 Kt Gust 31 Kt. Navigraph charts says that 05R will have 18 kt tail wind Does P2A check winds?? Or just is it wrong calculation?? In M version I most of the time got the correct Rwy, headwind.

Hello, After quite some hours testing, I think the interaction with the AI planes is not ok, I had planes on the runway and still I got clearance for take off, also on approach it is minimal or no guidance, In the air the separation alert works. I use Traffic Global, the planes are visible in Pilot3ATC, I hope you can fine tune this.

I have co pilot doing the talking Not whole time same voice. It happens when in flight I ask ATC about weather at destination. Only one of those sentences works, not have P2A up running now. But test it, if I remember right it is the text in the box that starts with "wx-" one works the other a blank line comes back in msg area and silence nothing said. No that important only funny hearing CO pilot talking with himself 🤣
