FS2CREW: PMDG 737 NGX REBOOT

Just went to fsx-se. reloaded pmdg 737 and 777. Reloaded fs2 crew for both from previous purchases.. cannot get main panel to come up on either. System checks show all ok and I set key "c" as noted. Any advise anyone??

Not sure if this is a Windows problem or a FS2Crew or FSX problem. After working successfully for several years, suddenly when I drag an FS2Crew window to my 2nd monitor the window moves but the content is replaced by a black screen within a few seconds. Occasionally the content will appear after a couple minutes but not often. I like to keep my sim screen uncluttered and the windows such as FS2Crew, Radar Contact etc. on my second monitor. Would appreciate any help. Hi Bryan, would it be possible to add the "Holding at xxx" in a checklist that is already part of SOP 3 into SOPs 1 and 2? It might not be done in the real airlines SOPs, however I would highly apprechiate it to have that option as many airlines still do this whos SOPs come closer to 1 or 2 than to 3. And those who fly "correctly" according to SOPs 1 and 2 will never see it so it would not have any negative effect on them either Any chance that his is possible?

Hello , I am experiencing a very strange problem with the last version of the ngx reboot , when I ask for Before TO checklist I cant hear anymore sounds from the FO or from the cabin. When I ask for RW entry procedure or just keep saying " set and checked " I can see that the program did recognized my inputs and continue on with the checklist or other items but I can not hear any sound at all... What I tried till now but without any success : - Reinstalling FS2C Reboot. - Press sound reset in the interface - Even went back to FSX from P3D V3 and I still have this strange problem. Will appreciate any help , Amir.

I have read about this problem back of an old version. If I enable fs2crew and lunch Vpilot I got those crash of P3D and vpilot. Hey captains! I have the legacy fs2crew for ngx and will be buying reboot just as soon as I'm back in the sim this summer. Does anyone know if you can simulate a ferry flight, I.e. a flight with no passengers? I love the ngx but I'm a freight dog at heart and I prefer my airplanes without whining meatbags! Are there any options in reboot to enhance the realism of a ferry flight that doesn't have passengers on board? Cheers!

high I am aware this problem is an ongoing one ,having just converted to windows 10 I have just ran into it, too make sure what is required to enable voice control can it be pointed out which setting needs changing, the text to speech is set english u/s speech recognizer is engliish uk must this setting be english u/s also.if so, is there a easy way for a computer illiterate to do it . frank cann

I have just installed the update and did 2 flights. 1. Problem: After takeoff i am not able to run the after takeoff checklist. It always says: standby, and nothing happens. All i can do is to scroll the descent checklist and go on, to perform an approach. 2. Problem: This problem i had with the other version also. From time to time it says packs off. I have to turn them to auto manually.

Hello Brian, i have a suggestion for improvement. It is possible to invest in FS2Crew User Profiles. SInce there are so many settings to make. After the last istallation all my settings are gone. I opened the secondary panel to make a PA Welcome announcement. When it was finished, no matter what I did, I could not get the window to close again. I hit the normal place to close it, also right clicked and selected close window, etc, nothing worked. Finally had to slide it off onto another monitor screen with it stuck in the open position. If I switch to another page on the secondary panel like Dep or APP or any other page, when I try to close it, it always goes back to the Public Address page. I just restarted P3D after I finished the flight I was on and the window closes with no problem. Guess it might be a one time occurrence.

I just dowloaded the v2.0 and installed over v1.0. By starting the Config Manager i only geth the windows popup that says that the Config Manager don't work anymore and closes. I redowloaded, uninstaled, reinstaled with visusscanner off (AVG), still no result; Config Manager will not start.

So once again FS2Crew appears to be generous giving Emergency for free with the New Reboot v2. But getting their money back from previous customers by offering a 5 eu rebate for Reboot when I spent 19.95 only a year ago on Emergency. Well done. How to win customers. I shall NOT be buying the new version.

After installing, I opened the configurator and a message popped up saying " Interface error: The type initialiser for 'System.Windows.Automation.Peers.AutomationPeer' threw an exception. " Then I press " okay " on the dialog box and the configuration opens, but just with the background picture of the pmdg 737 cockpit, but no options, and it's a bit frustrating because after buying the product and excitement to use it, it fails to work, so if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Bryan, Having just read about the status of the upcoming update to Reboot with Emergencey (cool), I was reminded of a few recent repeatable observations I hope you might be able to check and/or fix before the update is released. The following two phrases used to work flawless for me prior to Reboot. This using the latest available version of reboot and all other Reboot functions and phrases operate normally. Perhaps these are already in the update - not sure... Using SOP2: Landing lights at 10k decent are ignored - still toggled at 18k. One thing I tend to forget every now and then and especially when flying with no ATC online is to reset the MCP alt prior to ToD so was wondering if you maybe could add for next update that the FO will check that the MCP alt is set to something lower than the current cruise alt maybe 10 nm prior to ToD and if not he could remind you by saying something like "Captain, MCP altitude is not reset for the descent" or "Captain, shouldn't we reset the MCP altitude now?"

Hi. I have just been forced to perform a rejected takeoff. During Takeoff Roll, I commanded "Reject Reject". And FS2Crew switched to RTO mode. Then I have called "Let's taxi back to the runway". FO confirmed that, but stayed in RTO mode. It looks like a bug.

Hi I have just installed PMDG 737NGX and FS2Crew I am having the following issue. I have done a few 4+ hour flights Heathrow to Larnaca. All goes well until I start the descent phase. When I start using my headset the sim freezes for about 2-3 seconds and runs for 2-3 seconds - this gets slightly better over time but unworkable. I close the flight sim and restart from an autosave and no issues. If I don't use the mic I have no issues - smooth approach Here is the strange bit - FSUIPC disappears from the add-on menu and the auto saves stop as soon as this starts. Hi all, I keep getting FSX crashes when using PMDG 737 and Reboot. It seems to be somewhat random, except for one instance: after engine 2 is started, right after "starter cutout" it's crashed a few times. At this time, I also have the PMDG pushback underway, so I do try to avoid "stepping" on each other. I'm going to try making sure both engines are running before I set the parking brake per the pushback, or I could wait until the pushback is fully complete before even beginning the engine start. The other lockup that seems somewhat consistent is when I do manage to "step" right on top of something else. I guess that's just a timing issue, and I do try to time …

Is it essential or required a copy of the NGX base package be installed underneath NGX Reboot? I ask because I am attempting to install NGX Emergency and I get a warning message a legal copy of the NGX base package was not detected, therefore installation aborted.

Works in Windows, but it appears to not be picking my voice in game...no green subtitles being displayed. What do I need to do?

i've noticed when flying my second sector (or more) that the cabin crew never announce they are ready for T/O. I have final sector selected to no on the previous flight and run the PF start up. works fine on the first sector. I can (and have) sat at the runway for half an hour before carrying out the pre takeoff checklist waiting for the cabin. Any ideas? Many Thanks Mark

Hello, I have a doubt when performing a go-around due to winshear on approach. Does FO recognize only the command "go around" instead of "go around, flaps 15" to set the item to "initial climb" ? Because with windshear we should not touch the aircraft configuration until get out of it. If not will this be updated in the upcoming version?

Hello! SOP 3: the FO turns on the APU whitout ask me... He does this every time time we reached the item "flight deck Windows e cockpit door" at the "before star checklist to the line", regardless of the APU is running already. Did I miss something? Many thanks!
