Hi everyone, first off I would like to congratulate the FS2Crew team for the great tool they developed UGCX, it's been a must for every flight I take and I must say the last update was really grand. However, I have noticed a weird behavior ever since I updated to the last version 1.7 of UGCX. When I preview my pushback route it forces me to a 2D Top-Down view of my aircraft which I really don't want to since sometimes having a heavy scenery and some decent amount of traffic can take it's toll on my CPU however as long as I don't load my aircraft external view the CPU and disk usage are within normal levels (I run P3Dv4.5 in well over 25 fps) so if I want to preview my rou…

I just bought ugcx because of v5 compatability. Running V5 with orbx true earth england and UK2000 Manchester extreme both of which have been updated to v5 compatability. I get the error saying aircraft not on stand and when I look at the airport diagram it shows 3 parking spots. I checked the log file and it is reading me at JFGC instead of EGLL which I have seen others report when using GSX. Also what setting is this referring to? cant find it. **WARNING!** - The module has detected that your 'ADVANCED ANIMATIONS' setting is currently OFF!, this could affect the ramp agents movements! I happens using FS Captain that at a certain moment it assign you a parking (ex. gate 5 which is at that moment free). It seems that when follow me car pass on it, parking become no more free (like follow me car is occupying it) and FS Captain reassign another one...and so on. I don't know if it's a trouble with follow me car passing on parking or with the Marshall..never had this behaviour before UGCX

Hi, I've been using the product for a few days now, but since I don't have a mic (yet) I'm stuck with using button control (fair enough). Now, the thing is, that in the manual there's some part telling us about which keys do what. And, to be fair, I only want the menu to appear, just like gsx's menu. So I changed "pushback" key to t, and fired up my flight. Was expecting to see the beautiful menu to push back, but instead my plane started moving backwards by itself (default pushback). Again until I get my mic (at which point I will start going online and using voice control) i only need this menu to show up by pressing some keys. What have I done wrong?🧐

I have been using UCGX for quite some time now and enjoyed it greatly, but today I hit a snag. While setting up for a flight in the King Air 350i (Milviz) at Gilgit, OPGT, I got extreme stutters every 5-10 seconds. The sim would freeze for several seconds. It seemed to also coincide with a message: "Ultimate Ground Crew X - Couldn't find the nearest airport to your current location!". Once I started rolling, the stuttering went away, but came back immediately as I stopped taxi. I took off and once airborne it stopped stuttering, but I still have the message popping up every few seconds. I'm flying with P3D V4.5 HF3, and downloaded an update from the FS2Crew webs…

I've had the problem of the marshaller disappearing (and also in a few rare occasions the pushback truck) . After selecting the gate for marshalling, he appears for a few seconds and is then removed. Since no one else was reporting this, I didn't think it was a bug. UGCX models the marshaller as ai (in contrast to GSX) which got me thinking it might have something to do with this. I limit the number of ai with fsuipc, so now I suspect that it is fsuipc that is removing the UGCX objects when the ai limit is already reached (it is set quite low for me to gain some fps). When I create a new pushback route, the first waypoint polygon is shown in yellow. Subsequent waypoints do no show up in the top-down view - which is a nuisance - and the first one remains yellow. When restoring the airport map window, the subsequent waypoints are there though. This is with UGCX V1.9, P3DV4.5 HF3. I previously created a pushback route for another gate at the same airport and the red polygons then appeared in the top-down OK (can't remember if this was with V1.7 or V1.8). Can this be looked at ? I may have done something wrong of course, but I thought I followed the manual to the letter. Thanks in advance !

Good evening, I am having issues with the Bypass Pin Agent walking into the nose of the aircraft during push-back and starting at a parking spot. (PMDG 737NGXu) I am using P3D v4.5, and have a clean install of UGCX v 1.8. I have tried adjusting the aircraft profile and saving the agent positions on the runway, as well as adjusting and saving the marshaller position in the parking spot. Once I start either process, the agent walks up, on the right side and moves into the airplane. See screenshots. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Bruce Leehan

During pushback and requesting “are we cleared to start engine no__” After starting engine No__ And then requesting to start the other engine the ground crew doesn’t acknowledge my voice or does the green bar show. Only way i can get him to respond is using the Menu control and then my voice gets recognised again. This also happened on Beta version and Bryan couldn’t reproduce it. I have set button X via FSUIPC. My accent is English and from the UK. I have set everything up ie voice and redone this a second time today. I don’t know why this stops responding. Is there anyone else experienced the same situation?

Hello Bryan. I´m having two issues at present with UGCX 1.8 in conjunction with the PMDG 747. 1.) the Marshallers Position won´t be saved, although it´s confirmed saved by UGCX after pressing the "save profile" Button. When starting a new Flight a few days after, the Marshaller is always too close. Aircraft Offsets are ok so far. 2.) the Marshallers Guidance is faulty. E.g.: when guiding into a Gate Position in FACT, the Nose is much too close to the Terminalbuilding. The Nosewheel is far in the Serviceroad... Any help is highly appreciated. I boucht the UGCX lately as a good addon for FS2Crew But i must say that im a bit dissapointed. I give credits to the updates, but they are not as it should be. Tow trucks are not connecting to the aircraft..they just forward 2 meters. The top view makes no sense. 2 releases back it was a good addon. Sorry, but i stay at GSX

Hi all, I realise UGCX 1.8 is designed to work with P3D V4.5 but I just want to check if anyone eles is having these problems when trying to use it with P3D V5 or if anyone has had these things happen with previous versions. I'm Using an ASUS laptop, Windows 10, GTX1080, Direct X 12, everything up to date. ASUS sonic studio deleted and the Realtek drivers I uninstalled, restarted the laptop and let windows reinstall the sound drivers. (it does still say realtek high definition audio though). Speech recognition settings in W10 are english USA. Before installing UGCX v1.8 everything was working fine in P3D V5. P3D is installed in C:\Lockheed Martin an…

Hi guys, Just updated to version 1.8 and enjoying it! 🙂 Only thing is, when the good old 'open map' command was still in place it did exactly that: open the map window. Now if I want to view the map it throws me out of the cockpit into top-down view, while all I want it to do is open the map window like it did with the voice command. I allready assigned a hotkey in the .ini file, but still the view in the sim goes to top-down which is an immersion killer for me. Is there a way to disable the view-change? Couldn't find it in the manual. FSX:SE btw. Thnx in advance, Hans

Hello all, I'm facing some issues with the UGCX software on FSX Steam Edition. When I start FSX, and using UGCX at the depatrting airport seems to everything works fine but when I am landing at the destination airport FSX stopped working, so I went to "EVENT VIEWER" to check what cause the error and I found that UGCX32.dll file Faulting application path: D:\steam\steamapps\common\FSX\fsx.exe Faulting module path: UGCX32.dll I've bought UGCX few days ago so its update to current version 1.8.0 Thanks.

Hiya, Im using UGC ..ahh im trying to use it Its working ok, thats no problem. But im using it without voice control. It would be great that if the ground crew ask: FOR EXAMPLE: You hear: Please relese parking brakes.. And i realese it... A sound wil triggerd: Parking breakes relesed (by captain) At this time its only a one way sound. Just my 2 cents

After my experience getting towed from the gate to United Airlines maintenance here at SFO, and having to tell the ground controller that I could not change the route to avoid runway crossings I felt it would be nice to be able to alter the tow routing.

hello, Whenever the Hard Mute Key is pressed or the soft mute key it's not displaying at the top of the Screen although it is functioning. this is an important issue because we should be aware of it whenever it is pressed or not for voice command. any clue ? p3d v4 hotfix2

Good morning, When choosing the Canadian language option, I do not have any voices. Looking at the log, it tells me that there are 3 missing CA files (CA.xgs, CA.xwb, CA.xsb). Those files are indeed missing in the 'Soundsets' folder I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both v1.7 and v1.8. Both these versions do not contain the missing CA files. For now, I'm using the US languages, and it works fine with those. I have attached the log. Thanks! Not sure if this is a built in feature, scenario is spawn at ramp 41@EDDN and call for a tow to gate 13, everything works fine until ramp asks for release brakes, and then i say brakes released i get no voice recognition from ramp crew, the menu selection works. Trying to add my first custom route. But things are going wrong already. 1. the custom route is showing up on Airport diagram Viewer but its not showing up on the actual sim. I only see the green arrows coming from the tail to the end of the parking spot with the yellow marker. The rest of my route is however showing correctly on the chart viewer

OK, I've just been testing the latest version for Bryan and noticed a couple of things that he asked me to post here. 1. When I go to 'Preview Route' it allows me to choose which route I want the pushback to take. All good so far. However, when I have chosen the route and go back to the cockpit, the prompt still asks me which way I want the aircraft to face. Surely, once I've chosen the route, the prompt should just be 'Start Pushback'? 2. There is a minor 'bug' in the pushback sequence if you forget to remove the chocks. The prompt comes up 'Release Parking Brake'. If you do that and the chocks are still in place there is a red message that comes up at the top …

After installing and registering FS2CREW: ULTIMATE GROUND CREW X the software does not appear on Add-On Menu, but appears on P3D root folder. I am trying to run it on P3Dv4.4. I have tried a reinstall of the software, but that did not work. Thank you for any advice to get it working. Edit: Already tried dll.xml fix instructions with no changes.
